Nick‘s apartment is a awesome place to be if you’re looking for rather relaxed holidays at a beautiful beach off the beaten track. The apartment itself is in a good constitution, very spacious for a couple and contains all you need and even more. Especially the kitchen‘s equipment is extensive and far above average. Nevertheless, there are lots of excellent restaurants around, primarily at the beach road, which can be reached by walk or by using one of the resort’s bicycles. Nick is a great host, responds super fast and offers perfect support. We‘ll definitely return to this place.

We stayed at this place several times now and it's always our first choice when we return to Pak Nam Pran. It's in a convenient location, and easy to drive into Pranburi town or Hua Hin, Khao Kalok, or Sam Roi Yot. It's also on a little dead-end street, so except for the occasional dog bark it's super quiet. Most importantly, it's also pet-friendly and our dog always is happy to return here.

Great Location, neighbourhood is great. need transportation to get around. house is big with a great sized pool and alfresco area. Not far from the coast where you will find the beach, bars and restaurants. Won's bar is walking distance where you can rent a motorbike and there's a cheap Thai cook around the corner before the swamp with large portions and very cheap!!!

The house in Sam Roi Yot is very nice and located close to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the views from the house are beautiful. The house is well equipped, and all equipment is almost new. The hosts are communicative, eager to help and come up with activity suggestions themselves. I would be happy to return to this place.

5 étoiles ne suffisent pas pour décrire notre séjour chez Lucien. Anna a été merveilleuse dès notre arrivée et la maison est grande, propre, dans une résidence calme et fleurie. La piscine et la salle de sport sont parfaites pour les enfants. Et c'est situé à quelques minutes du bord de mer en scooter, 15 min à pied. Restaurants, centres de massage, boutiques, street food, supermarché, tout est accessible facilement. C'est vraiment un endroit magnifique, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Merci encore Lucien, Anna et Didier -qui s'occupent des invités- pour votre gentillesse et réactivité à la moindre question!

Beautiful compound to stay in for an airbnb. Has all amenities and is very comfortable. We were just 2 people but the house we stayed in had plenty of room and could house a family of 4 quite comfortably. Klaus our host was most caring and helpful. He showed us around the area and took us to a local place, Jimmy's, to rent a scooter which one needs to explore the area, go out at night, and/or buy provisions. By car or scooter the beaches are 5 to 10 minutes away.

We had an amazing stay at the sea condo from Bin. Peaceful and calm area with a big pool and a modern condo - can't ask for more. We'll come back as soon as we can - Thank You!

Sombat”s place is very comfortable and peaceful with great views of the countryside. The on-site staff were helpful and arranged a motorbike for me which I recommend to explore the area. A great place to relax and unwind.

Great place, staff were great and the pool area is fantastic. The balcony doesn’t have any furniture at the moment which is a shame as it would have been nice to sit out there in the mornings/evenings.

We enjoyed staying here for a couple of days, great to have an almost private pool, easy access to the beach and a good starting point to explore all that this area and national park have to offer.

Eine fantastische Unterkunft. Thanaporn hat 2 Appartements im Condo. Eine mit 46qm im Erdgeschoss und eine mit 52qm im 4 Stockwerk. Wir reisen mit unseren 2 kleinen Kindern und haben uns für die grössere entschieden. Das Appartment ist super sauber, alles neu und schick. Schlafzimmer mit großem Bett und ein Sofa im Wohnzimmer. Wir konnten zu viert gut hier schlafen. Einzig, es war etwas hell, wir haben etwas in die Fenster gehängt. Vom Balkon aus kann man das Meer und die Berge sehen. Wundeschön. Es gibt eine kleine Küche, sodass wir hier gemütlich frühstücken und sogar mal Nudeln kochen konnten. Wir waren unter der Woche fast die einzigen hier. Es gibt einen großen Pool und einen schönen Kinderpool. Auch ein großer Sandkasten mit Rutsche ist da. Für schönen Strand muss man ca. 3km fahren. Kein Problem, da man direkt im Condo für 200Baht/Tag ein Moped mieten kann. So kann man auch tolle Ausflüge in den Nationalpark machen. Würden am liebsten garnicht mehr abreisen!

We had a wonderful time at Nicola’s Sea Condominium. The staff and residents were fantastic…. very friendly and helpful. The location and view from the balcony was outstanding; the sounds from area birds and farm land was a welcome addition as well. Sam Roi Yot and the surrounding area is truly something to behold! Some form of transportation will be necessary to access all the attractions …. options available on the beach road.

I was here in the apartment with my girlfriend over the weekend. We liked it very much. It's even better than in the pictures. The view from the balcony is also very nice. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Nice and clean room, good atmosphere arround. It's quiet place very good for take rest. Host was very nice, very polite.

Die Wohnung ist super, groß, hell, sauber. Absolut empfehlenswert!!! Der Besitzer hat auf jede Anfrage sofort reagiert. Zum Kochen ist die Küche leider nicht fertig ausgestattet. Kompliziert ist, dass das Internet für jedes elektronische Gerät einzeln eingerichtet werden muss. Empfang ist nicht im ganzen Raum.

It’s a beautiful place. You feel like in close connection with nature. It’s great fir those who travel by car as all shops are quite far from the place. But there are some cafes nearby and you can enjoy Thai food just right at the beach. The condominium has a nice and big swimming pool and you can enjoy there a lot. The condo we stayed was a spacious one with everything for living. It had a beautiful view to the mountain and it was really great to have breakfast at the balcony with our eyes turned to the mountains. There are nice beds with comfortable mattresses. The host , Kavin, was very nice and easy to communicate with. He was always in touch and helped with everything we asked for. It was a nice experience and we will stay at his apartment again definitely.

Very well-maintained place—not only the apartment but the property as a whole. Very close to the beach, but it is rocky, so if you want to swim, you'll need to take a good walk to a long stretch black sand beach. Unfortunately, the beach is quite dirty, as is common in Southeast Asia, especially near fishing villages. Unless someone cleans it, you’ll find garbage thrown by fishermen in the sea—bottles, cigarette boxes, nets, etc. Patrick is very responsive. We had some issues with the shower and a toilet when we arrived, but as soon as we informed him, he arranged for them to be fixed. You trade mountain views from higher floors for easy access to the pool, just a few meters from the balcony. The kids loved it. The pool was great, and the residents and reception staff were polite. Be aware that during the dry season, you may experience smoke from nearby rice field burnings. Having your own transportation is a must. Great place, great host, all at a really good price—we’ll be back!
