Lovely apartment in a quiet little village just a few minutes away from the motorway. We used it as a break between Ravenna and Naples but had we known that it was such a nice place we would have spent two nights here and explored the area. Paolo's B&B is located in Spoltore , a very nice village, when you arrive at the top of the village there is an incredible view of Gran Sasso and the sea. The B&B is as described , very welcoming , being a basement is not very bright but for a short stay like mine is fine. Paolo and his dad are very polite and helpful. What can I say, I would definitely go back.

Case Pensiero fully lives up to its name. It provides spacious, uncluttered accommodation in a fantastic location, inviting thinking and reflection. The vista from the bedroom and living room windows towards the Majella National Park is priceless. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, but all amenities are just a short drive away. Germano, who lives next door, is an excellent and responsive host who made our stay as perfect as it could be. We will definitely be back.

Sergio was a fantastic host! He welcomed us with a smile in the house, offering us the exquisite harvest of his garden. In the house there was water, coffee, croissants and milk as well as numerous spices and oil. The house was very clean and very spacious. After three days, the towels were also changed. Sergio gave us information about the area and restaurants in the vicinity. Absolutely recommended!

Excellent solution, both for the ample space available, for the cleanliness, and for the availability and promptness in responding to every message, but above all for the location, a stone's throw from the center, but still without the chaos. If I really had to try to find a flaw, I would recommend larger shower towels, but that's just finding fault. In short, I highly recommend it.

Gianluca is an impeccable host, from check-in to check-out, he is always present if you need him. The only difference compared to the listing is that the parking space is NOT inside the courtyard but is available (you can find it if you look well at the right times) on Via Pola. This discrepancy was immediately explained to me very kindly by Mr. Giancluca because there is NO way, on how the Airbnb site is set up, to enter the existing parking option if not choosing the internal option. Anyway, fabulous location because you are in the center, next to the station, next to both promenades (north and south of Civitanova) and the free beaches available in addition to the numerous clubs and bathrooms. Highly recommended. P.S. Must: breakfast on the balcony facing east.

We stayed two weeks in this apartment I can only say that the level of hospitality is really rare! There's all the essentials in the house. In addition, Valter and Daniela offer you everything you need for a great breakfast and a wonderful bread from the L'Aquila. Another service I really enjoyed in addition to the beach umbrella,is the bikes, one of which has a child seat. Beautiful area! Thanks again Giulia

It can't be more Italian. We lived 2 days in a beautiful villa from 1850 on a hill between the worth visiting Ascoli Piceno, a young lively city. and .. the Adriatic Sea, St. Benedetto. We dropped some plans to have as much time in the villa as possible. Leonardo and Vincenzo are extremely gracious and thoughtful hosts. And they made us feel free to move around the house and in the beautiful garden. We spent wonderful hours in the salon and on the spacious terrace where we even danced.. For friends of a time trip to the 19th century... We loved it. Thank you

Francesca and Francesco are very pleasant and accommodating hosts who make their guests feel comfortable from the start. The room was nice, and the architecture of the accommodation impressed us. Your hospitality was remarkable, and the good travel tips you gave us were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, so every day started perfectly. The fantastic view of the sea and the mountains made our stay unforgettable. We would definitely come back and can only highly recommend their accommodation!

It’s safe to say, you will never stay at a better Airbnb than this - nor any hotel! Tamara, the view, the breakfasts, our private dinner (arranged on request), the pool (too cold for most people but not for British people), the animals, the wine, I don’t know where to start! If you’re thinking about staying here, or staying in the area, you cannot do better than this lovely place. We are both already thinking about how we can come back. Highly, highly recommended.
