Arguably the best location in SLC if you want a great view and easy access to Big & Little Cottonwood. It's also convenient to everything else in SLC and even Park City - easy on/off the I-215 Belt Route. Every room in the place has a great view of the city & amazing sunset. The large covered porch was exceptionally nice to enjoy after a day of skiing or work. The neighborhood is one of the nicest & safest in SLC and an excellent area to walk/hike/bike. You feel very disconnected from the activity in the city below. The kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked often , as well as using the almost new gas grill on the porch. If you like dogs, you'll love their 2 rescue dogs that treated us like family the entire time. This added to the comfortable feel and safety aspect of the place. Jennifer & Bill were great hosts and I enjoyed having them around. I will stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Chiedu was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The neighborhood was quiet and house was super clean. I highly recommend this air bnb.

Cozy, well-designed and peaceful cottage with amenities at the back of a lovely yard. Walking distance to a cluster of great food options and a fantastic bookstore. Quiet neighborhood with well-tended gardens.

Jim and his place were awesome! He’s super friendly and has great local recommendations. The place is great for a solo traveler like myself. Walkable to all the best spots, clean and comfortable

Just as described and pictured. Convenient location to our family that lives in Cottonwood Heights. Clean, quiet, and working heat and air conditioning which was needed due to change in temperatures while we were there. Would stay there again if it works out.

I really enjoyed staying here! The location is unbeatable, it’s a 2 or 3 minute walk from downtown Holladay which was super convenient. The fenced in yard was very nice for my dog as well. It was nice!

Apartment was in a great and quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive when I called with trouble with the lock. Nice to stay making feel very comfortable and relaxed. We will definitely use this place again if we come back this way again

We loved the place! It was clean and beautiful and in a really nice neighborhood. I wish I had read the notes better. I would have come with swimsuits so we could use the hot tub. We would definitely recommend it.

Very zen space with amazing host. After our Utah desert adventures this was the perfect spot to reset and get to the airport. We had some itinerary changes and requests that jourdan was very accomodating to. This space was connected to the host but was set up to be very secluded. This was beneficial for one of our requests (needed a scale to weigh out our luggage to bring home cool rocks) The bed was so comfortable, much needed after camping and we were happy to have the ability to do some laundry before packing. Highly recommend staying here.

We ended a long two week road trip in the salt lake area. Justin worked with us on an early check in to drop our stuff so we could go sight see right away. Wonderful place, quiet, clean peaceful. So close to salt lake and antelope island . Highly recommend

Yevgeniya's place was perfect! Very Homie feel to it, very comfy. Yevgeniya responded5to every message I sent and had an answer for every question I had. She was even so kind as to place a bucket outside the residence for my cigarette butts for me before I even had the chance to do it myself and messaged me to let me know she had done so. All in all, excellent experience...

Melanie’s place was a perfect retreat. The kitchen and bathroom amenities were plenty and above many other places we have stayed. We attended a concert at a nearby amphitheater our first night. Enjoyed local restaurants, shopping and a couples massage our last day. Great location!

MJ place was so perfect. It was a nice place to rest for a couple days before continuing to Denver. She was so responsive and gave us so much info. The view of the mountains was amazing She was so welcoming. I would recommend her place 100%.

Anica is an excellent host, and very responsive. She made sure we had everything we needed. The studio is small but we really just needed a place to sleep while we explored. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio and gorgeous backyard in the evenings. It is located on a very peaceful street.

Sandy was very accommodating and welcoming throughout our stay. The arrival instructions were very clear, the place was clean and it’s located near every attraction. We throughly enjoyed our stay here and if we’re ever going back to SLC, then Sandy’s BnB is definitely the place to book.

The place was great nice and clean but its the basement to the house with no access in between the entrance is on the back side of the home and you can hear the people upstairs and also has some rules as no people over and not to be loud after 10pm to 7am and a few other lil rules its a family friendly home just to the party thats staying. If you have small or multiple kids not recommend.

We stayed at Nephi's place in North Salt Lake. Since we were there for medical procedure at the University of Utah this location was perfect. the drive to the university was only 20 minutes. the neighborhood is safe and friendly. The view from the deck is awesome! We found this home to be clean, sanitized and ready for arrival. Being able to park in a garage nightly added to the security as family members came and went both day and night. The master bedroom, bathroom and closet are huge. Our host, Nephi, communicated regularly to ensure that we were comfortable and that the unit was not having any problems. The front room and family room adjoin, providing plenty of room as family came for visits. The kitchen was large with a gas range, ample counter space and plenty of cabinets to place pantry items. The stackable washer and dryer are easy to use and did a good job for us. Nights were quiet. This home has three bedrooms and two baths. it is perfect weather used daily/ weekly or mthly.

Very helpful hosts very friendly and did not even notice they were right upstairs. Everything was very tidy and they exceeded expections I had about the cleanliness of linens!! Very welcoming and comfortable! Thanks so much! Would I stay again ? absolutely!!!!! Highly recommended!

Overall it was amazing. It was cozy and exactly what we expected. There were airplanes going overhead every 10-30 minutes starting at 7 am. So it wasn't great for sleeping in or watching movies. But other than that it was perfect for a weekend get away

Savannah’s guesthouse is beautifully and thoughtfully designed and furnished. The space was constructed with high-end finishes and an obvious attention to every detail. Everything is new and spotless. It is spacious and has a fully-equipped kitchen, an elegantly decorated bathroom, and a comfortable bed. I stayed for only one night while passing through, so I was not able to explore the area, but the neighborhood seemed very nice. Savannah is a very attentive and gracious host. I would happily stay at the guesthouse again.

Great hosts - communication is so important when using this service, and their communication was fantastic. I would recommend for sure!
