Incredible location, literally 20 second walk to Maraca, a great restaurant I ended up eating at twice while I was there. Corner store 30 seconds away in the opposite direction for drinks, etc. super cool architecture and pool area was peaceful. Ice cold AC in bedroom I stayed in. Few notes, city is working on the street, so must be dropped at a corner, which is only 30 seconds walk to unit. Water unexpectedly was out the last day, wasn’t the hosts fault and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. Would stay there again.

This Lacasa was a very good condition and the place the area very safe nice private pool inside look amazing is you’re beautiful to stay with your family and friend to enjoy your vacation. You won’t regret it and I will come soon. Possible for my vacation. Thank you. Let us know.

Me alegré de visitar nuevamente la casa de Sr. Keny porque se adapta a mí en ubicación, tamaño y comodidades. El propietario de la casa tuvo mucho cuidado de garantizar que los huéspedes estuvieran cómodos durante nuestra estancia. Estaba muy limpio por dentro. Como siempre, hay todo lo que necesitamos. Para mí siempre es un lugar confiable para pasar un fin de semana en la ciudad.

Me encantó el lugar, todo estaba muy limpio y organizado. Mis amigas y yo disfrutamos muchísimo del lugar y la pasamos muy bien. El anfitrión fue muy amable y respondía bastante rápido. Sin duda volvería.

Muy buen lugar para eventos y reuniones familiares. El anfitrión es muy atento, servicial y complaciente, nunca era un no. La casa es grande y tiene marquesina grande que puedes utilizar para evento, es muy hermosa y lujosa, el area de picuzzy es muy bonita. Sin duda volvere a rentar, para una proxima estancia.

Beautiful and huge house, fully equipped. Also fresh due to the high ceilings. Easy checkin and checkout. My family loved to hang out in the patio having coffee. The hosts were super responsive and attentive. Recommended!

Me encantó la villa de verdad súper cómoda super agradable, el espacio muy confortable, el host es muy atento, todo estaba bien limpio y las amenidades bien cuidadas, mi mamá dijo que va a volver varias veces porque se verdad fue un encanto la recomiendo al 100 % para vacacionar, está cerca de la ciudad y es un espacio muy chulo para disfrutar.

Absolutely loved my stay in the Zona Colonial! The apartment was charming, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. It’s perfectly located within walking distance to all the historic sites, cafes, and vibrant streets. Maitee was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The neighborhood has such a lively, authentic vibe, and I felt very safe exploring around. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the rich culture and history of Santo Domingo. Would definitely stay here again!

Vše bylo naprosto v pořádku. Byt je obrovský, čistý, máte tam klimatizaci, větráky, televize, ledničku,… pro nás byl nejlepší částí obývák, který byl v krásném stylu a velmi prostorný. Ve sprše tekla teplá voda, wifi byla rychlá. Manuel je skvělý hostitel, pomůže, poradí, odpovídá rychle. Rozhodně doporučuji!

My family and I had stay in a lot of villas but this one it’s one of a kind, when we all arrived this was beyond what we expected we felt in love with the place that we didn’t want to leave and we looking forward to come back. I had a surprise for my sister and Laura and Marcos I couldn’t had done it without them they help like they were part of my family. I would recommend the place 1 million times for anyone to stay everything was clean the place felt peaceful more them a home the kids didn’t stop smiling,this is a place that money definitely can buy happiness, is easy to get there from anywhere you are coming from city or country. My rating to this place 1 million. Thank you Laura again.

Nuestra estadía en Villa Tulum fue una experiencia muy divertida. Tuvimos algunos sucesos inesperados, pero curiosamente cada uno de ellos terminó sumando a la temática y al encanto del Airbnb, haciendo que todo fluyera de manera especial. El host nos cayó espectacular, súper atento y amable en todo momento. Además, Miguel, el seguridad, fue una compañía excelente durante la estadía, siempre con buena actitud y disposición. En resumen, Villa Tulum es un 10/10. Volveríamos sin pensarlo.

I had a wonderful stay at Ginny’s apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and felt like home from the moment I arrived. The room, kitchen, and bathroom were all spotless and well-maintained, which made my stay very pleasant. Ginny is an amazing host, always ready to help whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Her hospitality truly stood out. Her mother was also incredibly kind and made sure the surroundings were always neat and tidy whenever she was around. Their attention to cleanliness and guest comfort is truly commendable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay.
