Holiday rentals with a patio in Salt Lake City

We had a great stay in SLC! The unit was as expected, and it was lovely to have the backyard and the front porch to sit outside. The desk was helpful as well for us to work remotely -- of note, there is a door between the bedroom area & office area, but there are no doors between the living/kitchen/office.

We loved Marisa’s place. This is the second time we stay at her condo. Our group consisted of my daughter, her three sons (ages 13, 10 and 7) and myself. We loved the super clean and roomy setup, and the proximity to shops, restaurants and the mountain trails. The two tandem parking spots helped a lot, since we had a very large car and a huge bike rack. My grandkids summed well the experience: “Next year, when we visit Utah, we shall rent the same place. “

Robert’s place was absolutely gorgeous. The space was light and airy, as well as very clean. The beds were extremely comfy. His landscaping was dreamy and I was jealous!

El alojamiento no puede ser mejor! Los detalles que dejo en el hospedaje hicieron que nuestra estancia sea perfecta. Si bien solo estuvimos una noche, me hubiera encantado quedarnos mas tiempo. La cama era enorme y comoda, el bano tenia detalles que hicieron de la estancia un placer, como shapoo jabones d ebuena calidad, rasuradoras, cepillos de dientes y unas batas suabes y delicadas. La cocina estaba totalmente equipada, no faltaba ningun electrodommestico, dejo unos dulces y frutas sobre la mesada y pudimos hacernos un desayuno con todo lo que habia en el departamento. La comunicacion con el anfitrion fue excelente! nos aviso cuando estaba listo para entrar antes y la salida era a las 11 lo que nos dio tiempo de descansar bien y prepararnos para continuar el viaje. No puedo dar mas estrellas porque no las hay. Muy recomendado!!

Very nice place in a great spot in SLC. Never visited before but we got such a beautiful view of the mountains from our room. The gym was also great and my girlfriend used it almost everyday since the view was so gorgeous. Loved our stay and hoping we can make it again to SLC next year :)

We absolutely loved our stay! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen stocked for cooking. We grilled some kebabs. Hung out by the pool and hot tubbed. Played pool and ping pong and some board games. It literally has everything you need to be comfortable and a million dollar view. Will only be staying here while in Sandy.

Very nice basement. Out of all the places we have stayed, this one was the best and the price was very competitive. We were gone most of each day and after a long day, we felt very comfortable there. Please note that some of the previous reviews mentioned a lack of certain items for the kitchen. We found that not to be true. This kitchen had everything that may be needed, including pots, pans, cutting board and kitchen knives. I highly recommend this location. It may be way out on the southwest side of the valley, but it is very quiet and we like that. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We hope that we were good tenants.

We had a great stay! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We would absolutely stay here again!

Nice house / condo located in a quiet neighborhood in Salt Lake City’s The Avenues. I traveled with my dog, so I appreciated the off-leash dog park near the house. The house is fully equipped, and renovated with with lots of day light. Mandy was responsible and shared very clear instruction before check in and check out. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was lovely and had everything we needed. Great decorating, nice linens and cozy furniture. I would love to stay again next time I'm in the area.

Beautiful views and within walking distance of the park. Inside was clean, including laundry room. Beds were comfy with plenty of blankets, towels, and basic kitchen stuff.

Parker’s home was beautiful and was perfect for our weekend trip to Salt Lake City. The space was comfortable and the kitchen and family room were both very nice places to spend time in. The home is very charming and is in a nice neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

This was the cutest little condo I stayed at, my boyfriend and I so pleased with how comfortable everything was. It was so clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the balcony had a view of the City lights. We will most definitely be coming back.

I was looking for a peaceful place to relax for a couple days and this was a perfect place. it is clean, cute, and close to a couple of nice parks. it had everything I needed and was very comfortable. The host's instructions were easy to follow and the host was great to work with. very goid experience.

Park City is always great, and this little studio is really a cozy spot to stay. We loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Something to note however, the building does have an elevator but it is not wheelchair or stroller accessible due to 3 stairs that sit in the hallway before the unit. Most of the units in this building seem to be short term rentals as nearly everyone we spoke to was renting and PC is a tourist destination, so while there is plenty of parking you may end up in the next lot over. The hosts are wonderful and respond promptly, you can tell that the unit is being cleaned and kept up. Highly recommend.

I had a great stay! Super clean and updated. Great location to the bus in Prospector Square. Communication was excellent from the host.

The location was perfect for our needs. Any questions I had of Deron were answered immediately. We would certainly consider this location again if we were to return to the area and it was available.

Really enjoyed the condo! Quiet-never heard any neighbors. We liked the location— being in between Kimball Junction and PC Main Street. Scott was very kind and communicative!

We truly enjoyed our experience here. The place was extremely clean, quiet, and near walking trails. The condo was also near historic downtown Park City.
