The capital of the municipality of O Incio is very close by. There is a pharmacy, health center, butcher shop, supermarket and cafes. It is an ideal home for couples, alone or with children, or for four close friends who want to enjoy a unique environment.

Morriña is a recently renovated house (2019) on the banks of the Miño River, where the water "breaks" against the porch of the house.
