Impeccable apartment, fully equipped with everything, spectacular area and building, the host was always very attentive. I would go again and I recommend it with my eyes closed.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos: lovely, super clean, cozy and with an excellent location. Check-in went smoothly and everything was spotless. Just a detail to keep in mind: sometimes noises from the neighboring apartment are heard. It didn't affect our stay but it is important to note. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and recommend it. Sergio was attentive during our stay and the communication was quite fluid and fast.

Mr. Néstor was a very good host. He was always making sure I had everything I needed to make my stay pleasant. His house was very clean and tidy and was close to the event site I was attending in San Cristobal, which was what I wanted. 100% recommended.

The place is much better than the photos. Very clean, well thought out for passenger comfort and very cozy. A balcony overlooking the city, you can breathe space, there was privacy for each member of the group. With easy and quick access to Ventura Mall through the Homecenter and very close to restaurants in Caobos. Mr. Jesus is a friendly, professional, always available host. The reception staff are very helpful. My 85-year-old mom already "informed" us that this is the place where she will stay when she travels to Cúcuta. That says it all. Thank you very much, Mr. Jesús.

The building is private has a very friendly staff, has a winged supermarket and a pharmacy in front. The apartment is nice and has enough things to have a good place to stay. Thank you Ana.

There were some dirty things when we arrived but the host took care of it. Its a great location and place for the money. Its quiet and homey. The stairs leading up to the apartment is VERY steep so if you dont like stairs, I wouldn't recommend. Otherwise, great place!
