This is such a charming little house! The location is just perfect: in town, but not in the busy part, and so close to the beach. 100% recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house itself can get hot during the day, but there were a ton of fans to keep air moving, hammock and chairs to lounge on outside, and ac in the bedroom at night. Really conveniently located to walk to the beach or into a lively part of Boqueron with restaurants, live music, and dancing. You’re also a short drive to a number of amazing beaches. Great spot, would stay again!

Another great stay at Casa Almodovar, this will be our second time visiting. It's great also having a dedicated parking spot directly in front of the home as well. There is a new mini market convenience store with available meal orders as well just 2 blocks up, an easy walk or quick drive. The home was once super again clean and comfortable after lots of traveling to town from Massachusetts. We will definitely be back when visiting our Family and Friends in Guanica. This was our second time staying at Señor Carlos’s beautiful Airbnb, and it was just as magical as the first. The location is perfect just steps away from the beach! The beach right in front of the house is incredible: calm waters, peaceful, and never crowded. Truly the perfect place to relax. The house itself is a charming, traditional Puerto Rican home full of character. Señor Carlos was very responsive and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We felt so welcomed and at peace. Thank you again for another unforgettable stay!

The backyard is an amazing place to stay. Unfortunately, they were without power during our stay and their generator wasn't working. This was totally out of their control and the host was extremely proactive and helpful with the situation. They even gave us a gift and a partial refund, which wasn't necessary but very appreciated. the space itself is so serene and tranquil. we loved how they decorated and outfitted the unit. outdoor living at its finest and was so private. Looks exactly like the photos. Two different locked gates for added peace of mind We would definitely return next time (although hopefully with A/C 😀)

Victor’s home was an excellent choice for our family of four. Great location; right in the center of town with several good restaurants and stores. Victor provided excellent recommendations nearby and was always quick to respond with any questions we had. It’s the perfect spot for couples, families, or even solo travelers looking for a serene getaway with easy access to Boquerón’s charm. The condo is breathtaking, beautiful views throughout the condo. It is very quiet and peaceful. The entire condo was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Great place to stay for large families.

The place was clean, pretty, comfortable and a gorgeous beach was my backyard for the weekend. Heriberto thought about everything one might need. Loved the restaurants and bars in the area. Got to hear live music, eat good food, go for a run, do yoga. Everything was close and accessible. Loved everything about it.

The apartment is great, with an incredible view from the balcony. The area is incredibly relaxing. José's instructions were very clear on how to get there. Everything was very clean. 20/10. It has its own parking for 1 vehicle.

I think the photos don’t do the roof justice. It’s so amazing to watch the sunrise over mountains in the morning and then watch the sun set on the ocean at night. There’s a toilet and kitchenette on the roof as well The two balconies downstairs are gorgeous. I was traveling with a curious toddler and I felt very safe in the apartment. The roof was big enough to stop him from getting to the stairs. The house is elegant and simple with great appliances in the kitchen. Not overdone with too many decorations like other airbnbs. The utility closet with chairs was really helpful for keeping sand out of the house and there’s a hose for cleaning on the balcony. This seems minor but it makes a big difference. It is a really short walk to the beach and a short drive to others. I love this little town.

I highly recommend it! Excellent apartment, clean, peaceful and beautiful. The common areas are quiet, clean, and very well maintained. We kayaked around the area; the sea was calm and perfect for that. The host was EXCELLENT, with super effective communication, friendly, and responsive. We really had a great time. I loved it!
