This family-friendly Surf House is steps from the beach, close to the towns wedding venues and an easy E-bike ride to surf breaks Trestles and San O. Live like a local and rent our house E-bikes to surf or explore; step through our backyard gate to explore the nearby canyon trails then grab the house surfboards, walk down below the house for a surf/swim or a stroll along the famous beach trail. Take a hot outdoor shower, enjoy local eateries and close the night out around the cozy fire pit.

Our cozy casita is located in the heart of downtown San Clemente. The beach is a 15 minute walk and the main downtown area is a 6 minute walk. The casita is quaint and charming with large vaulted wood beam ceilings, hardwood floors, and plentiful natural light. Open the french doors to enjoy the fresh breeze and late afternoon sunshine in the backyard. We always make sure it is extra clean and comfortable and we love providing a high quality experience for all of our guests.

Garden Cottage at the Green is a perfect place designed especially for the enjoyment of its unique, award-winning gardens, proximity to the beach and fresh coastal breezes. This exclusive retreat offers complete seclusion and privacy while still offering intimate and warm hospitality. Dogs are allowed at an additional cost of $30/day /per pet which be paid on site. We don't accept cats. We can provide other services such as laundry for an additional cost.
