Incredible location, literally 20 second walk to Maraca, a great restaurant I ended up eating at twice while I was there. Corner store 30 seconds away in the opposite direction for drinks, etc. super cool architecture and pool area was peaceful. Ice cold AC in bedroom I stayed in. Few notes, city is working on the street, so must be dropped at a corner, which is only 30 seconds walk to unit. Water unexpectedly was out the last day, wasn’t the hosts fault and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. Would stay there again.

This Lacasa was a very good condition and the place the area very safe nice private pool inside look amazing is you’re beautiful to stay with your family and friend to enjoy your vacation. You won’t regret it and I will come soon. Possible for my vacation. Thank you. Let us know.

I was happy to visit Mr. Keny's house again because it suit me in location, size and amenities. The owner of the house took great care to ensure that the guests were comfortable during our stay. It was very clean inside. As always, there is everything we needed. For me it is always a reliable place to spend a weekend in the city.

Very good place for events and family gatherings. The host is very attentive, helpful and accommodating, he never said no. The house is large and has a large marquee that you can use for events, it is very beautiful and luxurious, the picnic area is very nice. I will definitely rent again for a future stay.

Beautiful and huge house, fully equipped. Also fresh due to the high ceilings. Easy checkin and checkout. My family loved to hang out in the patio having coffee. The hosts were super responsive and attentive. Recommended!

I loved the really super comfortable villa super nice, the space is very comfortable, the host is very attentive, everything was well cleaned and the amenities well cared for, my mom said she will come back several times because it was a charm I recommend it 100% for vacation, it is close to the city and is a very cool space to enjoy.

Absolutely loved my stay in the Zona Colonial! The apartment was charming, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. It’s perfectly located within walking distance to all the historic sites, cafes, and vibrant streets. Maitee was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The neighborhood has such a lively, authentic vibe, and I felt very safe exploring around. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the rich culture and history of Santo Domingo. Everything was perfectly fine. The apartment is huge, clean, you have air conditioning, fans, TV, refrigerator,… for us the best part was the living room, which was in a beautiful style and very spacious. Hot water flowed in the shower, wifi was fast. Manuel is a great host, he helps, advises, responds quickly. I definitely recommend!

My family and I had stay in a lot of villas but this one it’s one of a kind, when we all arrived this was beyond what we expected we felt in love with the place that we didn’t want to leave and we looking forward to come back. I had a surprise for my sister and Laura and Marcos I couldn’t had done it without them they help like they were part of my family. I would recommend the place 1 million times for anyone to stay everything was clean the place felt peaceful more them a home the kids didn’t stop smiling,this is a place that money definitely can buy happiness, is easy to get there from anywhere you are coming from city or country. Our stay at Villa Tulum was a very fun experience. We had some unexpected events, but curiously each of them ended up adding to the theme and charm of the Airbnb, making everything flow in a special way. We thought the host was spectacular, super attentive and friendly at all times. In addition, Miguel, the security guard, was an excellent companion during the stay, always with a good attitude and disposition. In short, Villa Tulum is a 10/10. We would return without hesitation.

I had a wonderful stay at Ginny’s apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and felt like home from the moment I arrived. The room, kitchen, and bathroom were all spotless and well-maintained, which made my stay very pleasant. Ginny is an amazing host, always ready to help whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Her hospitality truly stood out. Her mother was also incredibly kind and made sure the surroundings were always neat and tidy whenever she was around.
