Charming Petit Chalet. Opened in January 2023. With 4,000 m² park, this cozy petit chalet invites you to enjoy its bioclimatic architecture. It features a highly efficient rocket mass heater, special insulation in walls, ceilings, and floors, DVH (double-glazed) windows, and a Trombe wall that captures solar energy. The property is equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a security alarm system, and exterior surveillance cameras. From the chalet, you’ll enjoy breathtaking, vineyards, and wineries.

It is located 6 km from downtown Tunuyán and 20 km from the main tourist attractions, including the wineries of the Uco Valley. It has an excellent view of the Andes Mountains.
