The apartment is very good, you can get around on foot: go to restaurants, there is a bakery next to the building, restaurant, shopping, pleasant place, it was a great accommodation

I recommend the apartment. Organized place with everything you need. Excellent location for getting to know Salvador. There is a magnificent waterfront nearby for walking or having a beer. There are shops and a mall nearby to meet shopping needs. Apartment exactly as in the pictures.

Very high tech with aircon, alexa, lights. It had absolutely everything you need, we loved staying here :)

Beautiful, clean, organized and very functional apartment. The penthouse has a good gym and a beautiful infinity pool. The beach is a 4-minute walk away, there are beach towels, and a cooler to take drinks. The host was very proactive and responded very quickly, always helpful. I highly recommend it!

Very nice apartment, just like this one in the photos. Clean and well equiped. The host expedited the check-in before my arrival, everything was very fast. I forgot a personal item and he promptly helped me get it back. Indico e would host me again.

I really enjoyed the stay, the penthouse is beautiful, the bed is very comfortable, the hydromassage is large and the sea view is amazing. Mr. Geraldo always attentive with our arrival until the time of checkout, very helpful. Thank you for the stay! I highly recommend!!

I spent 4 days with my wife in this little piece of paradise. WHAT A FANTASTIC PLACE!! The apartment is outrageously beautiful and cozy. The view is a spectacle in itself, a panoramic apartment by the sea, in all the rooms it seems that you are practically in the water, without words! The location is fantastic too, close to everything that's good in Salvador! PERFECT! We'll be back soon. Thank you very much!

Great accommodation, structure identical to the photos, great location because it was relatively close to all the sights but far from the crowds, which meant that the Uber cost a maximum of 10 reais to the sights and you had the tranquility of a quiet neighborhood! Hosts are always available and kind

The structure is excellent! The accommodation offers coworking, gym, rooftop, swimming pool and direct access to the beach — all very well cared for, clean and organized. I stayed 10 days in the accommodation, went to work and took the opportunity to tour, so it is worth adding that it is also very well located, facilitating transportation in apps and even walking. I recommend it!

Tais is hands down one of the best hosts that we’ve had. From her top notch communication to her suggestions on local places to eat and be entertained we cannot say enough about how she’s helped improve our stay here in Salvador! The location is beautifully situated a top a hill where you can see the beautiful landscape of the beach! Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area and a very clean and modern apartment to accompany these views. The apartment has dishes and everything you will need to fill comfortable making dinner during long stays. We extended our stay from 4 days to 4 weeks and it’s been worth it. Highly recommend this location to anyone traveling and looking for clean, comfortable and a positive host.

Excellent stay! Well located house, quite green area and with the option of leisure for the whole family. Rogério (the owner) and Sandro (the homemaker) are very helpful and helped us a lot.

Carlos' space is amazing, organized, peace is excellent for those who want to live the experience of rest, very close to the beach, safe and close to other places such as restaurants and markets. Carlos is an excellent host, answers questions and guidelines very quickly and was super flexible. I will return more often.

If you are looking for a safe, community- focused place as a base for your visit to Salvador then this is perfect. Friendly neighbours, lovely setting in a secure community area with a pool and a wonderful host near by. With easy access to the newly developed waterfront, beaches and restaurants it's a great place to experience life in Salvador as an international visitor to this amazing, interesting and vibrant city. The accommodation is basic but functional and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Milena for being such a great host.

Excellent hosting option for those who want tranquility and excellent value for money on the island of Itaparica. Condominium booked and secure Penha beach is one of the best beaches on the island. Calm and quiet sea and a beautiful view of the city of Salvador. André was so kind and helpful. Would recommend!!

Was a great stay. The housekeeper Dilma was so nice and welcoming and helped us whenever we needed it.

This is the third time I've stayed at Francisco's place, I've stayed in other houses in the condominium and the quality of his house is differentiated. Bed linens, towels, liquid soap in the dispensers of all bathrooms. The condominium has been renovated since the first stay, it is organized, safe, has a bar with great food, drink and services, all informed by the host. As well as Supermarkets a short distance (on foot). The difference is the location of the condominium, on the sea, which in the low sea form pools for adults and children. I'll be back home from Francisco whenever available on my dates!

Everything went as planned, I recommend it with my eyes closed and if everything goes well we will return to Carnival next year
