Es un lugar adorable, caminando fue muy fácil y cercano para recorrer la zona colonial, incluso de noche, cuenta con todo lo que menciona en la publicación y como detalle extra nos dejó unas botellitas de agua en el refrigerador y Sobres de café, muy rico por cierto, la gente muy amigable, frente al alojamiento venden sabrosa parrillada, atendida por Eduard, (chef capellán) señor muy amigable, por si regresan al alojamiento tarde y con hambre 🤭, En general todo muy bien, muchas gracias al anfitrión. Definitivamente volvería.

Nos quedamos mi esposo y yo con nuestros niños de 11 meses y 3.5 años, donde reinaba la tranquilidad, seguridad y comodidad. Nos encanto el hospedaje y sobre todo las buenas atenciones de Rafael para lo que necesitamos en su momento, al tener 2 niños nos queriamos asegurar estuviesen seguros en el apartamento. Este apartamento tiene de todo y lo mejor es poder ir al balcon y ver la bella vista. Nos quedaban cercas restaurantes, malls, supermercados, farmacia, el mirador, y teniamos parqueo subterraneo. Debo destacar que el personal de la torre es amigable y respetuoso, nos encantó! Nos gusto mucho la seguridad de esta torre. Definitavemente Rafael es un excelente host y la proxima vez deseamos quedarnos en sus propiedades. Muchisimas gracias por su amabilidad y cortesia!

Estoy muy contento de haber elegido este apartamento para mí estadía en Santo Domingo, es un lugar muy privado, seguro y comodo. Esta equipado con todo lo necesario, para pasar una comoda y placentera estadía. El apartamento esta super decorado y bien mantenido, todos los electrodomesticos son nuevos y funcionan a la perfección, el aire acondicionado esta perfecto, y cuenta con planta eléctrica, en caso de falta de electricidad en el sector. Sobre la anfritiona, le puedo decir, que tiene 1000 estrellas en comunicación y servicio al cliente, 100% soporte en tú estadía en cualquier situación que se presente, mientras estes hospedado en su airbnb. Perfecta úbicación, cerca de todos los Malls y centros de entretenimientos en Santo Domingo. Si vuelvo a República Dominicana, me quedaría sin duda en este hermoso y comodo apartamento. I loved everything about this place and I wish I could’ve stayed. Everything was spotless, the view is amazing and in a safe neighborhood and quiet neighborhood. Everything matches the pictures, the host is very responsive and I would definitely recommend and would consider staying here again.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The view was absolutely perfect even better than the photos. The host was super friendly and gave some great local recommendations that made the trip even better. Would definitely stay here again!

Very friendly and responsive host. This place is very homey and cozy. I recommend this place its in a great location and walkable to all places. Very clean and the pool and deck area nice and private.

A este lugar le doy 10 de 10 es tal como lo dice, la descripción es muy limpio, es sumamente seguro, el Host muy responsable, siempre asegurándose que que todo estuviera bien, me encantó que tenían un Blower y tenían una plancha para el pelo 🙌🏽 , el área de la piscina, muy bonito Ese lugar me encantó que había un olor demasiado rico, cuando uno entra al apartamento, wow .. muy feliz y si volvería a ver quedarme 🫶🏽

Staying here was an amazing experience. The location is perfect. There is a restaurant across street as well as several others nearby. It's next to a dry cleaner and laundry store. There are several corner stores near by. It's also about an 8 min walk to the main zonal colonial area. You can see the beach from your front door or go up to the jacuzzi area for an even better relaxing view. The place was super clean. I especially liked the lights in the bedroom. The host was super responsive to any questions that I had. I definitely will be staying here again!

Sin duda la mejor de las atenciones al huésped la tiene este alojamiento, incluso con situaciones ajenas respondió bastante bien, amable, comprensiva, acerca de la estancia como tal, tal cual como en las fotos, súper acogedor y cómodo, recomendado si quieren sentir privacidad. 10/10 🫶🏽✨.

Worth every penny. Not ashamed yo say this is not my first time staying here and def wont be my last., Everything is close and plenty to do walking distance. Very secure building with helpful staff including hosts. Private large terrace with a nice jacuzzi to enjoy the great view is all i needed. Trust me and just rent it you’ll agree and then some! Enjoy
