Casa Oliva is very clean and safe, located in a quiet neighborhood, with a closed garage and easy access to the city center. Our contact during and after the stay was with Flávio, one of the hosts, who was always helpful and proactive. The beds are comfortable, the shower in the suite is excellent and there are comfort items such as a hair dryer and iron. There was great practicality in the check-in and check-out, all without delay or complication. We emphasize that there is nothing that discredits the place and we leave as a gentle suggestion a little more storage option (shelves or hangers in the rooms and/or bedside table), which will make the house even better. We recommend the property to anyone who needs a short or long stay in Franca!

Our accommodation was great, we went in a group of 6 people and everyone was very well accommodated with comfort, each with their own room and bathroom. Great linen and towels. The hosts Paula and her daughter Ana, were extremely helpful and receptive, giving us peace of mind and security, always promptly answering our questions. The house is great, location too, extremely spacious, complete in all rooms. We just feel that some parts need a little maintenance and a little more careful cleaning, but nothing that discredits the house, nor the stay. We were all happy and satisfied, and we will definitely return.

The accommodation at Danilo's house was perfect. Unfortunately, we only spent a few days, but we wanted to stay longer. The house was impeccable, clean and organized. It had all the amenities listed, and the kitchen was very complete and new. The rooms are very comfortable, with bed linen and great thermal insulation. The shower is great, both in temperature and pressure. The outdoor area is great, we used the barbecue without any problems, it had all the necessary tools for barbecuing. Danilo was very kind, he welcomed us cordially for check-in, even after we delayed our arrival due to travel problems. Whenever I needed it, communication was very fast and efficient. And the checkout was also great. In the vicinity, there was a butcher shop, a bakery, everything we needed for a short stay. It is even worth the cost-benefit. As I said, everything was amazing and if there is another opportunity, we will certainly return.

Of the whole trip, it will certainly be my dogs' favorite Airbnb hehe, very good for humans too, spacious, functional, with a water filter in great condition, very comfortable bed, I slept very well and we enjoyed the garden.

The 3 night stay was great, the villa is beautiful, Ideal to rest and enjoy with the family. The house is large and has utensils necessary for cooking. Do not expect luxury or glamour, but enjoy the tranquility of an old house in a privileged place in SJB, where birds sing at dawn and silence predominates after 23 hrs( where the game ends on a football field in the vicinity). The villa is now, one of my favorite places to rest during the holidays when I go to visit my family. the Host served us very well. I recommend it.

Additionally, the suggested service providers, such as a cleaner, cook, and barbecue chef, were essential to making my birthday celebration extra special and ensuring the comfort of our guests. The house is impeccable, very well-equipped, with spacious areas and a cozy, tasteful decor. The outdoor space is perfect for leisure and socializing. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

We stayed in six adults and one child in the house. Everything impeccable. The house is very wide. The description is exactly how the house is. We had a great communication with Roger and also with Mr. There was a problem with one of the showers that made it impossible for us to use one of the bath suites but nothing to get in the way because there are so many bathrooms that made no difference! Mr. Renato was very proactive to try and solve the problem, but since it was an extended holiday, it would be very difficult to resolve in a timely manner. Both the checkin and checkout were super flexible. You can rent the house that I'm sure will have a good experience, like mine.

It was a quick stay on business but the place extremely comfortable and enjoyable. Fabrício always responded with promptness, check-in and extremely easy check-out. For sure if we have a new chance to head to Jardinopolis, we'll go back to this place. Super indico.
