Holiday rentals with a pool in San Casciano dei Bagni

We had a wonderful time staying with Andrea. He was very welcoming and always available to help. He assisted us with great recommendations and with booking restaurants and wineries. The tower itself is a truly unique place, and the peaceful surroundings created the perfect atmosphere for our stay.

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

This place is something else! The views, the pool, the houses, the interior - it’s something else. We stayed with our 18 month old and had such a happy time - surrounded by nature in such gorgeous accommodation and a kiddy kitchen / toys which were perfect for Otis. It’s simply beautiful and Martina is so helpful - highly recommend with a family or groups of friends for a zen and unique time. Close to lots of gorgeous places and Martina has wonderful recommendations. Only watch out is the 2km dirt track road to get to the location but it’s 100% worth it and quite fun! Enjoy - we can’t wait to come back :)

A beautiful stay in Tuscany perfect for relaxing on the property and visiting towns.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem absolut niedlichen Haus, das inmitten atemberaubender Natur liegt. Die Ruhe ist einzigartig – man hört nur das Zwitschern der Vögel, und hin und wieder zeigen sich Rehe am Waldrand. Einfach magisch! Der Pool war top gepflegt und man hatte richtig Ruhe. Ein echtes Highlight war für uns die Küche: So liebevoll eingerichtet und außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet – das haben wir so noch nie erlebt! Der Gasherd und der hochwertige Backofen haben das Kochen zu einem Vergnügen gemacht. Gastgeber Diego war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Man fühlt sich bei ihm sofort willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Ein perfekter Rückzugsort für alle, die Natur, Ruhe und liebevolle Details zu schätzen wissen.

Wir hatten eine wirklich wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft! Sie ist genauso wie auf den Fotos: Sehr schön eingerichtet, ruhig und mit tollem Ausblick. Eines der schönsten Airbnbs, in denen wir bisher waren! Der Pool war leider geschlossen, dafür kann man aber in den umliegenden Seen schwimmen gehen. Wir waren nur zwei Nächte dort, wollen aber ganz sicher noch einmal wiederkommen und dann auch länger bleiben!

Wygodny apartament z przepięknym widokiem na jezioro (przeszklona ściana w salonie). Urokliwe łóżko na antresoli. Duży, zadbany basen. Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny gospodarz. Dom położony na styku Toskanii i Umbrii, tuż obok Perugia, Asyz, Cortona. Dobry jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania.

Let me start by saying this is not a 5 star hotel and that's a good thing. We were looking for a more authentic experience in Tuscany and this place fit the bill. It's an incredible spacious Villa that's well decorated and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and the views capture the Tuscan countryside. The property is very quite yet just a short drive to the quaint town of Cetona. Shops, restaurants, grocery store pretty much everything you need. My son and I even found an Italian barber and got haircuts. If you're looking for a country stay this place is perfect. Hosts are nice and responsive.

We hebben een onvergetelijke 14 dagen doorgebracht op deze droomplek. Het huis is prachtig gelegen op een heuvel met 360 graden kilometers ver schitterend uitzicht. Het is goed bereikbaar en centraal gelegen zodat vele bekende plekken in Toscane goed bereikbaar zijn. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om te koken, zelfs is er een Bialetti Moka koffiezetter aanwezig voor de liefhebber maar ook een gewoon koffiezetapparaat. De Coop supermarkt en bakker zijn binnen 15 minuten rijden te vinden. Anna, Francesca en hun team houden alles op en top schoon, ze zijn goed bereikbaar en spreken goed Engels. Ook hun moeder komt dagelijks langs om te controleren af alles in orde is. Bij het zwembad is het heerlijk vertoeven met een uitzicht waar je nooit genoeg van krijgt. Alles is uitstekend geregeld, iedereen heeft zijn eigen plekken buiten. Een top plek!

Un’oasi di pace e ospitalità: il Capolinea è un angolo di paradiso – anche per i nostri amici a quattro zampe 🐾 ! Siamo stati accolti con calore da Monica, con la sua energia travolgente, e Renato, con il suo aplomb irresistibile. Due persone gentili, attente e autentiche, che sanno farti sentire subito a casa. Le nostre due Weimaraner si sono sentite subito a loro agio, accolte con affetto e libertà. Il Capolinea è immerso nel verde, perfetto per rallentare e riscoprire il piacere delle piccole cose. La piscina invita al relax, magari con un aperitivo al tramonto. A pochi minuti, una collina regala una vista spettacolare sul lago, da togliere il fiato. Ogni dettaglio è curato con amore, creando un’atmosfera calda e rigenerante. Stare al Capolinea è respirare l’energia di un sogno diventato realtà: Monica e Renato hanno creato un luogo autentico, dove godere della natura, del buon cibo e delle connessioni umane vere. Torneremo presto. Ci mancherete tantissimo 😘!

I have stayed at 50+ AirBnB and this was my all time favourite. Imagine staying within a castle, with an adjacent church, a great pool and the most fabolous views of the umbrian country side. Not to forget the best equipped kitchen and the best care taker Nazareno. And an actual fresco in the bedroom! Cant recommend this place enough.

This place is even more beautiful than the photos show! We are travelling round Italy for our honeymoon and this has been our highlight. From the amazing grounds to the incredible food at the little restaurant it’s all been perfect. Thank you Marian for excellent communication and being so accommodating. The home itself is beautifully appointed, with every modern convenience you could need for a relaxing and luxurious vacation. From a well-equipped kitchen to cozy, tastefully decorated living spaces, everything was thoughtfully arranged to make us feel right at home. But what truly sets Casale Zeno apart is the warmth and hospitality of Tony and Jo. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect—welcoming, helpful, and genuinely lovely people who made us feel like part of the family. Whether you’re lounging by the magnificent pool, exploring the nearby towns, or simply enjoying a quiet evening on the terrace with a glass of wine, Casale Zeno is the perfect Umbrian stay.

We had a wonderful time at Alberto‘s and Laura‘s - it turned out that we didn’t do as many trips into the surroundings as planned because we just wanted to enjoy the beauty of the garden and the amazing views. It was the perfect ending of a fantastic vacation in Italy - I hope we will be back next year :) We received a fantastic welcome, home made bread, jam and pasta - and immediately felt like home. Grazie! One thing to mention is that the apartment is kind of thin-walled towards the second apartment - that didn’t bother us at all, but might be of interest for fellow travellers who are sensitive to noises. All in all, certainly one of the best accommodations we have stayed in!

Passamos dias muito relaxantes e desfrutamos de algumas caminhadas pelos arredores, que é muito bonito. Aqui escutamos alto o canto de diversos pássaros e encontramos o chão forrado de pequenas flores, presentes trazidos pela primavera. A casa é muito aconchegante, ficamos em 4 pessoas confortavelmente instalados! Foi muito agradável acender a lareira em uma tarde um pouco chuvosa e fresca. Atenção para safety deposit, pedido em espécie no dia do check in. Eu não havia encontrado a informação no anúncio do Airbnb e me interei lendo com atenção o e mail de instruções na véspera do check in, como estávamos no fim da viagem nos sairia oneroso sacar a quantia em Euro e depois converte la novamente para nossa moeda, Valentina foi muito gentil e compreensiva, rapidamente nos propôs uma solução.

Jederzeit wieder! Wir sind total herzlich empfangen worden. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber hat für zwei Personen alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, hatten auf der Terrasse oder am Pool viel Zeit um zu entspannen und die Idylle der Toskana zu genießen. Im Umkreis kann man wunderschöne Orte, Restaurants, Weingüter und vieles mehr besuchen. Emanuele und Angela waren immer erreichbar und haben uns tolle Insider Tipps gegeben. Wow. Just wow. This is paradise on earth, and I wish I would never go home. The house and surroundings are just more stunning than any picture can show. Kids friendly, family friendly, stunning surroundings, near great restaurants, and supermarkets. The hosts are very responsive, and they have a maintenance person fixing everything you need. I will definitely come back with my family. Very, very, very recommendable.

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft! Der Außenbereich mit dem tollen Pool, der liebevoll gepflegten Umgebung und dem atemberaubenden Ausblick war einfach perfekt zum Entspannen. Alles war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt – besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass der Gastgeber täglich den Außenbereich gepflegt und den Müll entsorgt hat. Luigi und seine Frau waren unglaublich herzlich, haben uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben und uns mit einem fantastischen 4-Gänge-Menü überrascht – ein unvergessliches Highlight! Das Haus liegt ruhig und abgelegen, ideal zum Abschalten. Gleichzeitig ist die charmante kleine Stadt im Tal wunderbar authentisch und touristenfrei. Florenz, Siena und andere schöne Orte sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Absolute Empfehlung!

We had a great stay at the villa! Diego and Aldo were great hosts and were very responsive to any issues we had. There was a slight issue with the water but both of them were able to quickly help and were extremely kind. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time in the house. The view is amazing, a lot of nature, nice and fresh pool, big terrace and garden, lots of bird and other animal sounds, no neighbors. The rooms were quite big and the kitchen very well stuffed. There is also a washing machine, dish washer and 2 big fridges. A few small points we feel like we’d like to mention from our side however: - one of us was trying to work from abroad and the WiFi was quite bad. it was not strong enough for a zoom call, so home office is not really doable from there - some (2/5) bathrooms had a really bad smell. We couldn’t really find out where it came from - some of the showers were not really water proof. The water went basically out of the shower into the bathroom - quite some ants in the kitchen, but with some effort (insect spray and avoiding foods on the counter) it was possible to keep them out We still had a great time. It is the perfect place to disconnect and we would definitely come back! Thanks a lot!

Overall the location and charm of the property were stunning. Spacious bedrooms and living areas (beware uneven flooring, to be expected in an old farmhouse, my elderly father struggled). NOTE: we have not been asked for a cash deposit with Airbnb before and were surprised when a man came about 3 hours after we arrived to collect €400 cash. He spoke no English and used his phone to call someone who could speak to me. The host had not said he would be coming, or who he was. I contacted Airbnb support who said I could pay through the resolution centre. As others mentioned, there were no oil, salt, pepper etc, although a few dishwasher tablets. The jacuzzi and sauna work with tokens for €8 each. Didn’t use so not sure how long you get. BUT, this is a stunning property with unbeatable views in the heart of Tuscany, tucked away on a hillside down a gravel track. Would definitely book again. Pool is pristine, towels spotless, beds comfortable.

We had the most amazing time at Chiara’s place!! She was a spectacular host and everything was beyond perfect!! Chiara went above and beyond with every little thing and it couldn’t have been more amazing or special. She is friendly, kind, warm, thoughtful, funny and genuinely caring. We are already planning our trip back!! 😍🥰😉

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Il Talamo. The pool was not open when we arrived but we asked Stefano to open it for us and he did which made our week so much better. The house has been renovated really well. Kitchen has most things you need and the BBQ and outdoor space were fantastic. There is also a stone table and bench a short walk through the woods with a look out over the lake which was beautiful in the evening. The aircon and fire are perfect to cool the house and add some warmth when the evenings are cool. The minor downsides to the house are that the neighbours dog seemd to bark all the time for no reason, and some instructions for rubbish/recyling and house rules would be helpful. Stefano was a great host on hand throughout the stay if we needed him. Would love to return here.

Family of 5 here, 3 small kids. A wonderful stay! We toured surrounding villages in the morning and came back to the pool to beat the heat in the afternoon. The private cooking class with Valentina was the absolute highlight of the trip!
