The place is spacious and comfortable away from traffic and downtown stroll but close to walking. Easy to take as your departure point to Comitán, San juan Chamula, Zinacantán, etc. Super comfortable beds and clean and new baths.

The stay was 10/10, everything was very nice, I would come back again!

The attention from the host was quick and efficient, we resolved the reservation in a short time despite the times, I recommend the place since it is warm, private, very careful, the comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and with hot water, the kitchen is very complete. My daughters love the detail of a functional typewriter, for them it was something new, since everything is pc today. The garden is small but beautiful.

Our stay went really well, the hosts were very welcoming, lovely and very well organized. They provided us with a bathtub for our baby and heating. The house was very modern and lacked nothing. Parking was very convenient. Thank you for everything and happy hosting.

Very comfortable, excellent for a family

I had a great stay at Rosaura’s apartment. It was clean, just as described, and in a great location—close to many of the main attractions, but far enough from the busy streets to be peaceful at night. Overall, it’s good value for the price. A couple of things to note: the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak, and we had to rely on cellular data for most of the stay. If you're a digital nomad or need reliable internet, this might not be the best fit. Also, the bed was on the springy side, which may not be ideal for everyone.

Chris surprised me with the place. I thought it was small, and had no expectations. Flowers and plants all around, a talkative and full of generosity of Chris that shared the sunset, a beer and life experience, made me feel safe, comfortable and happy. He will do some changes to the place and I’m sure it will be lovely. I love the neighborhood!! I fully recommend it, will visit it again, and will love to see Chris again. Thanks for sharing the better room with me and the great views!!

this is an absolute gem, at a 5 minute walk from the heart of the action. cut, cozy, quiet, lots of light and beautiful view. an interior courtyard and clean, petfriendly stay is great. i would definitly recommend this place to single and couple travellers. modern home and everything is functional!

Beautiful calm place with a gorgeous garden, lovely pets and kind hosts! I had a very nice stay and the accomodation helped me find moments of peace during busy days.

Having made the reservation in Casa Arcilla was my best decision in my time in San Cristobal. Mercedes is an excellent host, everything is very clean, excellent servio and an immediate response. I would definitely book again,
