Lastarria Penthouse, Amazing Terrace

Unwind on the terrace every morning while sipping a cup of coffee, with amazing views of the city and Cerro San Cristóbal. Enjoy the modern and vintage charm of this beautiful space in the heart of Lastarria, surrounded by original art and exquisite design. I'm 100% committed to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. *It will be important that you read the House Rules before you book my place. The building is considered National Patrimony and it's one of the most photographed buildings in Lastarria, it's located in the same street as the fanciest hotel in the district, The Singular Hotel and the beautiful bar Liguria. Entire place I'm from Santiago but I live and work in New York City. I recently bought and renovated this Penthouse as my vacation home and I have a wonderful friend and co-host who will do the check-in in person and help you get settled. Lastarria is one of the most beautiful districts in Santiago. My place is right in the heart of it. You can take beautiful walks around Parque Forestal and Bellas Artes Museum which is only two blocks away. You'll find everything you need in the place to cook and stay safe. I'm commited to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. You can always use Uber in Santiago, it's way cheaper than the normal taxis and you wont need to explain the address or where you're going in case your Spanish is not fluent yet. (Even though lots of people can communicate in English in Santiago). This is my home and I'm opening it for you to enjoy, I only ask to treat it as your own the way I would treat yours. Simple things like letting us know if something breaks so I can try to find something in my travels to replace it back. Everything I have here I've gathered from different parts of the world.

A gem in a Providencia residential area. Tranquility, security, and total beauty

The studio is great! Comfortable, quiet, glamorous and above all cozy and bright. It's 45 square meters and includes a terrace and a garden at the entrance. I'll be available for any information or help you may need during your stay. Recommendations for walks, restaurants, (my favorite EL BACO, a French restaurant in Providencia, Italian and Creole restaurants)... all the city's attractions It is located in a residential area near walks, Cerro San Cristobal, Parque de las Esculturas, and excellent restaurants, museums, bars, and theaters. Providencia is ideal for trekking or cycling. Only 10 minutes from the subway. If you are coming from the airport, I recommend taking an OFFICIAL TAXI to the address. LO CONTADOR 0386 Providencia Pedro de Valdivia Norte Neighborhood In normal traffic hours, it is a journey of approximately 15 minutes Lo Contador Street is located behind the Sheraton Hotel, a very tall and visible building. Another reference to locate the street is CLINICA INDISA, which is very visible from all sides. The street is the one that goes behind these two buildings. If you have a vehicle, we have a parking lot. Public transport is a 10-minute walk to the metro or bus. Next to the Indisa Clinic for any emergency. There is a great mini market, SUPERMERCADO DIEZ, in the Plaza de Padre Letelier, a 10-minute walk away, greengrocer and fresh fruits, Clementina, a place to buy prepared food, a well-stocked liquor store with the best prices and the best Chilean wines... a very nice and residential neighborhood for walking... Cerro San Cristobal, steps from the apartment... walking through the San Cristobal funicular is a delight...

Great and quiet location, near all the attractions

Barrio tranquilo, acogedor departamento equipado con vista priviligiada al cerro San Cristobal y cerca de las mejores atracciones turísticas, gastronómicas y parques de Santiago. Deja el auto seguro en estacionamiento privado ya que estarás a cerca de todo. Clínica Santa María está a dos cuadras de distancia. We own this centrally located one-bedroom apartment in a safe, modern doorman building. After falling in love with its prime location and high-floor view, we purchased and meticulously renovated the unit. The apartment is in the heart of the hip Bellas Artes district, just a block and a half from the Bellas Artes metro station. Adjacent to the building are a supermarket and a nice café. Within a short walk, you'll find great restaurants, shopping, and Santiago's top tourist attractions.

Big Loft 70 mts 2 , mid century modern style , completely renovated, thermopanel windows, great location of a bohemian neighborhood, walking distance to downtown ,near subway . We respect diversity . Best restaurants and also an active night life .This is a bohemian neighborhood, but the building is very safe , so ,this is what we want, respectful people that respect the norms. Visitors are not allowed, the loft is exclusively for the guests.

We loved staying at David’s place on the edge of Barrio Italia. He’s done an incredible job with the interior design—especially the lighting—and the books were a thoughtful touch. I enjoyed reading a satire about “Quicos,” the Chilean upper class. David also shared great tips on nearby vegan spots, like Verde Sazón. There’s a vegan panadería/pastelería called Tierra Libre just a short walk away—their passion fruit meringue pie is unbelievably good. Also nearby are Sapiens, a vegan restaurant, and SOMA, a high-end vegan patisserie that rivals anything in Paris. David’s home was the perfect landing spot after our return from Atacama. It’s an ideal place for 2–4 travelers looking for a fun and stylish stay in Santiago.

Santiago is one of the noisiest cities on the western hemisphere, and when I say noisy I mean NOISY and this can ruin your stay anywhere. From buses to alarm bells to neighbors walking around in stilettos on tiles to upper neighbors throwing 12 person "flamenco parties" 4 times a week to stray dogs to... You get the idea, and yes, all happened to me before in Santiago. This place is near the Mapocho river and some major roads, but the noise is not annoying as long as the rumble of gushing water doesn't bother you. Neighbors are super considerate, no infants, no barking, I'd rate it noise level 2-3/10. Cristóbal is a great host, super responsive and helpful. Location is great, easy to get to most places you'd want to get to, and totally safe. The place is great, it looks like the pictures, very bright (has AC so it isn't too hot), lovely décor/plants, plus it's equipped with everything you would ever need and with some consumables. Just absolutely great, easiest 10/10 I've ever given.

We had a very pleasant surprise when we arrived at the apartment, as it is modern, very clean, and has a super nice decoration! Perfect utensils and Daly is always super helpful, guiding us in everything! We stayed 5 days and left missing our little house in Chile! Certainly, on a return to Chile, that's where we'll choose! A highlight is the bed, which is very comfortable and warm! Waking up and seeing the Andes is priceless! Quiet neighborhood, we feel safe all the time, very family friendly! It's not worth 10, it's not worth 1000!

We had a fabulous three night stay at Jed’s place! The apartment was beautifully decorated and so thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was located in a convenient and peaceful area and we felt perfectly comfortable and at ease as first-time visitors to Santiago. Jed is a wonderful host— friendly and proactive! He came to greet us upon arrival and made sure to check in on us at regular intervals. Everything left us with a great impression and we cannot recommend highly enough!
