Very relaxing and wonderful space, I wish I was napping on the patio now.

We loved our stay at Anastasio’s! The apartment was clean and just as the photos described. The location was beautiful, overlooking the water and within walkable distance to everything you could need. Anastasio and Fotis were extremely responsive and helpful, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. They even allowed us to check in early when we arrived to the city earlier than expected. Thanks for a great stay!

A great ,spacious, quirky botique 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of the old city of Chania. Very clean with all the amenities, large comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The good wifi and a washing machine were crucial for us. Best of all is the location which is on a lovely, narrow pedestrian cobblestone street in the old town. Restaurants galore and a 5 minute walk to the gorgeous harbor area. Of the 3 Crete cities ,Chania Rithymno, and Herakliona, Chania was the most beautiful and well kept. The best of the 3 to use as a base(We did day trips to the other two towns.) Gannis was abroad, but his friend Christina was so nice, and helpful .She met us where we parked the car and led us through the old town to the apartment.

Beautiful place, great for families. Lots of toys and even a potty for the kids! Cleaner came mid week which was not necessary but so great. Beach is a 3 min walk. Really need a car to get there which was fine for us! Thanks for everything.

This is a lovely apartment in a peaceful and beautiful location. It is spacious and practical. Kostas is a generous host and was very helpful with local information. We had a great time and can recommend without hesitation😊

Words and photos cannot describe the beauty of this place. We had an absolutely magical visit. The home is comfortable and very clean and everything you need in the kitchen. Stella was the perfect host. She was so kind and thought of everything you might need. Make sure to follow her recommendations for restaurants as they were amazing. Thank you for the delicious homemade treats and a wonderful and relaxing vacation. We look forward to our return.

Absolutely beautiful location, 2 minute walk to the main Old Port area and tons of nice shops in the back streets.

The place was great! We loved it! Close to the beach, great restaurants, walking distance to the old port and supermarket, not too far from the highway. The lodging was enormous and had so much room, ac worked great, having a parking space was very practical. Go ahead and book you won’t regret it.

We had a fabulous stay here. The villa is lovely, inside and out, with a well equipped kitchen, including food staples and a variety of different seating areas outside. The pool is great and the beach is virtually on the doorstep, with free sunbeds (if you buy at least a drink from the local taverna). In terms of local amenities, there is a small shop and a couple of tavernas within a few minutes walk, plus a small hotel complex, where you can also eat and visit their bar. There are 2 larger supermarkets within a couple of kilometres, for which you would either need a car or taxi, however the hosts were kind enough to ferry us there and back, when we first arrived, which was so helpful. Chania Old Town is beautiful and we travelled there on a couple of occasions by taxi (28E) in the evening, but you can also take a bus which stops near to the villa. Finally, the hosts, Eleni and Thrasyvoulos were lovely, regularly checking in without being intrusive. Highly recommended.

The place is so beautiful and clean. The view from the outdoors is nice and peaceful. The scene of sheep eating grass multiple times a day in a small field under the pool is wonderful. (Photo first house) Maria, who showed us around, is so kind and nice.

Wonderful villa with a spectacular view. The outside space is incredible with lovely pool and comfortable seating. The interior of the villa is very well decorated and very clean. The hosts are friendly and very quick to respond to queries. They very kindly left some food and drinks for us on our arrival which was very generous. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk away down the hill. Can walk into near side of Kalyves in about 15/20 mins or get taxis easily for 8 euros. Lovely place we will definitely return. There is a very cute cat that visits the villa regularly I hope other guests share their food with them like we did.

Beautiful villa in a great location. If your are stunned by the pictures, you sure will be stunned by the villa itself - it is simply a gem. It lies at the top of a hill overlooking Kissamos. If you don’t mind a short, steep walk, you can even reach the town (and a supermarket) per foot. If there is anything to criticize then it is the kitchen equipment - a few more big bowls for salad etc would be great. Ioannis is a great host, super friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back.

The villa was absolutely stunning and had been designed with such an eye for detail. The villa was also immaculate and cleaned regularly throughout our stay. The villa itself had everything you could possibly want, the pool and hot tub were exceptional and the facilities were just as pictured. The games room was a particular favourite of ours. The host was also fabulous! He met us upon arrival and made us feel very welcome. Providing everything we needed to get settled as well as for our little one! We cannot wait to stay again! An amazing villa, host and holiday!

This place is absolutely amazing. My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Aikaterinis apartment and we were completely satisfied. The inside provides everything what we needed. The description was absolutely accurate. The fridge is very spacious and there is a freezer as well. We cooked quite a lot therefore this was very helpful for us. The pool outside is very clean and also the temperature was perfect for the hot days in Greece. You can really relax at this place because there is not a lot of tourism at this area on Crete. Also the beach in front of the house is quite nice. We put our hammock under some trees and were watching the sunrise over Paleochora. I can totally recommend this apartment, especially for couples who want some relaxing time and together.

A lovely, luxury appartment near the beach and about 30 minutes' walk from the old town of Chania. A well-equipped, clean and beautiful appartment, but above all the warm and friendly hostess Anastasia. She guided us around the area, brought local delicacies, stocked the fridge with food and even drove us to the grocery store with her car. We really enjoyed our stay at the appartment and can wholeheartedly recommend it to others. You certainly wont't be disapointed!

Villa was incredible! Beautiful house, great location, gorgeous yard and pool area. Right next to the beach and restaurants and near grocery/market. Magical time had by myself and goddaughters! We will never forget it 💗

Nice and good contact in advance with Georgios. Meet on time at the accommodation (he also has a travel agency in the house, helpful for a taxi, e.g. for trips to hikes, ferry tickets). We were very nicely received and received a good briefing in the apartment. The apartment was modern and nicely decorated. It was clean and there was even an intermediate cleaning for four nights. The accommodation is superbly located: view of the promenade, the ferry pier and the city, so you can watch the hustle and bustle from the balcony with lake view. There were tips for the area and restaurants and Georgious was available, alternatively his sister sits downstairs in the office. Our personal favorite was the "Porates Restaurant" just up the street in the city. Baker opposite, several supermarkets within walking distance, the whole city on the doorstep and everything accessible. Despite the very central location, it was comparatively quiet. We highly recommend!

Simply the best! Kostas was an amazing host and the flat was a very comfortable place for 2 couples to stay. The fact that there were 2 bathrooms was brilliant. The balconies and roof top made drying clothes easy, not to mention the fantastic views from them. A great place to sit and relax and they made the flat feel even more spacious. The kitchen worked well for us and it was nice to have the option of being able to cook at 'home'. However, with so many great restaurants a stroll away that this didn't happen very often during our 2 week stay! The welcome basket that Kostas provided was incredible and so generous. I can't wait to return.

A beautiful location with lots to do. The house was perfect for what we needed - lovely interior, comfy sofa and bed. Had the most amazing time! Also came with a lovely taxi service - We had George and he was brilliant :) Will definitely be coming again!

We loved this place. The balcony was very large with a direct view of the sea. There was a natural swimming area in front of the place that was perfect for a dip anytime. The sunsets were amazing. It is close enough to walk to the Chania city center, but a car is recommended to visit the many beaches on the island. Elpida was always available for any guidance that was needed. The place is a gem we hope to visit again!

When we arrived my partner said what have you booked. HOWEVER from that point on the accommodation was superb, hoist views amenities out of this world. We found a bar Naya bar ^ restaurant which is a 3 minute walk right of the apartment. The food and hospitality was 100%.We did eat else where but it didn't compare. Food and drinks was reasonably priced and out of this world. This location for this apartment is spot on for the town of Kissimos. (20 mins walk tops) On our trip we did the top main beaches which are apartment is sentral. If you want to be off the grid or a quiet location for your family this is the place. Our hoist accommodated to our every needs like taking sun loungers on the beach. I will definitely recommend these apartments. I had the top terrace wow waking up to sea front views was unbelievable. To sum these apartments is a hidden gem.Cleaned every couple of days.Happy memories from the UK 🇬🇧 thank you x

Karolina and Jadwiga are very pleasant hosts and the communication between us was always very quick and helpful. Check-in works perfectly. However, Google Maps showed us the neighboring building. However, the accommodation is written outside and accordingly you can find it that way. The accommodation itself is excellent: modern kitchen and bathrooms, beautiful rooms. And the outdoor area with sunbeds, umbrellas, tables, chairs, BBQ areas and beach is phenomenal! The only thing that is a bit disturbing: you are directly on the main road and in the house itself you can still hear this noise well.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we booked, the host’s communication was excellent — always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. The hospitality was truly top-notch; We felt so welcome and cared for throughout our visit. The space itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s clear the host puts a lot of thought into creating a clean, cozy, and inviting environment. Every little detail was perfect. I also really appreciated how helpful and accommodating the host was, going out of their way to make sure we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I would definitely stay here
