Gran depto! muy cómodo, completo y moderno. Hermosa vista y muy cercano al centro y diferentes locales. Excelente opción para parejas si quieren visitar Bariloche!

Un lugar perfecto para descansar acompañado de una excelente y maravillosa vista hacia las montañas y el lago! Uno se siente integrado en la naturaleza a la vez de tener una excelente comodidad!

Muy recomendado el departamento, es más grande que en las fotos, cuenta con todas las comodidades y estaba todo muy limpio! 10/10

Todo hermoso e impecable. Desde las vistas, hasta la atención y los detalles como las batas y los elementos de baño/masaje fueron espectaculares. Graciela fue muy atenta con nosotros, y nos ayudó mucho. Nos quedaríamos a vivir ahí si pudiéramos!! Sin dudas volveríamos a ir.

la verdad es que las fotos representan tal cual es el lugar. muy buena vista y todo impecable. Volveria cada vez que regrese a Bariloche. dejo como sugerencia seria necesario algunos productos de limpieza... estuvimos 7 días y por más que te ofrecer hacer limpieza quizás algunos productos hubieran ayudado. todo impecable

El depto es moderno, muy bien ubicado cerca del centro cívico. La cochera muy cómoda, alquile un Fiat Cronos y entró sobrado. Lo único a tener en cuenta que la calle es doble mano por lo que a veces no se ve si viene alguien de la izquierda(mirar bien al salir del garage). Impecable las sábanas y toallas, el anfitrión me compartió buenos lugares para comer. Nos sentimos muy cómodos. No le encuentro nada negativo, tal vez el colchón que me pareció un poco duro pero volvería sin dudas a este lugar. Alquilé en Marzo y nunca escuché ruidos, ni en los deptos vecinos ni en la calle, paz total. Martin fue muy amable, nuestro vuelo se había demorado bastante y nos dejó las llaves dentro para que lleguemos cómodos a la madrugada. El edificio es moderno y me gustó que podes bajar en ascensor hasta la cochera. Tenes Manush re cerca por si no queres manejar y poder tomar cervezas. 100% recomendado!

The apartment was spotless - well appointed, extremely comfortable, and had everything that we needed. The location was perfect for us - 15 minutes walking to the center of the action and 3 minutes from the best empanadas anywhere at Oveja Negra. Don’t be embarrassed to take an Uber back up the hill from town - that last hill is a doozy! Communication with Monica was great and she provided excellent recommendations. Highly recommend!

El departamento es nuevo, cómodo y perfecto para 4 personas, su vista al lago es increíble. Te sentís como en casa, es una zona muy agradable como la anfitrona🙌🏻 Incluye todo lo necesario para que te cocines con ganas, lo super recomiendo!

Our Flybondi flight got delayed by 4 hours and we arrived in the early morning hours. But host had agent ready to greet us. Everything very good with this rental. And the view was spectacular. Easy walking distance to all in the center,unless you have difficulty going up and down the city’s slope. Facilities include excellent internet and a very useable kitchen. Prices in Bariloche are high for food and dining. But the facilities allowed us to prepare our own meals and economize significantly. Prepared some excellent Argentine beef at the rental which we had marinated with chimichurra sauce—delicious. Bring your own basic spices, oil, etc because the unit offers little in that way. Leaving was also easy. We had an early morning bus to Puerto Montt, Chile, but caught a local bus at the corner of the building that had us at the bus station in 10 minutes. Highly recommend a car rental for a Bariloche visit. Many amazing sites to see on the 7 lake drive and in the Llao llao.

The place was great and very beautiful. The only two things that I will say that are important to note for families: 1) We had a few issues with the stove and had to reset a few things to get it working again -- Reach out if this happens to you and she will show you how to do it, and 2) There is no flexibility with check-in and check-out time. They will let you drop your luggage, which is very helpful, but are strict about the times for check-in and check-out.

El alojamiento es excelente, todo nuevo y bien cuidado. La cama y sabanas limpias, el baño impecable, los utensillos de la cocina muy completos. El wifi anda excelente. Los dos televisoes que tienen están muy buenos. Lo unico para corregir es que la calefacción es por losa radiante, y no estaba explicado en la cartilla que dejan con las indicaciones. Tiene una inercia de 2/3 horas en alcanzar la temperatura, pero una vez alcanzada, el calor es super agradable. Pero una vez que le agarras la mano, es impecable la calefaccion. Los password de entrada al edificio y al departamento podrian ser de 3 o 4 digitos, no creo que haga falta la cantidad de digitos a teclear cada vez que entras al edificio, entras al depratamento y salis del edificio, ademas son todos distintos. En terminos generales le doy un 10 al departamento.

Очень красивый вид на озеро и город. Расположение удобное, близко к центру. Фото и описание совпадает. Чистая, уютная, теплая квартира. На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда. Бассейн в комплексе очень теплый и чистый. С ребенком отлично там проводить время. Мы рады, что выбрали этот вариант для отдыха. Отзывчивый хозяин.

Apartamento amplo com muitos armários. A vista do lago é algo indescritível de maravilhoso. Muitas comodidades para uma família de 4 pessoas. Superou as expectativas. O apartamento é muito melhor do que nas fotos.

Flavio’s place is amazing! The view is breathtaking. It looks even better than the pictures. Flavio was very responsive and friendly. He also gave me some restaurants and tours recommendations. I highly recommend his apartment! It’s right on the lake with the best sunrises and sunsets views!

I had a great experience at this location! The apartment has a great view of Playa Bonita and the Nahuel Huapi Lake, and the location allows one to enjoy much of what Bariloche has to offer—from great local restaurants to gorgeous hikes and nature walks. Wanda and Carla were both extremely friendly and responsive; Carla made the check-in process seamless, made me feel at home right away, and was quick to answer any questions I had. The apartment was also clean and was well stocked with cooking supplies. I would certainly recommend staying here! Thanks for everything.
