Maria Teresa et son fils ont été d'excellents conseils pour la restauration, comme pour les visites à faire de villages (mais il y a aussi pleins de musées aussi à visiter), les randonnées sublimes à faire dans cette région...bref d'excellents conseils. Malheureusement sur une semaine nous n'avons pas pu tout visiter mais nous en avons pris plein les yeux déjà :) il nous aurait fallu plus d'une semaine sur place. L'accueil, tout comme notre départ auront été très chaleureux avec Maria Teresa que nous remercions bien fort pour nous avoir permis de découvrir cette région magnifique ! La maison est isolée et la nuit il règne un calme magistral, cette maison est idéale pour se ressourcer et faire le plein de détente. La maison est conforme aux photos du site, le champs d'oliviers est sublime. Pas de pollution lumineuse la nuit non plus, un vrai bonheur. Bref, que de belles images imprimées dans nos rétines. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Encore merci et peut être à une prochaine :)

perfekte Unterkunft. alles da was man braucht und ein wunderschöner und gepflegter Garten. Klimaanlage in beiden Schlafzimmern war Geld wert. alles hat bestens funktioniert, war sauber und angenehm. Ein abgesperrte kleine Siedlung wo Kinder ohne Probleme und Gefahren draußen spielen konnten. Einzig zu beachten, dass Stechmücken unterwegs sind. Der nächste Ort ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und bietet sehe schönes Ambiente und gute Restaurants.

We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad, een heerlijk huisje met prachtig uitzicht, heerlijk zwembad. Lekker zelfgemaakt brood, pizza’s en natuurlijk wijn! We waren met 2 kids die hebben zich meer dan vermaakt met alle spelletjes en tafel tennis en tafelvoetbal. Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd, super lieve mensen en onwijs attent! Wij komen graag weer langs

We had a wonderful time at Casa Fenice. Amelia & Kevin made us feel extremely welcome in their beautiful home. They really have thought of everything from spare toothbrushes to beach towels! If you fancy giving Abruzzo a try you couldn’t choose a better place to stay

Piękne mieszkanie, urządzone we włoskim klimacie. Bardzo czysto. W pełni wyposażone , w mieszkaniu było wszystko co potrzebne a nawet i więcej. Super lokalizacja, do morza spacerem 3 minuty , do centrum max 10 minut. W spokojnej okolicy. Pani Simonetta jest bardzo miła i kontaktowa. Na samym początku przedstawiła nam miejsca do których warto pójść , poleciła najlepsze restauracje , a nawet na koniec zamówiła taxi na lotnisko na konkretną godzinę. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i na pewno jak zawitamy w Pescarze to też się tam zatrzymamy.

You get a whole apartment for the price of a room in a beautiful hilltop village. The accommodation was very clean. It's a village with lots of character and a fantastic restaurant/ bar. I had a lovely Carbonara for just 8 Euros and the beer is served icy cold. I had a few drinks with the locals and like all Italians they are very friendly.

La casa è immersa in un borgo ricco di storia, e si possono raggiungere a piedi sia il mare che il bosco circostante, facendo bellissime passeggiate. Siamo stati accolti dalla co-host Antonella che si è prodigata nell'aiutarci con i bagagli (la nostra auto era troppo grande e non siamo riusciti a entrare nella piazzetta di fronte alla casa). Il terra-tetto è stato oggetto di una ristrutturazione conservativa che ha rispettato i materiali originari ma che ha garantito un efficientamento importante, bagni nuovi, cucina nuova, riscaldamento eccellente considerando le tante stanze. La casa è accogliente, luminosa, ampia (tre camere e due bagni) e ci sono due splendidi terrazzi con una impareggiabile vista mare. Siamo stati benissimo e abbiamo apprezzato molto la vita all'interno del borgo.

Soggiorno di quattro notti, esperienza ottima! La casa è piccola ma accogliente, offre tutti i servizi necessari. Molto gradito anche il giardino in cui abbiamo allestito cene e colazioni all’aperto. Aria condizionata presente, lavatrice anche. Abbiamo trascorso dei meravigliosi giorni di mare e relax.

La casa è bellissima, super ordinata e minimal.. a cinque minuti a piedi dal mare.. zona tranquilla con ottimi ristoranti.. host sempre reattivo e amichevole.. con check in e out super flessibili.. torneremo sicuramente.. esperienza super ottima

Super Lage, ruhiges Haus. Parkplätze vor dem Haus und Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. In der Unterkunft gibt es nur einen Besen. Für längere Aufenthalte wäre ein Staubsauger sinnvoll. Es war alles sauber.

Tania è una persona squisita ed il suo appartamento è piccolino, ma molto ben organizzato e provvisto di tutto quello che può servire per una vacanza. l'ubicazione è al confine del paese, quindi è più vicina la spiaggia di Grottamare che di S.Benedetto, ma è una spiaggia bellissima e soprattutto raggiungibile davvero in 5 minuti a piedi perché la casa si trova in prossimità del sottopassaggio della ferrovia (cosa da non sottovalutare, perché i sottopassaggi sono posizionati a una bella distanza l'uno dall'altro). Sempre a 5 minuti a piedi c'è un supermercatino molto ben fornito e che ha anche un bel banco di gastronomia se non si avesse voglia di cucinare. Si è invece un po' lontani dal centro (circa 1,8 km); la distanza in sè non è eccessiva, ma le strade di sera sono poco frequentate e sul lungomare bisogna superare una zona industriale: quindi noi abbiamo preso l'auto. E qui c'è l'unica nota dolente: non è facilissimo trovare parcheggio sotto casa. Ma per il resto consigliatissimo!

Miejsce idealne do odpoczynku, również z dziećmi, przepiękna okolica, urokliwe miasteczka w okolicy bez tłumów turystów. Gospodarze są cudowni, Paola i Luca zarażają swoją miłością do wina. 100 % wykonania maksymy gospodarzy, że jesteś w domu daleko od domu 🤩😍😍

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Luigi ci ha fatto scoprire il suo paese Acquaviva Picena. La sua dimora offre un panorama fantastico in un posto bellissimo che domina la vallata. 10 minuti d'auto sei a San Benedetto del Tronto. Posto fantastico per escursioni fantastiche che ti rimarranno sempre nel cuore. Nella casa non manca assolutissimamente nulla e Luigi è stato impeccabile. Grazie per la tua ospitalità!!!

Eravamo 2 adulti e 2 bambini (di 7 e 1 anni) e siamo stati comodamente a casa di Ilaria. Lei ci ha accolto di persona ed è stata molto gentile, reattiva e disponibile con gli orari. In casa era presente il seggiolone ma non il lettino (come indicatoci): ce ne siamo portati uno da campeggio che abbiamo sempre tenuto aperto in soggiorno, senza dar fastidio. Cucina e bagno erano forniti di tutto ciò che serviva. Il giardino è davvero ampio, con la possibilità di mangiare fuori, però in casa si stava più freschi (senza accendere il clima, cmq disponibile). A Grottammare, avere la casa vicino al mare significa anche avere la ferrovia che passa letteralmente dietro casa: qui non è stato un problema perché il suono veniva abbastanza attutito dalle barriere ma soprattutto non c'erano vibrazioni in casa. Per l'auto, è disponibile un posteggio privato. Per quanto riguarda il mare e spiaggia, sono davvero super! A pochi passi c'è anche la spiaggia libera. Quindi, ottima esperienza, grazie Ilaria!

Alloggio corrispondente alla descrizione, in ottima posizione (comodo al casello dell'autostrada, nei pressi di un supermercato e con qualche baretto a pochi passi dove poter fare colazione, disponibilità di parcheggi gratuiti nella via), dotato di tutto il necessario! Ho trovato eccessivo il prezzo della pulizia obbligatoria ma posso dire che era molto pulito! La comunicazione con l'host è stata essenziale ed efficace! L'appartamento è complessivamente silenzioso, dotato di tapparelle, zanzariere e condizionatore che consente di rinfrescare adeguatamente le camere da letto! Mi ritengo complessivamente soddisfatta e ci tornerei volentieri!

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in Paolas Wohnung. Die Lage ist überragend - man braucht gerade mal 5 Minuten an den Strand. Die Wohnung selbst ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Man hat alles was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit Paola ist super. Da die Durchgangsstraße nahe der Wohnung liegt, ist es auf der Terrasse etwas laut manchmal. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört, da abends wenig Verkehr ist und man so nah am Strand ist, dass man sich die meiste Zeit dort aufhält. Für unseren Hund war die Wohnung auch ganz toll, da beide Gärten eingezäunt sind. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Judith und Piero haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen, wir haben uns gleich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Der Blick von der Terasse bietet eine grandiose Aussicht über Täler und Hügel bis zu den verschneiten Bergen. Es stand sogar eine Flasche Willkommenswein und ein Obstkorb bereit, sehr angenehm nach langer Anreise. Die Wohnung war voll ausgestattet, wir konnten uns in der Küche problemlos selbst versorgen. Judiths Restauranttips haben wir gern wahrgenommen und waren begeistert. Insgesamt ein rundum gelunger Aufenthalt für den wir Judith und Piero sehr dankbar sind.

The place was perfect for my daughter and me. We were able to have a relaxing beach day right across the street. Everything was walkable and safe.

Roberto’s place was absolutely beautiful! The location is fantastic — steps from great restaurants, the beach, a delicious gelato shop, and supermarkets if you want to cook at home. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had one of the most stunning views I’ve seen in a long time. It stayed cool and fresh with excellent ventilation and air conditioning — ideal for summer. Roberto was the perfect host: incredibly kind, welcoming, always responsive, and even offered to take me to the station when I left — such a thoughtful gesture! Check-in and check-out were very flexible, which made everything super easy. I couldn’t have wished for a better stay and would absolutely recommend Roberto’s place to anyone visiting Grottammare. It was such a pleasure meeting you, Roberto — thank you again for everything! I can’t wait to return to Grottammare and stay at your beautiful place again soon.
