Strict rules of HOA do not allow guests to invite family or friends over to use the facility. This allows for a more intimate and enjoyable experience for renters and owners, alike.

This warm, cozy home is centrally located in Boise, near Meridian & Eagle. Fully renovated, with comfy new mattresses and bedding. Large 55" TV in the family room and 32" TV in master are brand new Roku smart TVs. Backyard has a dining area, gas firepit, 6 person hot tub, and hammock. Close to the Village and easy access to downtown. Next door is the elementary school with a big playground. Garage not available for use, but there is plenty of parking on the driveway and gravel pad.

Bright & Comfortable Condo Close to Everything!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay! All is right next to you when you are there: the lake, the beach, the Ponderosa Park, the golf course… This place will for sure create some great memories for you and your family. The place is meeting all requirements for Short Term Rental requested per the city of McCall (Permit is displayed inside the condo) and passed successfully the new Fire, Health & Safety inspection.
