Holiday rentals with a patio in San Germán

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and it was very close to restaurants and beaches.

We would return without hesitation, we only stayed one night, and we regretted not having stayed at least 4 nights there Beautiful accommodation, complete, clean and very friendly host Thank you! We hope to return soon

The place is beautiful!! It's just as it appears in the photos. My family and I had a wonderful time. The pool was spectacular, so relaxing. Everything is very organized, clean, and equipped for everything you need. Dixie was the best host. She is always attentive and friendly. I really recommend this place.

Quiet place. Beautiful view of the town of Mayagüez and you could see the beach. Elvin gave me recommendations of places to go and asked how everything was. They have to go in their car because there is nothing nearby. Just a hospital. I slept happily every night with the sound of the coqui. I would go back.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Exceeded All Expectations! Our stay in Cabo Rojo (Boquerón) was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how peaceful, safe, and immaculately clean the place was. It truly felt like a home away from home – only better! The neighborhood is incredibly tranquil, which allowed us to fully relax and unwind. We felt completely safe at all hours, and it was clear that the area is well cared for. It’s the perfect spot for couples, families, or even solo travelers looking for a serene getaway with easy access to Boquerón’s charm. The home itself was spotless – cleaner than any hotel we’ve stayed in. Every room smelled fresh, the linens were crisp, and all surfaces were sparkling. You can tell the hosts take pride in the space and go above and beyond to keep everything in top condition. What really blew us away was how much was provided. Jorje Luis is a great host. Was always available. The apartment was very clean. Had everything that we need it. Good air conditioner unit, very good fan. Great Bakery right next to the building Has a great swimming pool, where I met Rebecca, nice lady. I will come back.

We loved this beautiful mountain retreat! It was immaculate just as the photos. There was enough room for our group to feel right at home. We miss the sounds of the coqui and others at night. Getting there was a bit confusing but the host stayed with us via phone until we got back on track. We would love to stay here again!

The house is beautiful, very clean and very close to the bioluminescent bay and Playa La Jungla, which is why we chose it. Very reasonable price and friendly hosts. Would definitely stay there again.

The perfect airbnb, set back enough for quiet evenings but minutes away from local restaurants and night life. Every beach you want to see on this side of the island is minutes away, Buye, Boqueron, La Paguera, Playa Santa, Combate. Although the living room was warm in the afternoon with the fan it was comfortable after dusk. the bedrooms are very large with sitting areas and plentiful AC. Host was very helpful and responded immediately to any questions I had. We will stay here again.

Our second time here. And just like the first time, everything was perfect. If there's one thing I look for in a place to stay, it's that it's clean, and this place is 100% clean. Also, the fact that there's air in the whole house is a success. I'll definitely be back.

Another great stay at Casa Almodovar, this will be our second time visiting. It's great also having a dedicated parking spot directly in front of the home as well. There is a new mini market convenience store with available meal orders as well just 2 blocks up, an easy walk or quick drive. The home was once super again clean and comfortable after lots of traveling to town from Massachusetts. We will definitely be back when visiting our Family and Friends in Guanica. Awesome Airbnb really felt comfortable in private. At a very quiet place where you cannot be bothered it’s just wonderful. Also, Mr. Pete was very communicative. And very hospitable. Recommend this Airbnb. And would definitely book again!

I stayed at Villa Pal Gram with my family and friends for my Bachelorette Weekend. We were close to a bunch of restaurants and La Parguera— The amenities at the house were fantastic! Loved the pool, the gazebo and everything in between! Very clean and the area felt very safe! Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others!

Spent Father’s Day weekend at this great place! The kids, the adults, everyone had fun. Loved!

I love it, excellent for going with the family, the place is very quiet and safe and the apartment is super equipped from kitchen items, to chairs, refrigerator, beach umbrellas.

Such an amazing stay! Lovely home, cozy, clean, has everything you need! Nice view of ocean, great spots for food and drinks nearby. Centered to many of the beaches. My family wished we had stayed longer, we loved our stay. And of course, this side of the island is beautiful. Carlos was so helpful, he communicated, kind and clear making everything a smooth experience.

Excellent place. Spacious and comfortable. Beautiful rooms with all the comforts. As if you were at home. Super clean. Full of all the items you might need. Close to fun, restaurants, beaches, music, etc. Quiet and family place.

Highly recommend the condo have all the items needed plenty toiletries, paper towels, wash cloth, bath and pool towels and more. For the first time we didn’t have to spend money on everyday items (I was pleasantly surprised). Beach was four minute drive? but go early to find a good parking. Rubimar was the best restaurant we visit food was really good about a 20 minute ride worth it. Jessica is a great host! Very attentive and promptly responded.

Great location and space for families. Short and easy drive to all the main beaches, great restaurants, etc. we enjoyed our stay and will be back !

I highly recommend it! Excellent apartment, clean, peaceful and beautiful. The common areas are quiet, clean, and very well maintained. We kayaked around the area; the sea was calm and perfect for that. The host was EXCELLENT, with super effective communication, friendly, and responsive. We really had a great time. I loved it!
