Great modern spot, spacious safe with a comfy bed and a nice little patio out back.

It is a place that I recommend 100%, its location is central, the area is very quiet, the spaces of the apartment are necessary for a good stadium, everything is very clean and corresponds to the publication photos, but above all Luisa is an excellent host, she is always attentive to you, your arrival, that you are comfortable, she advises you with the plans you have, it is a love. I hope to be back soon!

A lot of good with this stay with some quirks. The mgmt company is responsive and helpful The checkin process was effortless. This is a real 1 br, which can be hard to find in Laureles. The bed is very comfy and I love that the living room has a couch. If you cook, this isn't for you as the kitchen only has a small tabletop burner. The wifi is fast (~150 down). AC is very effective & cools the living room easily too. The apartment comes clean & staff is very helpful with extra towels, etc. There are trash bins right outside of the main door that get emptied often. I would suggest adding a bed-side lamp. The shower has good pressure, but the heat can be intermittent. Also the shower door doesn't stay shut and water gets out easily. The biggest downside might be the nighttime noise, BUT I'll say it didn't overall bother me. It's not much during the day, but at night you'll hear the restaurant across the street then then cleaning crew until about 3am before there is full quietness.

Great place for the price. It is a little inconvenient if you have a guest over due to no bathroom door. But other that that not a bad studio and very private and safe area

A place just as described in the photos, plus a balcony overlooking the street, it has everything you need, microwave, coffee makers, extra sheets, Netflix, it just doesn't have a washing machine, in front there is a laundry... Rent this place if you don't mind the noise, as the only quiet day is on Sunday, but you can always hear cars, motorcycles, and keep in mind that there are many people (gamin) around and it can be a bit annoying... in the end, it is a merchant area.

The place was cozy, quiet and clean. The view of Medellin is amazing, we enjoyed it every night. The host is very friendly and gave us great recommendations. The place is good for those looking for a little tranquility in Medellin. Just be careful in the evening and take a taxi when the sun is down, as the neighborhood seems a little less safe in the evening, but no problem during the day.

I stayed for 10 days and the experience was excellent. The house is located in a very quiet area, perfect for rest but close to everything you need. Right at the front there is a colmado (neighborhood store), which is super convenient for you to solve anything fast. Only a 5 minute walk there is a square where we get everything, so nothing is missing. By car you are only 15 minutes from Parque Lleras and El Poblado, which are the most active and touristic areas of Medellín. I mean, close to movement but without the noise or chaos. The house is very well organized, comfortable and equipped with all the necessary utensils. Everything in perfect condition. The linens, towels and so on were clean and smelly, which is very much appreciated. Care was noted in every detail. The price was fair for everything I offered and I didn't have any inconvenience during the stay. Also, the neighbors were super friendly and helpful which made the experience even better.

Loved my stay. I felt right at home . Bladimir was very helpful and gave me some good recommendations. The balcony is beautiful with the lights of Medellin at night. Honestly, I’m pretty critical of places that I stay. This is definitely on the top of my list. Claudia was very attentive to ensure that I was comfortable in her rental. There are a few other places here in Medellin that I really like and I must admit, this is one of them.
