Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in San Benedetto del Tronto

Siamo appena tornati dal Casale di Nonno Dario..e già vorremmo ripartire! La casa è semplicemente perfetta, pulita, particolarmente apprezzato il kit di benvenuto, ci siamo come al solito portati da casa mille cose, ma non sarebbe servito perché in cucina e in bagno c'era praticamente tutto! Cercavamo la pace, e la pace abbiamo trovato. Per noi abituati ai rumori e alla frenesia della città, il ritmo lento è il silenzio del casale e dei suoi dintorni soni stati un toccasana. Aprire le finestre e godere dello splendido panorama delle colline marchigiane non ha prezzo. Nelle giornate calde la piscina e il giardino ci hanno consentito di trovare ristoro dopo le escursioni. Un grazie di cuore a Silvia, per la sua gentilezza e i vari consigli che ci ha dispensato durante il soggiorno. Ci rivedremo di sicuro.

Maria Teresa et son fils ont été d'excellents conseils pour la restauration, comme pour les visites à faire de villages (mais il y a aussi pleins de musées aussi à visiter), les randonnées sublimes à faire dans cette région...bref d'excellents conseils. Malheureusement sur une semaine nous n'avons pas pu tout visiter mais nous en avons pris plein les yeux déjà :) il nous aurait fallu plus d'une semaine sur place. L'accueil, tout comme notre départ auront été très chaleureux avec Maria Teresa que nous remercions bien fort pour nous avoir permis de découvrir cette région magnifique ! La maison est isolée et la nuit il règne un calme magistral, cette maison est idéale pour se ressourcer et faire le plein de détente. La maison est conforme aux photos du site, le champs d'oliviers est sublime. Pas de pollution lumineuse la nuit non plus, un vrai bonheur. Bref, que de belles images imprimées dans nos rétines. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Encore merci et peut être à une prochaine :)

perfekte Unterkunft. alles da was man braucht und ein wunderschöner und gepflegter Garten. Klimaanlage in beiden Schlafzimmern war Geld wert. alles hat bestens funktioniert, war sauber und angenehm. Ein abgesperrte kleine Siedlung wo Kinder ohne Probleme und Gefahren draußen spielen konnten. Einzig zu beachten, dass Stechmücken unterwegs sind. Der nächste Ort ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und bietet sehe schönes Ambiente und gute Restaurants.

Die Unterkunft liegt super idyllisch und mitten in der Natur. Der super freundliche Empfang von Ezio war ein toller Einstieg für die Abruzzen. Die Ausstattung ist super, es ist alles da was man braucht. Man kann kochen und sogar Tischtennis spielen. Unser Highlight war die Dachterrasse. Der Weg ist etwas holprig, dafür wohnt man sehr abgeschieden. Der Weg nach Fonte Cerreto ist zu Fuß etwas gefährlich, da es keinen Bürgersteig gibt, daher ist man mit dem Auto besser bedient. Bei schlechtem Wetter wäre der Wohnraum mit Fenster noch perfekt.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Fenice. Amelia & Kevin made us feel extremely welcome in their beautiful home. They really have thought of everything from spare toothbrushes to beach towels! If you fancy giving Abruzzo a try you couldn’t choose a better place to stay

È stato un piacere stare alla casa di Vincenzo e Tracy! Le due sono molto gentili e la casa e incredibile! La cucina e grandissima e le stanze sono aperte e grandissime. Anche in inverno c'è un forno pellet e è molto bello prendere un caffè nel sole alla terrazza o fare un barbecue abbruzzese. Ci vuole una macchina per fare escursioni e spese (per esempio la città di Atri e gli calanchi sono molto belli!). Grazie di tutto!

Piękne mieszkanie, urządzone we włoskim klimacie. Bardzo czysto. W pełni wyposażone , w mieszkaniu było wszystko co potrzebne a nawet i więcej. Super lokalizacja, do morza spacerem 3 minuty , do centrum max 10 minut. W spokojnej okolicy. Pani Simonetta jest bardzo miła i kontaktowa. Na samym początku przedstawiła nam miejsca do których warto pójść , poleciła najlepsze restauracje , a nawet na koniec zamówiła taxi na lotnisko na konkretną godzinę. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i na pewno jak zawitamy w Pescarze to też się tam zatrzymamy.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Elisabetta is an incredibly warm and hospitable woman. Our breakfast each morning prepared by her wonderful son was a beautiful was to start each day. Her B&B is the perfect respite! We will return!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’appartamento “Il Selvaggio” per l’intero mese di agosto ed è stata una bellissima esperienza. L’appartamento, all’interno di una villa ristrutturata in un contesto incantevole e molto suggestivo, è dotato di tutto quel che serve per un perfetto soggiorno. La casa è splendida, pulitissima, silenziosa e con un terrazzo e una vista magnifica. Gli elettrodomestici, i materassi, i cuscini, il bagno, l’arredamento sono scelti con grande gusto e funzionalità. La posizione inoltre permette di visitare sia il sud delle Marche che il nord dell’Abruzzo con facilità. Supermercati, gelaterie, ristoranti sono facilmente raggiungibili. Teresa, suo marito e i suoi figli sono stati gentilissimi: sono state persone molto discrete, ma allo stesso tempo attente alle nostre necessità e ci han dato parecchi consigli utili. I prodotti dell’orto erano superlativi: pomodori e insalata da sapori unici. Speriamo di poter tornare magari in autunno/inverno!

Great location in a beautiful resort area. Very nice, clean, comfortable apartment for a couple. We really liked that pets are allowed. There is a terrace with a view of the sea, which is always nice for spending evenings and watching the sun set. It is valuable that the apartment has air conditioning. The beach is within walking distance, and there are at least 3 shopping centers just a few minutes away from the apartment. If you want a clean, cozy apartment with comfortable beds, I highly recommend it. I would gladly visit again myself.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Caravaggio. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön (wie auf den Bildern). Gastgeberin Debbie hat uns herzlich empfangen und war immer für uns erreichbar während des Aufenthalts. Sehr empfehlenswert :)

Vi havde et helt fantastisk ophold hos Kristy og James. De var meget imødekommende og venlige, havde en masse gode forslag til hvad man kunne se og lave i området samt var yderst hjælpsomme og fleksible. Huset lå flot med udsigt som det ses på billederne, dvs på landet men ganske tæt på den hyggelige lille by Mogliano. Swimmingpoolen var et stort plus for vores børn der brugte den næsten hver dag. Lejligheden var, som billederne viser, hyggeligt og autentisk indrettet og med veludstyret køkken. Et plus for vores familie var også deres dejlige og meget børnevenlige hund, Bandit. Vi håber selv at komme igen en anden gang og kan kun anbefale andre et ophold hos Kristy og James.

The most beautiful place in Italy. We enjoyed it so much. Michela and Massimo are the kindest and sweetest people. Our stay was perfect. The view, the apartment, the garden, .. everything was with made with so much love the and lovely details. We will come back.

Wir waren 3 Wochen dort, um Urlaub zu machen und zu arbeiten. Zu Beginn wurden wir von Nicolas Mutter herzlich empfangen. Unsere Ankunftszeit hat sich total verzögert, doch das war kein Problem für sie. Die Lage ist toll und direkt am Strand. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und groß. Das Internet war stabil genug für 2 Personen in Video Calls. Und unser Labrador hat sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt! Alba im Oktober ist sehr ruhig und verlassen, jedoch perfekt für eine schöne Auszeit am italienischen Meer und eine idealer Ort, um viele Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt!

Luigi ci ha fatto scoprire il suo paese Acquaviva Picena. La sua dimora offre un panorama fantastico in un posto bellissimo che domina la vallata. 10 minuti d'auto sei a San Benedetto del Tronto. Posto fantastico per escursioni fantastiche che ti rimarranno sempre nel cuore. Nella casa non manca assolutissimamente nulla e Luigi è stato impeccabile. Grazie per la tua ospitalità!!!

Eravamo 2 adulti e 2 bambini (di 7 e 1 anni) e siamo stati comodamente a casa di Ilaria. Lei ci ha accolto di persona ed è stata molto gentile, reattiva e disponibile con gli orari. In casa era presente il seggiolone ma non il lettino (come indicatoci): ce ne siamo portati uno da campeggio che abbiamo sempre tenuto aperto in soggiorno, senza dar fastidio. Cucina e bagno erano forniti di tutto ciò che serviva. Il giardino è davvero ampio, con la possibilità di mangiare fuori, però in casa si stava più freschi (senza accendere il clima, cmq disponibile). A Grottammare, avere la casa vicino al mare significa anche avere la ferrovia che passa letteralmente dietro casa: qui non è stato un problema perché il suono veniva abbastanza attutito dalle barriere ma soprattutto non c'erano vibrazioni in casa. Per l'auto, è disponibile un posteggio privato. Per quanto riguarda il mare e spiaggia, sono davvero super! A pochi passi c'è anche la spiaggia libera. Quindi, ottima esperienza, grazie Ilaria!

per la seconda volta alloggio da Mila, e per la seconda volta è stato un soggiorno bellissimo. la casa offre tutti i comfort e gode di un'ottima vista e di tanta tranquillità. spero di tornare il prossimo anno

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

Je ne serais par où commencer. Francesca est juste extraordinaire 🥰 En plus d’un logement au top du top qui correspond totalement aux photos, Francesca nous a donner beaucoup d’info concernant la ville, les choses à faire et à visiter et surtout à manger également 😋 Merci encore pour votre réactivité pour les messages et pour votre gentillesse. Vous êtes dévouée pour aider vos hôtes et rendre leur vacance paisible. Francesca a tout installé dans l’appartement pour notre petit garçon. Ensuite n’ayant pas la possibilité de rester dans la chambre pour la sieste de notre Loulou car ce magnifique appartement attendait déjà de nouveaux voyageurs, Francesca nous a laisser profiter des ses transats et parasol sur sa plage privé. Quel bonheur de voir son enfant dormir avec le doux son des vagues 🥰 Et la cerise sur le gâteau, Francesca a garder nos valises toute la journée et nous les a amené directement à l’aéroport à l’heure de notre départ. Juste milles merci à vous pour tout! ❤️

Todo estaba limpio y en condiciones, es un pueblo tranquilo con una playa muy bonita… gracias x la recomendación nos encantó!

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in Paolas Wohnung. Die Lage ist überragend - man braucht gerade mal 5 Minuten an den Strand. Die Wohnung selbst ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Man hat alles was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit Paola ist super. Da die Durchgangsstraße nahe der Wohnung liegt, ist es auf der Terrasse etwas laut manchmal. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört, da abends wenig Verkehr ist und man so nah am Strand ist, dass man sich die meiste Zeit dort aufhält. Für unseren Hund war die Wohnung auch ganz toll, da beide Gärten eingezäunt sind. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

I had such a lovely time during my stay — everything was perfect from start to finish. The space was beautifully clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The location was ideal — peaceful and quiet, yet still close to everything I needed, 3 minutes walk from the beach. The communication with Laura was clear and friendly. Highly recommended!
