Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in San Agustín, Maspalomas

Maria propose un logement de qualité, très bien situé au sud de l'île. L'environnement est globalement calme. Il est proche d'une plage privé et d'un supermarché pour ceux qui souhaitent simplement rester là et apprécier le climat et, proche de la voie rapide pour ceux qui souhaitent découvrir l'île ce qui a été notre cas. Maria propose sans supplément un accès parking ce qui est un véritable atout dans ce coin de l'île. Enfin, et non des moindres, Maria est à l'écoute, super réactive pour répondre à toutes vos questions. N'hésitez pas à réserver ce logement tout particulièrement si vous êtes en famille. L'architecture est bien pensée pour les petits comme les grands. Chacun peut vivre à son rythme!

Tolle Lage, Strand nicht weit weg. Kaum Touristen. Geschäfte in der Nähe. Die Wohnung, oder kleines Haus war bis ins Detail eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber. Es gab sogar Knabbereien und Getränke. Eine nette Geste, gerade wenn man von weiter anreist. Es gibt ca 200 Meter die Straße hoch ein Restaurant auf der rechten Seite(das erste), was ich nur empfehlen kann, reichlich und günstig. Ansonsten war Carmen immer bei Fragen für uns da, eine sehr nette Person. Die Busverbindung gibt es aus Carrizal in alle Richtungen. Bis dorthin kommt man für 4 Euro! mit dem Taxi oder in 30 min zu Fuß. Fahrzeit nach Las Palmas ca 45 min und nach Maspalomas(die Dünen am Meer muß man gesehen haben) eine Stunde, auch alles sehr günstig und komfortabel. Danke für alles an Carmen!

We spent 7 wonderful days with our family at Andy and Aga’s beautiful house in Gran Canaria. The home was spotless, well-organized, and felt like new — everything was perfectly maintained and fully equipped. The location is excellent; with a car, you can reach the beach, mountains, water park, and other attractions within 10–20 minutes. The hosts, Andy and Aga, were incredibly kind and welcoming. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation — including towels for the beach and pool. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable here. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Gran Canaria!

We had the most wonderful week long stay at this stunning villa. We travelled as a family of 6 adults and our 9 month old grandchild. Flo was an amazing host, very communicative, responsive to our requests. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived later in the evening, Flo still greeted us upon arrival and we felt very welcome. The villa was very well presented, clean, well equipped with everything you would need for the stay and felt home from home. The beds were comfy too. There was the most beautiful pool and garden area including dining area, bbq, sunbeds, pool towels and shaded comfortable seating area. As a family we loved being outside. We hired cars from the airport, which was about a 30 minute drive to the villa. As a family we felt this was a must to have cars as the nearby shops, beaches and restaurants were a 5-10 minute drive away. We had such a wonderful time and would highly recommend. Excellent accomodation. Loads of space including a kitchen diner, very large separate sitting areas and a brilliant terrace. Both bedrooms have balconies one is en-suite. There is a decent bathroom next to the second bedroom and a nice downstairs loo too. You can even go up to the roof which has good views. The house is in a private gated close with free parking outside. It's a 50 metre walk to the house. The terrace has an extremely large oven and separate grill that you will not use unless you're feeding 20 plus people! Overall, the quality of the furnishings and all the little personal touches is excellent. The hosts live nextdoor and are easily contactable. We really enjoyed our stay here and have no hesitation in recommending it.

We had the most unforgettable stay at this stunning cave home! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in our own private slice of paradise. The ambiance is incredibly romantic – soft lighting, cozy nooks, and a beautiful blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The cave stays naturally cool and quiet, making it the perfect escape from the outside world. We loved sipping wine on the terrace under the stars and waking up to the soft morning light filtering in through the stone. Every detail was thoughtfully curated. Our host was gracious and responsive, offering excellent local recommendations and ensuring everything was perfect throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a unique, intimate, and truly magical getaway, this cave home is it. We’re already dreaming about coming back!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Traumhaft ist der Garten, die Terrasse, der Pool und das gleich dahinter liegenden Meer. Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause.

Loved staying here, definitely a good decision not to stay in the middle of the town. Lovely and quiet, pretty gardens, pool etc. Walking distance to a good supermarket and restaurants The apartment was spotless, Hector couldn't have been more helpful.

Really lovely place. As it’s residential apartments we pretty much had the pool to ourselves all day every day. Local to supermarket and some nice bars and restaurants. The beach is literally outside the back gate and down a flight of steps (there are a few but relax because there is a lift part of the way) Fred was a great host. Sent us recommendations for local restaurants which was really helpful. Would definitely recommend Fred’s place.

Der Check-in war sehr einfach und die Kommunikation mit Iris war einwandfrei. Sie war freundlich und flexibel - der späte Check-out war ein großes Plus! Die Wohnung bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer durch die riesigen Fenster und ist ruhig gelegen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Extras wie Strandtücher, eine große Küche mit Kücheninsel , 2 Badezimmern und kostenlosen Sonnenliegen im Amadores Beach Club. Parkmöglichkeiten gab es leider nur begrenzt am Straßenrand, wobei wir immer das Glück hatten einen Platz gefunden zu haben. Uns haben leider extra Klopapier und Küchenutensilien gefehlt (Spülmittel, Küchenrollen/ Servietten, Öl etc..). Zum Glück gab es aber einen Supermarkt direkt unter der Unterkunft sowie 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, genauso wie eine Apotheke, Restaurants und Shops. Insgesamt war es eine tolle Unterkunft mit super Lage und unglaublicher Aussicht, die wir wärmstens empfehlen können und wieder buchen würden! Danke 🌟

We had an absolutely amazing week in Maspalomas! The apartment exceeded our expectations—it was spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered a breathtaking view that we never got tired of. Waking up to the stunning scenery each morning made our stay even more special. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this destination!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung! Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar – nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt, sodass wir jeden Tag spontan ans Meer konnten. Besonders als Familie mit Kindern war das ein riesiger Pluspunkt. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr kinderfreundlich eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub mit der Familie braucht. Unsere Kinder haben sich sofort wohlgefühlt und hatten genug Platz zum Spielen. Auch die Ausstattung war top – von Hochstuhl bis Babybett war alles vorhanden und stand bereits bereitgestellt. Fátima war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum willkommen gefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great find! We booked a last minute trip and were lucky to find this little gem of a flat. The views to the ocean are incredible and wish we could always wake up to those. The host was super responsive, they even sent a message to let us know there was a carnival going on one night. Definitely recommend, very clean, bright and modern.

Die Wohnung ist so wie Rosario sie beschreibt.Schlafzimmer und Bad sind sogar etwas größer wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig aber trotzdem Toplage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten keine 100 m entfernt. Restaurants von günstig bis teuer alle zu Fuß zu erreichen. Natürlich nicht zu vergesse, die Terrasse! Wirklich toller Ausblick, wir haben was sehr genossen! Wir hatten Glück, die Apartments neben uns waren nicht vermietet.. Klare Empfehlung für diese Wohnung, Kommunikation mit Rosario war gut und zeitnah.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in perfekter Lage. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut ( inkl Geschirrspüler) und die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Der Strand nebst Schöner Strandpromenade ist in 4 Minuten bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der direkten Umgebung befindet sich auch das Einkaufszentrum San Agustin welches gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Dinge des täglichen Lebens ( z.b. Spar, Hyper Dino ) und Restaurants beheimatet. Die Wohnung hat ebenfalls einen Parkplatz.

Vero is a very attentive host who gave detailed instructions on how to check in and where the closest shop and bar was when we arrived, and also on some grate places to visit, such as Mogan. The apartment was just as described, overlooking the sea, with the beach below, and of course the sound of the waves. It had all the amenities we needed, and we had breakfast on the terrace most mornings as it was south east facing and the morning sun. As some other reviewers have said, it was windy at times making it less comfortable to sit out there, but we loved soaking up the 22’c February sunshine. We had amazing views of the kite boarders and wing foilers zooming back and forth. When the wind dropped on the last couple of days it was lovely on the balcony and snorkelling next to the rocks on the beach. It is lovely and quiet and there’s not a lot open locally in Feb, so we walked the mile to Plays Bahia Feliz and its restaurants most nights. It was a real winter tonic. Loved it!

Blanca was a great host. second bedroom very noisy but it was ok for kids. area is very quiet in May, some restaurants close by but good walk to get to busier areas. beautiful beach, easy parking and some restaurants close by.

Super schöner Ausblick auf das Meer und nicht zu langer Weg an den Strand. Gute Anbindung mit dem Bus an Nachbarorte zum Essen gehen abends. Hatte von der Ausstattung alles, was man sich wünschen kann und Jurga war super hilfsbereit.

Avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé ! ( proche de la plage, des commerces et des bars….) Logement fonctionnel, propre et bien équipé ! Literie très confortable ! La terrasse offre une magnifique vue sur le jardin et la piscine tous deux très bien entretenus ! Nous recommandons fortement !
