About Ivan and his accommodation: everything is amazing. The house is perfect. Better than the description. Without any kind of observation that discredits what Ivan offers. Quite the opposite: it is much better. The attention Ivan gave us was something out of the ordinary. He responds quickly, is very accommodating and understands the variations that the various commitments can have, adapting and leaving us comfortable with everything. It's practically a concierge! Cissa was super receptive and welcomed us very well. City Council gave us good instructions and helped us with some requests, as well as leaving us 100% at ease. The fact of living on the floor above gave us security, mainly because it was not a gated community. The pool area and the garden are the maximum point, really very tasty to stay and relax, in addition to being very well taken care of, which left us calm to release our pets. The suite is very simple but functional (the air-conditioning is good, and has a projector instead of a TV). Well-equipped and spacious kitchen. We recommend!

Marli's Airbnb is excellent. The house is cozy, with charming decor and a lived-in home atmosphere. It is very well located, close to a bakery, snack bars, pharmacy and market. Everything was clean and organized, the bed is comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, with a stable signal for remote work. The location can be a bit noisy as it is next to an avenue, so it is good to consider this (and wear ear protection). Marli is a super attentive host, always available to help. The space is well equipped: refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, hot shower, hair dryer, iron, extra blankets; I didn't miss anything. It is about 10 minutes by car from USP. I recommend checking the address correctly (and not the ready location of the app) to arrive without problems. I intend to stay there again when I return to São Paulo :)

The space offered by Thereza is certainly one of the best that can be offered in Itu, due to its location in the historic center near tourist spots; the space is comfortable and spacious because it is an apartment in an old building, we felt like we were in a house in an apartment!; and without a doubt, Thereza's attention was incredible! We are sure that we will always return to Itu and stay in the same place 😁

Chayene's place was great! We spent 2 months there and were very comfortable. We cooked most nights but there are some great restaurants. There are a few walkable options for groceries. Every time we needed something Chayene was responsive and attentive. The neighborhood is good and safe and we felt secure in the building that has a 24 hour security guard who were all friendly. The place was a great value and we would definitely stay there again.

I was very well received by Lucinda, a wonderful host. I felt right at home since I arrived. She gave great tips and showed me the entire property. I'll be back for sure!

Good location, the kit net was just like the description, around it there were a lot of commercial establishments such as markets, bakeries, butchers, pharmacies and two squares! Quiet, safe place and Mr. Enio is super helpful, proactive and very polite!
