We had a fantastic stay at Alain’s house! It’s a great value property with a beautiful pool and a lovely garden — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. There was plenty of space for the kids to run around and play, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The house had everything we needed, and the peaceful surroundings made it a perfect getaway. We loved our time here and will definitely be coming back without a doubt. Highly recommended!

First of all, Let me say that this was a life-saving booking. After our initial booking was not exactly as described, we were able to make a reservation for this place around 10 pm and the speed of response from Kadiata was very wonderful. Together with the apartment manager, she helped us to locate the place and ensure every moment of our stay was pleasant. I will be back again and I can wholeheartedly recommend this place. The beach is also close by. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

We had a WONDERFUL stay at this beautiful villa, ideally located in a clean, secure, flowery and peaceful residence. The environment is perfect for relaxing, with the beach nearby and a swimming pool .... right on the water!!!!! The house itself is spacious and well laid out, with quality services. The size of the rooms is perfectly adapted to the number of people welcomed, and the outside is a real haven of peace where it's good to live. A big thank you to Marie, the housekeeper, who was very nice and responsive, especially for preparing meals. His attention to detail has greatly contributed to our comfort. Finally, the interaction with Laurence, the owner, was fluid and quick, which made our experience even more enjoyable. This villa is, without a doubt, for us the best place to fully enjoy the exceptional setting. It feels like home, and we can't wait to come back!

We had an exceptional stay in this villa, ideal for a group of 16 people, including several children. The space is vast and perfectly furnished, offering both common areas to get together and more private spaces to unwind. The large garden is a real asset, with ample room for the kids to play safely, and there are even dedicated play areas, which was a real pleasure for them. The equipment and amenities were all functional and in excellent condition, which made our stay very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, and all appliances were in perfect working order. We highly recommend this villa for holidays for families or holidays with friends. Everything was really perfect and helped to make our stay unforgettable.

This is now our “home” away from home. This is our 5th visit to Joel ‘s beautiful and peaceful place, like our sanctuary, waken up by the sound of the birds in the morning and enjoying the blue and clean water of swimming pool. We barely needed to get out of the house and when we did, the beach was just few minutes away. There is no other place we trust to fit our needs better than Joel’s house. We are already planning our next trip and cannot wait for it soon.

Moussa is probably one of the best hosts I had ever met. He was always available at anytime and his house is just perfect. The house is very close to Saly and the taxis to go there are very cheap. We were a group of 6 people, Oumar had always responded very quickly to messages. On site the caretaker and the receptionist were of very great help. she cooked for us what we wanted to eat. overall we were very satisfied. there is a lemon tree with organic in the villa🍋🍋🍋.
