Apartment holiday rentals in Saiwai Ward

We stayed overnight at Ayumi’s for an early morning flight out of Haneda. The location is great for an early departure or even a late arrival to give yourself some breathing room. We had a little difficulty getting into the building as due to a mix up of codes but Ayumi was quick to respond to our phone call and we were able to get in quickly. It’s a spacious place with a high class shower and classy interior. The description does state that there’s a tv but that’s only in the bath but the bedroom light is also a projector which casts to the doors when closed. Overall a great stop just before a day’s worth of traveling.

Convenient and comfortable stay. The place was clean, easy to find, and in a great location quiet, yet right next to a station and a CVS for any last-minute needs. The host was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. Would definitely recommend!

Kou San was a great host during my stay. He shared local recommendations ahead of time which was helpful. He also proactively checked in to ensure I have a great experience and was always responsive in a timely manner to my questions and requests. He also offered flexibility for my checked out time so I didn’t have to deal with the massy rainy weather on my last day. Thanks! The place is loaded in a quiet neighborhood and super close to two train stations to make getting around Tokyo easy. It is also within walking distance to the trendy Jiyugaoka area with many great coffee stores and bakeries, restaurants, boutiques and home goods stores and many more shopping options. It’s a cozy place for my Tokyo trip and I was happy with my choice and would consider to stay here again for my next trip.

Close to the airport and train stations. Very clean

There was a live performance at Yokohama Stadium, and I took the opportunity to attend!The location was very convenient and close to the nearest station, and getting around was very smooth.The room was also comfortable and well cleaned.The host was also polite and I was able to stay with peace of mind.I would definitely like to use it again when I come to Yokohama!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was pristine, private and easy to find. Instructions were easy to follow. Host was very responsive. The home was perfect. This space can accommodate three guests; but would be more ideal for two guests when staying longer lengths of time. All amenities were upgraded and very nice. I would definitely rebook this location if we find ourselves in Tokyo again.

Overall stay was great clean have more space than most hotel rooms and close to station/airport/corner stores. Just note it is next to a school so if your a lighter sleeper the bells may wake you up in the morning also there is no elevator stairway is tight for larger people

I've had a really wonderful stay in Ota City at Keito's accommodation. The location was quite convenient as it was really close to the Shimomaruko station that connects to the Tokyo line. The place was really clean and the facilities were modest. I would come here again to stay if I visit Tokyo again!

Akiko was a wonderful host. I can not imagine a better place to stay. she was responsive and reccomended a solution for anything I asked or problems I had. 10/10!

Yumi was an excellent host! Her place was exactly as described and easy to find with her instructions. She was extremely friendly and helpful every step of the way, including going as far to have video instructions for how to get into the lock box for the key. Her place is cozy and well stocked with anything you need. It was also about a 5-7 minute walk from the train station and located in a very cute and peaceful neighborhood with plenty of local convenience stores, a market, and a nice 24 hour restaurant that we hit up a couple of times. If you’re looking for an excellent option close to the airport and outside of the hustle and bustle of Shibuya or Shinjuku, then I absolutely recommend Yumi’s place! She is a wonderful host!

Very cozy and unique space. If you’re a fan of creative architecture and don’t mind staying a little way outside the city this is a gem.

Hiroyuki San was the best host we’ve had so far. Responsive , super helpful and proactive about everything He provided everything for us before we even ask. The apartment was equipped with all the amenities listed and more. He was always for responsive and ready to help with any of our needs It’s nowhere near the “center” of Tokyo so keep that in mind. If you want a stay near Yokohama though it’s the best you can find. Thank you Hiroyuki San for having us

A comfortable stay in Kamata, middle of 2 train stations giving a lot of travel flexibility. The home was clean and well equipped. A very nice stay at the outskirts of Tokyo.

Great place to stay in a beautiful area! Many 24 hour convenient stores and great restaurants in very close walking distance. Only 3 minute walk to the nearest metro station. 5 minute walk south and you reach the Tama River with many idyllic parks. It’s not far between Tokyo and Yokohama making it easy to travel between the two and neighbouring areas such as Kawasaki Apartment itself was extremely clean with many amenities including kitchenette and washing machine. The building itself is recently renovated. As per Japanese custom you need to take your shoes off when entering but there are lockers near the door. Entering the building is very easy and is similar to entering a hotel. Overall great experience and will definitely be trying to stay here again. With a very nice and cosy room, peaceful area and very friendly locals I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This is home away from home. Very comfortable, clean, and gives a good sense of security. Walkable. So easy to walk to and from train station. Nice neighborhood.

Everything was just as described, the place was nicely located away from the hustle but still convenient to get around to explore Tokyo and other areas. The apartment was comfortable for 2 people and equipped with everything you need. Hirohiko and his wife were friendly and helpful and always responded promptly to all our messages. They even gave us a little gift when we left. Highly recommended, thank you! 🙏

Our host was very nice and responsive to our questions.The instructions and house rules sent were easy to understand. The apartment was clean but smaller than we expected, it is just nice for 2/3 people. The neighbourhood is quiet but it has a lot of stores such as supermarket, drug store, convenience stores and laundromat (there’s a small laundromat near the supermarket ) within a short walking distance. The nearest train station (Keisei-Koiwa station) is a short walk away and you can walk about 20 minutes to Koiwa station on the Chuo-Sobu line. From Keisei-Koiwa station, you can take to Narita Airport directly without transfers).

Amazing! First accommodation of many in Asia and not disappointed!

Very spacious, very close to the subway station, very convenient.The house is fully equipped, the toiletries are also very complete, the host is very nice, can store luggage.

Had an amazing stay with Masa. Wanted something a little farther from the main city for my trip next to a train and this location was perfect. Very nice and peaceful and Masa was very responsive as a host. Highly recommend thank you!!!

Kota and Shunki’s apartment was very clean and cozy. Nice and quiet at night despite easy access to Shin Okubo station. I enjoyed my stay and would come again.

The airbnb was a great location and near the station and we enjoyed our stay.
