Holiday rentals with a patio in San Borja

The place is impeccable and as shown in the photos. Luis was always attentive, responds quickly and makes sure everything is fine during the stay. The apartment is located in a perfect quiet, safe and ideal area for walking with total confidence. I will definitely return

The apartment is exactly as described. It was very clean and cozy. I loved the floor to ceiling windows. The super market across the treat is very convenient. My only issue is we had to rush out of our ubers because the front door to the building is on a main road, so there was always honking or angry drivers behind us when our drivers stopped to let us out. Id suggest using the address to one of the stores in the parking lot next door to avoid this.

Very nice apartment in a very walkable area. Nice grocery store and coffee shop downstairs. A ten minute walk to an atm and big grocery store. Very safe area. Building has someone at the front desk 24 hours a day and the door stays locked. The bed is comfortable and has a large, easy to use smart tv - I had no problems watching Netflix. Nice bar top counter to eat at. Uber picks up almost immediately from the apartment and it is easy to travel to different parts of the city. Miraflores is about a 45 minute walk. The only caveat is that if you plan on doing a lot of very extensive cooking with complicated recipes, it may be difficult because the kitchen is only stocked for basic cooking. Otherwise I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

This is my second time staying here, and each time is better than the last. Check-in is simple and the building is beautiful. Kathy has a clean and very tidy apartment. The views are incredible and at night the place is quiet and you don't hear the street noise. Definitely a perfect place

The best place to stay , Claudia is an excellent host with a very friendly and friendly treatment, the house is wonderful 100% recommended. Take my one year old son and I love the house from the moment we were close to restaurants and a location close to everything. The garden of the house is wonderful, I will be back very soon.

A perfect oasis in Lima! This was the ideal place for me and my girlfriend—we value privacy, and the apartment is completely soundproof. The neighborhood is welcoming and friendly, and stepping outside to the stunning view of the historic Huaca Pucllana makes you feel like you’re living in a hidden oasis. As a chef who visits Lima frequently and has stayed at Monica’s other flawless properties, I can say this is now my favorite. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything I need, and it’s just a 2-minute walk to Wong, the best international grocery store in the city. The bed is super comfortable, the laundry room is a great bonus, and the living room—with its beautiful design, outdoor patio, and grill area as the centerpiece—is truly a work of art. Honestly, the space is so cozy and well-designed, you won’t want to leave. Take Monica’s advice on walking distance restaurants. Only the best. Great taste in all departments. Don’t cheap out in Lima. Stay here. You won’t regret it.

Excellent, very cozy house for large groups, beautiful courtyard with beautiful trees and flowers, and a turtle that was a sensation for my children. 100% recommended. Everything immaculate.

Waking up to that ocean view every morning was such a gift—absolutely breathtaking and the kind of peaceful you hope for on a trip. The neighborhood felt really safe and secure, which made the whole stay feel easy and relaxed. I loved having a private entrance—it gave me a sense of privacy and freedom that made it feel more like home. The in-unit laundry was clutch, especially for a longer stay—super convenient and made packing lighter a breeze. Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. Just a short walk or quick Uber ride to Barranco, where I had incredible meals at namely Isolina and Canta Rana, and plenty of nearby cafes for great coffee and people-watching. The apartment was peaceful, stylish, and in the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean view without city noise. I’d absolutely stay here again.

It is a house located in the residential area of Barranco, the house is very spacious and has autonomous access, the host is super communicative and willing to help.

Good place and good location for foreigners!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—just behind a great shopping mall with lots of stores, and surrounded by plenty of delicious restaurants. I chose this place because it was very close to the Lima Convention Center, where I was attending a conference, but I still had time to enjoy everything nearby. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The host was excellent—very friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Ricardo was an absolutely fantastic host. He was very proactive and gave very clear instructions on how to check in, use the electronics, etc. He even touched bases with us in the middle of our stay to check if everything was fine. His place was very clean and had a central location so it was easy to get around. One of the best stays we've had using this app!

It was a cute place right in the middle of Baranco and Miraflores. The neighborhoods have a lot to offer! However Karina is what made the trip more memorable. She was always responsive and very nice. We felt safe in the apartment and there was a helpful front desk. Would recommend to anybody for a stay in Lima.
