L'appartamento fa parte di una casa dove abita anche la proprietaria, con il suo ingresso indipendente. Non nuovo ma ben tenuto, spazioso, pulito e soprattutto fresco. Benedetta molto gentile e accogliente

Beautiful place to stay if you’re looking for something further out to enjoy a more scenic stay outside the city! Easy enough to get the bus into the city of Florence for the day also so best of both worlds! The decor and design of the place was beautiful also.

Très bon séjour à San Casciano in Val di Pesa pour découvrir la région. Nous avons testé le bus pour aller à Florence ou le tram depuis le parking de Villa Costanza. L'appartement est très spacieux et bien équipé, les lits sont confortables. Seul bémol : la place de parking réservée pour l'appartement est inaccessible avec une grande voiture, mais on trouve de la place à proximité facilement.

Hébergement idéalement situé pour visiter Florence sans avoir à prendre sa voiture qui est en sécurité sur le parking privé. L'arrêt de bus est à 5 mns à pied , les navettes sont fréquentes jusque tard en soirée et en 20 mns vous êtes à la porta Romana. Vous pouvez aussi rejoindre Sienne en 50mns et vous arrêtez en passant à San Gimignano qui vaut vraiment le coup. La chiantigiana est proche également. Il y a une piscine extérieure à Tavarnuzze qui ouvre le 15 juin, nous n'avons donc pas pu la tester. Sinon, Cosimo est un hôte très réactif, le logement correspond à la description , nous le conseillerons donc à ceux qui souhaitent visiter Florence et retrouver un coin paisible en soirée.

We originally planned to stay at Bryan’s place over the weekend just to explore nearby Florence, but the charm of his home completely stole the show. Florence felt like the cherry on top instead of the other way around. Nestled in a huge, lush garden bursting with hundreds of flowers and all kinds of trees, and staying in a cozy apartment that felt like a little museum, we had such a wonderful, memorable experience that left us feeling truly happy. Bryan was not only super friendly and easy to talk to, but also incredibly welcoming and helpful. Next time we’re in Florence or any nearby town, there’s no question - we’ll be coming back here!

Monica, die Gute Fee des Hauses, hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie wohnt mit auf dem Hof und gibt gute und viele Tips rund um Florenz und die Umgebung der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft selber war sehr sauber und gepflegt! Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Sowohl drinnen, als auch draußen kann man gut und ruhig sitzen und die lauen Sommernächte genießen! Dank Duftkerzen und irgendwas in der Steckdose :D ging es auch mit den Moskitos… Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Toskana sind :)

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus. Es ist super ausgestattet und es waren viele Aufmerksamkeiten vorbereitet, um uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Kommunikation und Gestaltung der Ankunft hat einwandfrei geklappt. Da es noch kühler war wurde auch das Haus aufgeheizt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

We spend here 4 nights with our dog and felt right at home. I love nature and I love to cook and the kitchen being small has everything and a window on the Tuscan landscape, Considering we were not lucky with the weather Antonio gave us a few great tips what to do and we had an amazing time! Cet endroit est un bijou, je recommande à 100%! Pour commencer, le logement est magnifique, très propre et bien aménagé, avec une vue spectaculaire. La localisation est parfaite, juste assez loin de Florence mais encore très accessible autant en voiture qu'en autobus. Majla était très gentille et très disponible pour répondre à nos questions. J'y retournerais définitivement!!

Amazing apartment - stylish, astonishing views, great Aircon, loads of space. It’s situated on a beautiful square right slap bang in the middle of things - after spending 4 days here, we couldn’t wish for a better location. The building and square are very characterful yet quiet (except the amazing music floating up in the evenings). Great value - we had four nights for the cost of one night in a Florence 5-star, with loads more space. Things you might need to know: the huge windows have electric blinds, which either provide shade or blackout - nice! The two bathrooms are cute and functional but small. The kitchen also - well equipped but not much room to conjure up a gourmet meal. However the number of excellent restaurants within ten minutes walk is astonishing - just follow Edoardo’s recommendations.

Great apartment with everything you need only 20-30mins bus ride from central Florence (you need to download the AT Bus app to purchase your ticket in advance of travelling). Set on a hill with steep pathways maybe not ideal for those with disabilities or young children but did give a beautiful view of the Tuscan hills. The village of Tavarnuzze, where the apartment sits on the outskirts is quiet with a couple of restaurants and one bar/newsagents so great for a quiet chilled break but for both restaurants you must book to avoid disappointment and being hungry. There are a couple of small supermarkets which cater for most things and the closest about 10mins walk, albeit via the narrow hilly pathway. The swimming pool is ideal to chill out after a full day in the city. The host was super helpful and on hand whenever we needed him, be it for a taxi or for questions we had. There is no food delivery here and taxis are pretty expensive so make sure you plan your meals ahead of time.

Sabrina est une hôte extraordinaire ainsi que ses proches , et dans une situation très compliquée pour nous puisque nous nous sommes fait dérober tous nos affaires personnelles dans Florence , elle a été extrêmement réactive et elle nous a facilité grandement les choses devant cet événement , ainsi que ses proches, et nous avons pu finir notre séjour jusqu’à notre rapatriement en France dans les meilleures conditions En outre , sa demeure est un environnement très agréable bien loin du tumulte de Florence et c’est un véritable havre de paix. Allez y les yeux fermés c’est de loin ma meilleure expérience Airbnb

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

Magnifique endroit qui nous a tout de suite charmé, avec vue splendide sur la toscane et sur Sienne qui fait rêver. L’accueil était chaleureux et tout était très beau et très propre. Nous reviendrons!

Fantastisk lejlighed, med den helt rette placering i forhold til et ophold i centrum af Florence. Dejlig rummelig og perfekt at have en lille terrasse med plads til 4 personer omkring bordet. Jeg kan anbefale stedet til andre.

Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Wygodny choć nieco staromodny apartament w spokojnej okolicy, wokół dużo zieleni i piękny widok z okna. Duży i zadbany basen z przestrzenią do odpoczynku. Dobre miejsce na relaks po zwiedzaniu Sieny i okolic.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!

We loved our stay here. Right next to the Duomo and close to everything in Florence making it super easy to get around. Loved the inside of the apartment too and was overall amazing. Silvia was very helpful and great!
