The house of Fabiana is spectacular, exactly as in the pictures: wide space, of extreme good taste, super comfortable. The cleaning was spotless. The beds and towels are of high quality. The pool is delicious, the water at the right temperature. We took our dogs and they took advantage of the backyard to play, without worrying about anything (all surrounded and safe). There is an emporium 500 meters from the house that is very well served from everything we wanted to cook. Anyway, we spent a carnival holiday in style, quiet and relaxed. We'll be back as soon as we have another chance.

We love the place and we'll definitely be back. Quiet, private and secure location I spent the extended holiday with my family and everything we needed in the house. Well equipped kitchen, with utensils and appliances. Comfortable rooms, quality mattress, as well as linens and linens. A well-kept outdoor area, we love the pool and barbecue area, as well as the fruit trees. It was with two small children and two puppies, safe environment for all of them, the dogs were safe on the fenced property and the children ran and played a lot on the lawn.

We love the space! We had a very good weekend as a family with our dogs. We recommend it to everyone!

The extremely kind and accessible host. Your house has features and utensils that make us feel at home. Another important point is that the house is very well lit and airy. Near a bakery, house and meat and easy access to the highway. I will definitely stay whenever I return to the area.

I loved Ricardo's space! The house is very wide, comfortably holding more than 12 people. The pictures match the place, well airy, very well furnished and with everyday utensils. Beds are comfortable and had pillows to use. The outside area is very nice and has good privacy. The psychina is heated and at the end of the day has a breathtaking view. Churrasqueira is also the ultimate and holds everyone with its large tables and chairs for everyone. The only two points that I think could improve is the shower that I believe is a little clogged so there's not much water and the internet that wasn't working well, but nothing to hinder the great stay we had! Hope to be able to return soon!

Our business stay was great, the house is wonderful, the path takes a bit of a dirt road, but nothing that got in the way, there are no shops nearby, so we had to shop in São Roque. Overall everything was great.

We had a wonderful family holiday!! Maria was very solicitor and friendly from the beginning. The house is great, very well decorated and clean, 4 spacious suites, all with air conditioning; very smelling bedding; well-equipped kitchen; 2 refrigerators and a freezer to accommodate all the food, clean and air-conditioned pool- which made everyone enter even with fresh weather, 3 delicious hammocks to rest enjoying the garden and the tranquillity of the neighborhood... A show! Ademais, Maria is super concerned about our well-being!! There was a short period of 2 hours that we ran out of light in the neighborhood, sent msg to her the night on the holiday and she promptly contacted CPFL and did not sustain until the light came back, super proactive! It also indicated Bruna to help us with breakfast and lunch preparations, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will return with ctz!

The house is exactly like the photos, with everything you need and a little more. Quiet street, although it is the center of the city, cozy house and yard, everything very well taken care of. Carol is super friendly and proactive and, in addition to making check-in flexible, she even left treats for us (including the dogs🐶🐶). We love and recommend!

The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

My family and I love everything, comfortable house, all very clean, not to mention the view of the house that is beautiful. Everything is as is in the photos. A super polite Lays and always available to assist us in everything. The always-cleaning pool was cleaned every morning in the morning. We like it so much that we already booked for November 🥰

This is the second time we have stayed at Rodrigo's house. The location is great, the condominium is very quiet and has everything close by. We always enjoy the swimming pool, the barbecue, the living room is very cozy, the showers are great... we love to stay there and highly recommend!
