Listing is as described. The neighborhood is residential and quiet. The terrace is quite large and sunny. You have to take the car to get to the beach, which is about 3 km away. On the practical side, there is a supermarket nearby.

The stay went wonderfully well in Josiane's apartment, in line with the listing, a breathtaking view of Biarritz and the sea. Josiane is responsive, available and very kind. Thank you to her for this beautiful accommodation.

Phillipes flat is very nice and in a very quiet location. Only a two block walk to the Les Halles market and many top rated restaurants. The area is very walkable with great views of the sea and beautiful architecture. We took the petite train and learned more about the history of Biarritz. We enjoyed it very much

The location was excellent and we really appreciated the lovely terrace. Overall, it offers great value for the price. While the apartment is compact, it was just right for a couple. Our only small concern was that only one garbage bag was provided for a five-night stay. An additional one or two would have been helpful.

Conveniently located in Bidart, close to city center and beaches. The accommodation has everything you need to cook+ an outside and 2 parking spaces. Great for a family vacation Olivier welcomed us warmly with a very good Basque cake.

Accommodation faithful to the description and photos, a small warm and clean cocoon. The bedding is very comfortable, all the necessary equipment for a wonderful stay. Private parking space is a real plus. Shops, restaurants and thermal park are within walking distance. Many activities and hikes nearby. Aurélie and David are extremely responsive hosts, full of good advice. David welcomed us as "friends" and Aurélie sent us all the good plans and good addresses. We recommend it with our eyes closed and will return with great pleasure.

Our stay went very well. The accommodation was very comfortable, the bedding was good quality and we didn't miss anything. Everything was impeccable in terms of cleaning. Many services were available to us, many things provided such as towels, bathrobes, shower gel, or for breakfast such as milk, fruit juice, jam, honey in addition to coffee or tea! We enjoyed the balcony for eating outside. It was also very convenient to park the car at the foot of the accommodation. We enjoyed our independent stay. Sylvie and her husband are very welcoming and attentive while being discreet. The proximity of the highway did not bother us in terms of noise. We would recommend this listing!

Very good stay with Françoise, house with all the necessary equipment in the smallest details, very pleasant large garden and very convenient covered area. Well located apartment, the nearest beach is 10 min walk. The neighborhood offers a nice selection of quality restaurants and shops. There were 3 of us: the accommodation is cozy, functional and pleasant, I recommend without hesitation.

Christel was the portrait of hospitality during our stay. She warmly greeted us at check-in and took time to give us local recommendations, provide a tour of the property, and ensure we had everything we needed. The property resembles a small villa and has beautiful views of rolling green hills all around. Overall, we had a wonderful, tranquil stay and would absolutely love to return someday with friends!

Very nice accommodation, cozy and very well located, we only stayed there for a weekend but we'll keep the address for next time. A delightful and spacious apartment very close to a useful grocery and bakery. The roof terrace was a sunny place to relax with a great view of the mountains. Comfortable bed and great shower. We enjoyed the peacefulness of this village and the wonderful local walks. Recommended.

Everything was perfect. The accommodation is large, clean and well-equipped. The shaded terrace is a real plus. Hosts are available and instructions are very clear. Regarding the residence, nothing to say either. Good location near the ocean, lots of restaurants and underground parking available. I'll go back without hesitation, thank you.
