Holiday rentals with lake access in San Felice del Benaco

Nice and clean small apartment, located still in walking distance from the city centre of Verona (in Veronetta). Many bars and mini-markets are around the corner, as well as restaurants. The apartment is located at ground level in a courtyard a little away from the small dead-end street and therefore quiet. The communication with Susanna was always very smooth. Flat can definitely be recommended for single travelers or couples.

La Grotta was the perfect location to celebrate our anniversary. It was quiet, romantic, and beautiful. It is close to Verona so, if you choose, you can go into the city. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return.

The perfect Getaway. Beautiful Nature , perfect for biking and a fully equipped house that is tailored for 8 adults. Two rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Andy and Sabine are the definition of Superhosts. We will be back.

Lovely house. Much nicer in real life than in pictures. Nice to have a garden/terrace and pool for relaxing. Quiet location. A few nice restaurants 10 min walk. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the house.

Fantastic stay, location just as it looks online, clean, spacious and comfortable. Groceries nearby, cycling routes and buses. Beautiful view, definitely would recommend this place!

Lovely place to stay!!!

We had a great time at Stefania's house. The location is great, we almost never needed the car, which is perfect with small children. The beach, bakeries, restaurants and ice cream parlors are all within walking distance. The garden is also beautiful and very large with many seating options.

We enjoyed this beautiful house a lot. It has all you need , everything was clean and comfortable and Renata who welcomed us was always so helpful and quick to respond! Our little dog felt like home from the first moment on! We would always like to come back again ! Thanks for having us!

Frederico is very friendly, proactive and accommodating. Tips on restaurants, shopping, attractions, tips and the possibility to take a tour were very helpful. The apartment was as described, very modernly furnished. A beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower, sliding door to the bathroom, a large living area with fitted kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, TV, dining table and double bed. The BATHROOM and the apartment were very clean and well maintained, nothing was missing. The facility was private, we were able to park the vehicle on the enclosed grounds, the pool was cleaned in our time. Deck chairs and parasols were available, a shower for after swimming was also available. We immediately felt welcome and felt very comfortable. On our next trip to Sirmione, we will gladly speak to Frederico again. Thanks again

We had a wonderful first stay at Lake Garda in Daniele's apartment. The location is unique and the view wonderful, we felt right at home. The welcome by Daniele's parents was wonderful and we were able to communicate with Daniele at any time and get tips for the area. Falling asleep or cooking and having breakfast with a view of Lake Garda makes the visit relaxing and beautiful after all the activities. The apartment is also very nicely furnished and the postcards are simply beautiful. Grazie Daniele!

Michela’s apartment is a perfect getaway if you want a clean and friendly, modern place. The flat is close to everything. She is nice and responsive. We will come back that is for sure! Berni and Gabor

Tremendous location, extremely stylish, very airy and bright with spectacular views. Hotel amenities were also included and engaging staff and positive vibe everywhere. Every detail has been thought through. Beautiful beach and lounge areas. Could not imagine a nicer experience in the area! Thank you and we will be back!

The apartment itself is very clean and functionally furnished, is upstairs on the third floor, but still easily accessible. Every evening a musician played in the neighboring restaurant, you have to like that, that didn't bother us, welcoming entertainment sitting on the balcony...You also have to know that there is no parking space to the apartment, but you can also find many (white marked) parking spaces in the vicinity outside the parking spaces indicated by Stefano, which are often free. We felt comfortable in the apartment, the communication with the host was very good.

This is a really beautiful place to stay. The apartment is well appointed, the pool is lovely and the gardens and outdoor space is stunning. Gabi is an excellent host who works hard to look after guests, giving the place the feel of a boutique hotel, with the privacy and convenience of self catering. We’re already planning on going back.

We had a very enjoyable stay! Particularly noteworthy is the extraordinary cleanliness of the accommodation – everything was very well maintained and inviting. The parking space in the courtyard was a big plus, as parking was convenient and safe. Communication with Matteo was consistently friendly, fast and uncomplicated – we felt well taken care of. We had a really fabulous week at Alda & Mattea's apartment. It is perfectly located in the heart of Lazise only steps away from the ferry terminal and yet miraculously manages to be quiet and private. We loved opening the shutters and doors in the living area in the morning to the birdsong and gentle hum of activity at the coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The little balcony is a great bonus and sitting out in the evening was really special. The bed was lovely and comfortable and we had everything we needed. We would thoroughly recommend the apartment and are already longing to go back.

Wonderful private place, with a large and private garden, and a great host. Would highly recommend it. Also, the house has been upgraded since the photos and it has an excellent WiFi. A perfect vacation house and a perfect vacation spot.

Delightfully quiet house with beautiful garden. We had a great week in Patrizia's beautiful house. It is very nicely decorated with a nice bed, beautiful bathroom with a rain shower that really works. Plants and fresh flowers everywhere. The garden is beautiful with a nice terrace overlooking the lake. Patrizia is a super nice hostess, who responds quickly. It is about 20 minutes walk to Limone, the nice thing is that you can go when it is quieter, because it is a beautiful village, but quite busy. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday Patrizia!

Cottage as described with ample parking and nice grounds. Amazing location with easy access to the beach and a short walk into town. Hope to return!

Really nice hosts; responsive and kind

We stayed at this cottage and were two couples. The apartment is well divided and consists of the entrance/living room, a kitchenette and two separate "ale" intended for double bedrooms and two private bathrooms, thus allowing guests to have their own privacy and the comfort of the double toilets! The garden is wonderful! The view of the lake makes it magical. The cottage is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is only 3 minutes from the Vittoriale. Fantastic and rejuvenating experience! Highly recommended! I would just recommend adding an Italian coffee maker, because there's only the American coffee machine.

Amazing location. The view from the upstairs bedroom is unreal. And the hammock in the garden is a really nice touch and very relaxing

We absolutely loved The Nest! Everything you could think of Celestina provided. She recommended stores, checked on electric bike rentals and told us of a local market that they have. She was extremely responsive and a great communicator!
