Apartment holiday rentals in Sal

A estadia nesta casa na Ilha do Sal foi maravilhosa! A localização não podia ser melhor, a apenas 10 minutos a pé da praia e a 5 minutos de vários supermercados. A casa estava muito limpa, arrumada e completamente equipada com todos os utensílios necessários para uma estadia confortável. Um dos grandes pontos positivos foi o facto de ficar mesmo em frente a um hotel, o que facilitou imenso a realização das atividades extra, já que os pick-ups aconteciam literalmente à porta de casa. O Tiago, o host, foi super simpático e sempre disponível para ajudar em tudo o que fosse preciso. O check-in também foi muito simples e rápido. Recomendo esta casa a 100% e, sem dúvida, voltaria a ficar aqui!

We had a wonderful stay at Agnes’ place! The host was incredibly communicative and responsive, always available to assist us. We arrived after midnight, and she arranged for a taxi to meet us with the keys to the flat. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures, very clean, and even had a cleaning lady come by during our stay. The location is perfect – close to the main town and restaurants, but also far enough to give you a more local, immersive experience. We slept in the room at the back, which was quieter and more comfortable, especially due to the wind in Sal (which can be quite strong during the month we visited). The internet worked perfectly, which was essential as we were working remotely. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to be a little removed from the busy main streets of Santa Maria but still within easy reach. Only 5 minutes to Angulo Beach and 10-15 minutes to Santa Maria Beach and the main streets. Thank you Agnes

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in Thomas‘ Wohnung. Am entgegengesetzten Ende zu den Hotelanlagen von Santa Maria. Ruhig gelegen, aber alles in Santa Maria ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Marta was really lovely during our short stay in Santa Maria. She was readily communicative and very responsive. The apartment is located at an amazing spot and within walking distance of everything. We pretty much had everything we needed. I do note some reviewers mention noise and I was initially worried about that myself but its really not that bad. Everyone goes to sleep eventually so if you are sleeping normal hours there should not be a noise issue. We will definitely be back again if we are ever in Sal again!

Luis is very friendly and helpful. He responded to all my communications quickly. The apartment is about 10 minutes from the town centre in an area that is still being developed, but it was quiet and also close to a couple of supermarkets. The apartment is modern and bright, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. All in all, I would definitely stay there again!!

It's a cute and comfortable appartment with everything you need. The communication from the beginning until the end was great. I would definitely stay there again when I'm back in Sal!

I had an amazing experience staying at Krisztina’s apartment in Sal! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Krisztina was incredibly responsive—any questions I had were answered almost immediately. A special shoutout to her wonderful host, Lizy, who was so welcoming and kind. She made me feel right at home. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Sal!

Wir durften einen großartigen Aufenthalt im Appartement genießen. Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war durchweg herzlich und hilfreich. Die Unterkunft hat in Bezug auf Ausstattung und Sauberkeit unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen. Selbst Kochen war in der bestens ausgestatteten Küchenzeile ohne Probleme möglich. Auch das nachfüllen der Gasflasche wurde durch den Ansprechpartner vor Ort innerhalb von Minuten durchgeführt. Wir würden die Unterkunft aufgrund von sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und der Lage (Strand, Einkaufen und Gastronomie fußläufig erreichbar) auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Sophie und Lars für die besondere Gastfreundschaft!! :)

We had an excellent 2 week stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, offers fantastic views, and is located in a quiet area but only a short walk from the beach and the main street. Everything we needed was provided for in the apartment. Communication from the hosts was perfect and Carolina was always contactable and immediately responsive during our stay. We would definitely return!

Espaço muito agradável, na rua detrás dos principais hotéis da baía de Santa Maria. Perto da pedonal onde se encontram os restaurantes e bares. relação qualidade preço perfeita. transfer e check in e check out feito na perfeição. recomendo vivamente este alojamento para quem procura umas férias para descobrir a ilha, e não ficar presa aos tudo incluido..

I spend a wonderful week in Linda's &Bo's accommodation and absolutely loved it!! the bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. Waking up to the breathtaking views of the ocean from the balcony each morning was simply magical. The location is perfect just a 10 minutes walk from the city center, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere while still having fantastic dining options close by. I felt at home the whole stay and I would love to return!

We had a lovely stay at Sandra's place. She was very responsive and helpful throughout including organising multiple taxis to and from the airport and providing extra sheets. There was a power cut on the island (which also cut off the water supply) during our stay but there's not much that could be done as only the hotels and some restaurants have back-up generators. The home is well equipped if you wanted to cook and we appreciated the large number of towels. The apartment is a little out of the way and the road on the side of the beach isn't fully paved but well-lit - we felt safe walking to and from the center even at night (c. 10 mins). Overall loved Cabo Verde and Sandra's place is a good base to check it out from.

super appartement, tout le nécessaire a la vie quotidienne y est , vous avez un Supermarché dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel qui permet de prendre les premières nécessités, pensez a payer en cap verdien, les locaux arrondissent et la plupart du temps vous perdez 10% 😉.

Bon rapport qualité-prix pour ce logement dans lequel nous avons séjourné à 5 pour une durée d'une semaine. Bon emplacement (10 minutes à pieds du centre ville & proche d'un petit supermarché), grande salle de bain et grand espace à vivre. Terrasse sympathique également qui donne sur la piscine (grande et agréable). L'équipe de Fabrizio a été très réactive à nos messages et nos requêtes ! Je recommande.

Location was perfect, the beach was lovely and private, pool was clean and quite and was near everything. Security on all gates made you feel safe. The apartment was huge and beds were comfy, the balcony was amazing with steps straight down to the pool and beach. The apartments had their own bar/restaurant with lovely breakfast and meals and a super market near by and it was in easy walking distance of everything in Sal.
