A very beautiful view of the lake and the city. The location is convenient, close to the center. The photo and description match. Clean, cosy, warm flat. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils. The pool in the complex is very warm and clean. It's a great place to spend time with a child. We are glad that we chose this option for a vacation. Responsive host.

Incredible stay in Vero's studio. Very good location with respect to the center, and it has markets/kiosks nearby to buy things. In turn, it is close to several bus stops, which connect you with the most tourist points of Bariloche. The studio is well equipped for two people, it is very comfortable and bright. It has everything you need to cook, as well as to prepare breakfast. Ideal for couples on a budget. Highly recommended.

The accommodation in Florence, exceeded our expectations, super comfortable, pleasant. The view is wonderful, priceless. Quiet area to enjoy as a family. The apartment is spotless (amenities, heating, cleaning, decor, everything!!) and the view is beautiful… it's a few blocks from downtown but worth it. I would come back a thousand times (I would only be attentive to the high season of graduates because it is in the heart of the nightlife area)... it is worth noting the attention of Florencia, the girl who received us! José Luis' house is very functional, and it shows that it is a house that was made to live in. It has many details that make it very practical. We spent a week and enjoyed it very much, the view is great and with direct beach access. Everything works well and José Luis' service was excellent. It is recommended!

Had a great week with the whole family here. The house is modern, spacious and well maintained, and has a picture perfect view of the lake and mountains. The hostess was really friendly and responsive, and was there to greet us on the first day. Would 100% recommend it.

The house is sensational. We host in 7 people. very comfortable with a great view of Lake Gutierrez. 15 min from the center of Bariloche. host support and impeccable facilities.

The house is unbeatable. Better than what you can see in the photos. Location close to the civic center and the main walks and ski centers. The place is safe and has many amenities. It is very warm and all the rooms are always warm from floor to ceiling. The beds are super comfortable and the blankets and pillows are good quality. Everything is extremely new, clean and in perfect condition. The bathrooms are huge, with a good shower and shampoo, conditioner and liquid body soap. The machine washes and dries clothes, which is very good. The kitchen is FULLY equipped to do everything, with a gas stove and oven, coffee maker, bread toaster, and many other things. The grill and the outside patio are very nice with wood and charcoal available. It is by far the best cabin in Bariloche. An important point for Nora's attention and kindness, which is readily available to clarify everything and help with whatever is needed. Highly recommended, don't hesitate to choose it

We had an excellent experience in this house in Bariloche. The property is comfortable, well-equipped and very clean, with everything you need for a pleasant family stay. The location is ideal: close to the main attractions and with incredible views of the Patagonian landscape. I especially highlight the tranquility of the environment and the warmth of the home. This is certainly one of my favorite airbnbs ever. The view is superb - every morning waking up to the blue of the lake and alpenglow on the mountains and the shower has the best view of any you will ever experience. The place is private and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful tall trees and is visited by interesting birds. The house is beautifully built and Marcelo is a great host. I would highly recommend it!!

We had a great 5 nights. It is a gated complex with 4 cabanas overlooking the Huapi in the neighborhood of Las Victorias. The cabin was spacious and comfy. The kitchen is quite large with everything you need. The spacious living room with lake view. The full bathroom, we had an inconvenience with the shower faucet and Sergio was able to change it and solve it next day. The room is on a mezzanine also overlooking the lake. Each cabin has its own chulengo to be able to make asado. In the garden in front of the cabin there were two lounge chairs to be able to appreciate the view of the lake. It has parking inside the property. It has a pool and access to the Huapi beach in front of the cottage. They accept pets for an extra fee, we went with our puppy sachicha who passed it incredible. In the nearest cabin by luck there was no one. Had there been people, you are quite glued. In conclusion, we had a great time and Sergio is a very nice and predisposed host. The internet went great.

Carolina is one of the best hosts I ever met. Extremely attentive, super thoughtful, anticipated queries, providing tips and suggestions. She is a very responsible and committed person. My flight was leaving in the afternoon night of a rainy day and was very friendly and flexible with check out time. The depot is exactly as seen in the photos and is described. It has all the necessary utensils and basic cooking stuff. The bed is very comfortable, as is the chair. Everything was spotless and clean. There were cold days that didn't feel xq everything was very well heated. I recommend visiting at least once the Deto de Caro, they will not regret it; I will definitely go back not well to have a chance.

This apartment had an amazing and peaceful view of the lake, which made our time at home even more memorable. It’s a new construction unit, with all the amenities one desires. We also made use of the central heated pool of the complex which was a great experience.

Beautiful place, excellent heating and a place with views and beautiful surroundings. Easy to get there by car, good accesses and everything was very well arranged in the accommodation. The only thing, the bed is a little hard but maybe it's for personal taste. The rest, excellent

The accommodation is beautiful and all the equipment is top quality. Very comfortable, spacious, with good views, bright and quiet. The pool is huge, very nice and is just over 1 block from the accommodation within the same complex. The water was at a pleasant temperature. There are a lot of workers since the complex is under construction, but everyone is very friendly and we were not bothered by the noise that could be generated. We would definitely come back!

excellent location and right on the lake. parking was good and safe. everything you could need was provided. nothing was missed. she even helped us when we arrived late with ordering food and she was great to do that. we will be staying again at her place 100%. Top shelf..the best!!
