The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

Surrounded by streams, biotope and meadows with old trees, there is a quietly located and modern restored mill property in Bauhaus style with proximity to the city. The light-flooded 90 m² living area is adjacent to a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. The historic mill cellar has been converted into a spa with a sauna, hot tub, sun loungers and fireplace. From the bathroom/shower you have a direct view of the mill's waterfall.

Our beautiful, sun-drenched vacation home is built in wood construction and offers everything a family or small tour group needs. A fully equipped open kitchen, four spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 sunny terraces, a large garden and a double carport. The house has underfloor heating and is completely barrier-free, including the showers. The location on the outskirts of town offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding hills of the Weser Uplands, the Ith and the Kanstein.

Dear guests, the fully equipped ground floor apartment is located in Marienau (district of Coppenbrügge). The 75sqm apartment offers: -a bedroom (1x double bed 180x200), -an open living-dining area with 2 comfortable sofas (2x sofa bed's à 145x195) -an open kitchen -a bath -a terrace Smoking is not allowed in the apartment (except on the terrace)! Unfortunately, animals are not allowed. Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house (parking lanes).

Small, cozy bedroom with a single bed and bathroom. Exclusive kitchen available, as well as shared use of laundry room and terrace with grill. Parking is available in the courtyard, to the right of the house. 3 km from the old town. Marktkauf, Mediamarkt, Baumarkt and other shops are within walking distance. It is a suite in a single-family house (bungalow) where our family lives. We have two lovely dogs (Lilli and Berry) who like to welcome our guests.

Relax with your family or friends at this harmonious place. Although we do not have a nice view, we do have a privacy-protected outdoor area with a small pool and a lounge with TV. The pool is only available during the bathing season, from about mid-May to approx. At the end of September (depending on weather conditions). Pets on request.
