Loved it. The facilities were outstanding. Great area. The bedroom was in the back so less noise. I loved the lap pool.

The best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. We laid in the pool lounger and watched the sunset almost every night. The kids loved the pool so much, and it was always great to jump into after a walk up the hill. The ac works great in both rooms if you need a place to cool off. The market down the hill is great for cheap beer and snacks, they also sell fresh ceviche and eggs. We used Uber eats a couple of times too for when we didn't feel like walking. All of the food delivery people are on motorcycles so they can easily come up any hill. We also brought a tripod and took family photos around the house, there are so many pretty spots and viewpoints. We will definitely be returning. Thanks Mike for everything!

My stay at Álvaro’s place was absolutely incredible. The property is private, secluded, and secure — perfect for a peaceful getaway. The views are truly stunning, overlooking both the ocean and the town below. It’s hard to put into words how breathtaking it is! Despite the serene location, access to town is easy and convenient. The home itself is well-equipped with amazing amenities that made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

Spent 7 days at this beautiful condo and had everything we needed to both relax and enjoy everything PV has to offer. The location itself is quiet but close to the vibrant nightlife. Only a stones throw away from the beach!

We stayed at Alexander’s place for our honeymoon and had an amazing time! His place was clean, very walkable, quiet, and the rooftop pool was incredible - we spent several days in a row up there! We were able to walk all through town and only needed to get a ride for a couple excursions we had planned, but even then it was very easy to set up a cab/uber ride out of the area. He is very responsive and got back to us quickly with any question. Overall it was a great experience and if we return to PV we will be staying here!!

The accommodation is very nice and they think of many details, the beach club makes all the difference, there are many pools. I would come back!

Gabriela and her team are great hosts. Response time was fast. They recommended restaurants, an in house chef, a massage professional. All great things to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The view from the balcony and pool deck are amazing! The staff of the building is kind and friendly! The place looks like the photos. It’s spacious and nicely lit. Kitchen is fully stocked with all major necessities. The pool within the balcony is fine for temperature especially when visiting during summer and high humidity times it’s refreshing. The building is a fairly nice stroll downhill however it gets steep at some points and there’s straits. I walked it up twice up. If you want a nice mini workout dig in if not the humidity will get ya. Uber is also a nice cheap drive back from any area of the Zona Romántica. Theirs also cute koi fishes in the pond within the level of the apartment

Everything was amazing. We stayed there before, and this was truly an amazing experience. Not that others were bad, but Karol was an amazing host.

Excellent place, the host is very friendly and attentive at all times. It was a family trip with pets and we felt very comfortable. It has green areas everywhere, it was really nice.

The Casita is adorable and is just as pictures with a great view. It was hard to leave the patio. The location is great and an easy walk to the beach and town. This was our first visit to Sayulita , which is a lovely town, however the beach below the casita is very busy, lined with rows and rows of chairs and umbrellas for rent and each bar playing their own loud music, so the evenings on the beautiful patio were not quiet and we could hear the thumping of the music until the wee hours of the morning. We prefer less crowds so we spent our days on the quieter beaches, which is just a short walk away. Bring shampoo as there is none provided and a lighter in case you have to use it to light the stove and enjoy this beautiful Casita. We did. Thank you.

It was our first time in Sayulita and studio paraiso was the perfect place to stay! It is not in the middle of the commotion, but the centre of the town and the main beach are only a short walk away. There is even a beach, cafes and restaurants on that street which gave us plenty options. The neighbours were quiet and friendly, including the cats! Amenities/air conditioning worked well, had some coffee and basic spices as well as jugs of purified water which was great. Ignacio was helpful and responsive and left a list of activities in the Airbnb, a sun umbrella, a blanket and some books. The water pressure was a little low, and there was construction around 8-9am every morning. Overall a great stay, we will be back!

Michele’s house was absolutely stunning! The home was beautifully furnished and had all the comforts of home. Beautiful views from every room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. The beds were comfortable. It was also great to have a golf cart to use to get to the town. Michele was very helpful and accommodating. Michele also got back to me quickly with answers to my questions. We were a family of 6 and it was the perfect place to stay. I’d definitely come back!!!

This condo was exactly as described. Despite being a condo it also had several nice amenities such as an onsite restaurant, an onsite spa and their prices were very reasonable. You can also order drinking water and ice from the lobby and order housekeeping services. for a reasonable cost. The condo also had some beach toys and boogie boards that we were able to borrow. Definitely an Airbnb we would love to rent again.

Loved our stay at Andrea's place! Great location, very large and comfortable unit. Really great space for 3 couples. Everything we needed to cook meals. Balcony is huge, the view is beautiful, and the unit is very convenient to the elevator that goes down to the pool/beach. The resort is very well kept and staff were very friendly. Andrea was really great regarding communications. The resort tries to sell you the all-inclusive option and have you go to a timeshare breakfast when checking in, but we declined. Attending the breakfast gives you lots of discounts at the resort, but we were only there for 3 days, so we didn't want to spend any of our time on that. We found the prices at the restaurants/bars at the hotel to be fairly reasonable.

A very clean place a few minutes from the beach, near Vallarta and Bucerias. It has air conditioning throughout the house and rooms, perfect, its beds are very comfortable. The large pool is in front but it is a common area and is enjoyed. The kitchen is very complete.

Very pleasant stay, incredible view from the living room, infinity pool for adults with ocean view, oxxo downstairs for shopping. Sure, we'll be back soon. Just a heads up, as of May 25, the elevator is being fixed.

We were a bit hesitant to book an Airbnb for this trip, but the incredible reviews convinced us to go for it and we’re so glad we did. The condo exceeded our expectations in every way. The condo was clean, spacious, peaceful, and in an amazing location. We loved relaxing at the large, quiet pool onsite (often with no one else around) and also spent most of our time enjoying the Vidanta amenities, including the Grand Mayan pools, restaurants, and walking paths. Getting into Vidanta was quick and easy every time. What truly made the trip amazing was the host, Lupita. She was like a personal tour guide: friendly, responsive, and full of great suggestions for places to eat and explore. She always responded within minutes and made everything feel seamless. The staff at the building were also incredibly welcoming and helpful. This stay exceeded all our expectations, and we will 100% book this place again on our next trip. Huge thanks to Lupita for making everything so perfect!

We LOVED our stay at Atalia’s place! It was adorable and the decor was just as pictured. The apartment is in the heart of downtown Sayulita so you can literally walk everywhere, it’s very convenient. One thing to note: since it is in the heart of downtown it can be loud at night with all of the live music outside until around 10pm, then everything seems to quiet down. This was not a problem for us at all, but if you’re looking to go to bed earlier than that you will need ear plugs! We loved how close to the beach we were too, my husband went surfing every morning and we were just a 4 min walk to the beach! We never had trouble using the rooftop pool and it was always open and we had it all to ourselves every time we walked up to use it. The room was cleaned every day which was absolutely awesome and a perk that you don’t get often at Airbnb’s, we loved coming home to a clean room after being out and about all day.

We researched many houses in Sayulita and it was a difficult choice to narrow down. With this place we picked the right one! Excellent location and easy to walk to and from town as well as the beach. Only one small section of steeper street to manage at the top but pretty easy compared to some of the other places around town and how steep the roads are. Plenty of golf cart rentals if you need one but we never felt it was needed for us. Everything is very close by as this is a nice smaller town that is easily manageable once you spend a few days here. The house has plenty of space and the roof top patio and pool were must haves to relax and enjoy the views. If you are choosing between a few narrowed down selections you won’t be disappointed with this house. We would definitely rent again. Prices in town seemed on average about half of Puerto Vallarta and other heavy tourist Mexico spots for food and drinks. Safe town. Friendly people. Incredible food. Always felt welcomed.
