Giovanni was super helpful for our stay! We needed parking and so he went out of his was to help out and offered us multiple options. Really enjoyed our stay in Parma it is a beauty city and his place is a great base to explore from!

Great place. Convenient location, although a bit tricky to reach by car. We ended up parking 8 min away and carrying our luggage. Would be nice to know in advance how to reach the side road for unloading. The place itself is spacious and comfortable, even though it is very echo-y. Air conditioning works beautifully.

Large accommodation located in a large house with a very large garden. Ideal with young children. It has everything you need and the comfort to have a pleasant stay. Neighbors are adorable. Rosella is an attentive and responsive host. We will be happy to come back and for a longer period this time. Thank you.

This is an amazing space. Very very clean. Lots of amenities. And a porch to walk out on and look down at the square and look at the views and watch the Starlings. You can walk everywhere and lots of shops and restaurants. Lots of comfortable space.

The place is near highway. It was recently renovated. The availability of the parking space is a plus.

A very nice stay at Nora's! Everything was a great fit. Nora is a very charming and lovely hostess. Their valuable tips are helpful! Quiet environment. . . And the area can be explored excellently via great bike paths (Lake Garda, Borghetto, Mantua . . .).

Comfortable well placed apartment, within a reasonable walk to the city and with parking and a garage. Communications were prompt and very clear and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped and organised. It has an airy feel helped by the insect blinds, you do need to be able to walk upstairs.

Conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and all the great places to visit in downtown Parma. The flat has a feeling of tranquility and is comfortable. We shared it the apartment with a friend it was great for that because it has 2 bathrooms that have their own showers in them.

I had some questions for Maria Tea in advance. Her daughter Loredana always answered these immediately and the contact was also pleasant during the stay. The apartment is great: The view is impressive and the apartment is very clean and lovingly furnished. The apartment is well located: in about 10 minutes at the train station and beach, in 5 minutes at the market square, etc. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer. We had a great stay in Zoagli and immediately felt very comfortable in the apartment. From the spacious terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea. The beds (including sofa bed) are very comfortable and the apartment is equipped with everything you need. Cool decor! We would come back and highly recommend it.

Alessandro sent us clear and precise instructions. This allowed us to arrive and leave independently. The apartment is very beautiful, functional and well-equipped. We enjoyed the air conditioning with temperatures of 38 degrees outside. Another appreciable point: we had access to a private and secure garage. No difficulty to go to the city center on foot in about 25 minutes. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Great rental!! Paolo is an exceptional host and always available!! He gave us all the good addresses for our visits and restaurants. Do not hesitate to book with him the visits of the parmesan and parma ham factories (he even accompanied us)!! The pool and the exceptional jacuzzi! The accommodation is clean and fully equipped! The perfect accommodation to discover Parma. It is perfectly located to reach everything on foot and at the same time nice and quiet. A sweet café right on the doorstep - a few houses away a great trattoria. In addition, super nicely furnished - in the kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up something at home (yes, at home😁). We felt very comfortable - for us there is now only one accommodation in Parma. :)

My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's Day weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the attention to the customer, she provided us with many solutions for activities and restaurants to eat at. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in detail like all the lovely furniture. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm, each one better than the other (yogurt, panna cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). A visit to their farm is a must, because it's really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts into the business up close and, above all, a special thanks goes to Paolo, the owner and father of Alice, who enchanted us during the visit to the farm. What can I say, keep it up and you can't help but have super happy guests who are satisfied with everything you offer. The truly delicious and cozy spa is a treat to try
