Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Salvagnac-Cajarc

Our stay at Arnaud's was an enchanting break. The cottage is very clean, functional and comfortable. The garden is superb and the environment is quiet, and the animals are very friendly. Arnaud was a welcoming, available host, and with whom we had beautiful exchanges on art, literature and nature. We will probably come back when the need to go green is felt, and we will want to continue exploring this superb department. Thanks to Arnaud and his welcome!

An absolute gem of a house, decor and interiors so well done, nothing was missing or needed just perfection, most definitely 5 star accommodation in the most relaxing spot yet close enough to some amazing days out. I can’t recommend Thomas’s house and his role as a host enough.

This was a return to the Dordogne after a 25 year absence and it did not disappoint. It was a treat to stay in Ben’s wonderful property so close to the chateau at Beynac. The interior has been thoughtfully restored, remaining entirely in character with such a historic building but providing modern convenience. Its elevated position on the hillside is perfect for taking in the views and we especially enjoyed the terrace tucked at the back of La Maisonette which looks straight down and along the river. Thank you Ben - we had a great time.

We chose Amélie's house, thinking that if it rained, we would be just as comfortable inside. We weren't disappointed! The sun was there but we fully enjoyed its nice and sweet home to rest, recharge, everything we needed for our vacation! Thank you to her for making this possible, it was a treat, punctuated by her kindness and flexibility. I highly recommend your stays at Amélie's, you feel very good there!!!

the time capsule is in all respects as advertised. The house is in a very quiet hamlet and conveniently located for visiting the area. It is furnished and decorated with great care and taste, and moreover very clean! It has everything you need for a perfect stay. The wifi connection is very good. Hosts are welcoming, friendly, and available. This stay in the time capsule will remain in my memory. And one of my best airbnb experiences!

The apartment itself was lovely, but if you are doing a grand european tour from Australia as we were, I dont think this city is the place to linger. A fuel stop would have been long enough. I booked a stay in cahors based on the lovely photos of this listing, and while the veiws of the roof tops were pleasant, the city itself in my opinion is just simply not as nice as the villiages 30 minutes further north. We wished we had just stayed longer in sarlat and done day trips (ie drive to cirq la popie) from there. We enjoyed the stay, but more because the city did not inspire us to explore and so we had a nice rest. If you must stay at Cahors for some reason then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this pretty loft.

Perfect stay in Jean-Charles' accommodation in Villefranche-de-Rouergue. The apartment, very well equipped, was completely in line with the photos. I recommend it.

We enjoyed this rental located in a small typical village, Chantal and Gilles welcomed us very kindly giving us many tips for visits, as for the rental nothing to complain about, clean well arranged lacking nothing and bedding conducive to rest after our long walks. I therefore recommend it without hesitation if you want to visit the Quercy.

We spent a night at Jean-Patrick's, on our Cahors/Cahors hiking loop. We were able to enter the very well-equipped and cozy accommodation earlier than expected, Jean-Patrick advised us to try the pizzas in the area, the restaurant being full, to bathe in the Vers. I recommend a stay at Jean-Patrick's, I'll be happy to come back!

It's tiny but so well thought out that it is wonderful. Clean and right in Figeac, which was beautiful! Drove out to a couple of tiny and beautiful small towns, but could have spent the 8 days just walking around Figeac. Host is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend this place enough. Views are to die for. So peaceful and just perfect to chill and enjoy the nature. Also cutest orange cat spent few hours with us each day. We enjoyed his company lots ❤️

Patricia's unit was lovely, and very centrally located. She made such great restaurant recommendations and we really enjoyed our stay.

A favorite for this pretty little studio, with breathtaking views, very welcoming and very friendly hosts. Go ahead, without a second thought if you want calm and a beautiful panorama. A little extra for the hot tub session which was much appreciated . We'll be happy to go back.

Spacious and extremely clean apartment. The bedding is of good quality . Located 10 min walk from the center. It is easy to park. The instructions for entering the apartment are clear and easy. I recommend it.

Very beautiful place to stay, very accomodating host and the check in was self sufficient which i appreciate as a foreigner who struggles with the local language. There was a mishap with one of my children at the accomodation, and the host was understanding and compassionate. 10/10 merci!!
