Cottage holiday rentals in Salobreña

At Casa Lopez, we stayed for 1.5 months as 5 adults, a child, and a dog. Occasionally, we were up to 10 people, but space was never an issue. The villa is beautiful with stunning views of the mountains and surroundings. The mountain road to the villa adds charm, and the place feels comfortable and safe—even accessible with a Fiat 500. The villa is more spacious than the photos suggest. Rafael, the host, showed us all the amenities: pool, Jacuzzi, and game room—all in perfect order. We also worked from the villa using the internet without any issues. The area is picturesque, close to beaches, mountains, and towns, with plenty to do. The hosts are very kind and helpful, even recommending a mechanic when needed. After 1.5 months, we still felt their warmth and friendliness. Leaving Casa Lopez was emotional for us. So, I recommend the villa for vacations, as well as a place where after work you can open some wine and jump into the pool. I wish everyone an equally wonderful stay.

Carmen is very very friendly and helpful. She responds very quickly to messages. We received a warm welcome with a nice fruit basket and explanation of how everything works. Lovely house to recover and celebrate holidays and therefore definitely recommended. The only downside is poor road surface on the way there and navigation actually indicates a different location. I think the road is better accessible with a terrain wagon or car with 4 wheel drive.

We had a really great time in Madre Tierra. Rafa welcomed us and was really helpful for any request we had. The house is comfy, calm and with a great view, close to nice mountain paths. Totally recommended. Thanks again Rafa!

A lovely villa in beautiful surroundings. we were very comfortable and had everything we needed, plus the tomatoes from Juan Antonio's garden were absolutely delicious. The perfect stay at Cristina’s beautiful house in Pampaneira! The town was gorgeous and we felt right at home! Cristina’s instructions were easy to follow and the house had everything you needed and more. Also provided flexible check out times which was a bonus! Will definitely be visiting again :)

We had a wonderful week at casa Fuentezuelas. The house and it’s surroundings were even more beautiful than the pictures showed. Breathtaking view and very peaceful. The house was very clean and charming and had everything we needed.

The stay at Angel's accommodation "Las Lavaderas" was excellent. The quiet and private atmosphere allowed us to recover well. A perfect place to relax. The house is equipped with everything you need. Communication with Angel worked perfectly, friendly and always prompt.

Casa Alicia is the perfect place to stay for those who like peace and beautiful nature, which is unique especially in the spring. We had a nice weather in April, and there was a sunny weather with both dazd and cold, but that's not the host's fault. I recommend this place for those who are looking for peace and quiet. Zoltan

Our stay at Cortijo los Chinos was wonderful and very relaxing.

Wow! what a lovely cottage, amazing views and lovely hosts, Paula and Meghan... Having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the valley is something we'll never forget. Swimming pool was lovely with plenty of loungers and shade too.

Pablo is a good host, very friendly and responsive. Our coffee pot broke the first day and he came by within 20 minutes to replace it. The house is basic but comfortable and has everything you need. Location and views amazing! Didn’t find the road up as scary as other reviews and it was a quick 10 min ride to the beautiful village of Frigiliana. All the restaurants we dined at were fabulous! Very nice place if you want peace & privacy. Our dogs loved it!

A wonderful villa in a wonderful location. So tranquil and relaxing. No road noise, not overlooked and beautiful views. Everything jn the house is of high quality, particularly the kitchen. So much space, we loved it. We were there in April and the weather was a bit hit and miss. The pool was a bit chilly, but we still went in every day.

We had a great stay in the apartment of Cortes. We were lucky that we were the only ones so we had the whole venue for ourselves. The house has thick walls so that means that it is cool inside. Also it is up on a hill which makes temperature nice during hot summer days. The house is in a quite residential area nearby Padul. You definitely need a car to go around. There is a Spar supermarket nearby. Padul is a small town in the province with some shops, bars and restaurants. Nice to have your coffee there in the morning. Cortes reacts very fast and comes up with suggestions in Granada or other places. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Granada this is your place to be!

We had a fantastic time staying in this beautiful cottage, nestled high in Almayate. The outdoor patio area was exactly what we wanted and all the different pockets of outdoor space felt like we could have a different experience and viewpoint each night, from the BBQ area, to sitting looking over the greenery to the sea. For anyone looking for a relaxing time, but an easy commute to local towns and Malaga itself, this is the one for you!

Just arrived back from a wonderful week at Steph and Terry's home. The weather was amazing so we took full advantage of the beautiful pool in the most fabulous location. The property is set amongst the mountains and whilst remote it's not too far from the main road for visiting the surrounding area. For myself and my partner it ticked all the boxes as we love nature, watching the wildlife and the quiet of the mountains where we could relax away from our busy lives. Steph and Terry were always there to answer any questions and give recommendations. The Al In Carhire company recommended by them was extremely easy and value for money. Thank you to Steph and Terry for making our holiday special.

We extremely enjoyed staying at Elina's place. The view was great and the private pool lovely. The place was very clean and everything you need was provided. The mattress of the bed can be a little more modern. The owners of the airBNB were very friendly and helpful, nice people to stay with!

We were warmly received by Reijer. As a welcome, there was also a good bottle of wine, which we enjoyed at sunset on the terrace. In front of the house a large lemon grove...the smell was beguiling! The start was just perfect! The casita is beautiful and stylishly decorated and perfectly equipped with everything you could need. We enjoyed the opportunity to relax both on the terrace with great views and in the beautiful green courtyard. Even before arrival, Reijer recommended various hikes to us and otherwise, communicating with him was always helpful, nice and immediate. The bed was very comfortable with a good mattress and in the morning the view from the bed from the window to the mountains can't be beat 👍 We 100% recommend the casita. We loved the views and peacefulness but felt safe having someone English next door. The welcome pack was amazing and appreciated as we stayed put for 3 days due to heatwave and didn't have to worry about shopping.
