We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home for New Year's Eve! Our group of seven friends spent three nights here, and everything was perfect. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight was definitely the stunning garden and breathtaking views—it was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. We also loved using the barbecue, which made our evenings even more special. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for a peaceful and well-equipped place to stay, we highly recommend this home. We’d love to come back again—especially in the summer—to fully enjoy the beautiful garden and the pool!

Vitali's apartment and hospitality made our first visit to Golden Sands, Bulgaria an unforgettable experience. He went above and beyond in order to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure all of our questions were answered. Seeing and enjoying the perfection of the apartment and the view was unlike any other experience we have ever had. The grounds of La Mer Apartments and the perfect private beach added to the coziness of the apartment and made our vacation even more special and memorable. I would recommend Vitali as a host and this apartment as my first choice everytime, and I can't wait to come back!

Wonderful stay, excellent host and sparkling clean cottage! We had a fantastic stay at Villa Romantika. It is a cozy cottage that is equipped with all comforts. The decor is stylish and cozy, and the facilities were ample for our stay. The location is perfect, in a quiet and nice neighborhood, ideal for relaxation. What we especially noticed was how incredibly clean the cottage was. We have never had such a clean B&B, everything was taken care of to the last detail. This made our stay extra enjoyable. Next to this, we would like to thank the host for her warm welcome and helpfulness. She was always ready for us, responded quickly to questions and gave us excellent tips for the area. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. In short, Villa Romantika is absolutely recommended for anyone who is looking for a relaxing and carefree stay near Varna. We will definitely come back!

Very spacious and very clean villa. The pool is a real plus. Beaches are within walking distance to get to Varna, you have to prioritize local taxis. Thierry is very available if needed, he responds quickly.

We - as a family of four with two small daughters - felt very comfortable at Villa Sophia! The communication with Sophia and her mother went wonderfully. Everything was as described and the view and location were great. The facility leaves nothing to be desired. Particularly beautiful was the walking distance to the beautiful Pasha Dere beach with the Forest Beach restaurant. We slept well and we enjoyed the seclusion and privacy very much! We highly recommend it for vacationers who are looking for peace and seclusion and still want to be close to the beach and city.

Maria is a great host, very helpful and responsive. The place is great, the house was huge with a lot of space, especially in the living room on the first floor. The yard was also nice with a good pool in it. There was enough space for the cars inside as well.

Our stay in Plamen's villa was really nice. The villa is perfect for one family with 1-2 children. The garden is beautiful and neat. The pool is extremely clean and its size is ideal for amateur swimmers. The two bedrooms are comfortable and feature big beds and A/C. In the living there is one sofa - however, it is not very suitable for sleeping. The kitchen is well equipped, including a coffee maker, a microwave, an oven, and all the utensils needed for cooking. The grill is wonderful, finely decorated, and functional. The beach is quite close, but reaching it by car is a good idea, especially if you travel with young kids. On the beach, you can find a fine tavern with good food and drinks. We were welcomed by Plamen's wife, Jelena, who is very open and friendly, providing us with all the needed information to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. All in one, it has been a great experience and we plan to return next year. Thank you!

We are extremely happy with the stay! The apartment is even nicer than it looks in the photos. Has everything you need. The place was spotlessly clean and tidy. The building is nice, has a pool, gym and security is at a high level. The apartment is walking distance to the beach and to the restaurants. The host is extremely helpful and friendly. nice apartment, everything matches the description. Very quiet location at the same time the beach is a 10-15 minute walk ,due to the fact that there are no many hotels nearby, the beach is quite empty. There is a store near the house there is everything you need and there is a market within a 15-20 minute walk and there is also a public transport station.

Galina’s place was very nice. Having access to a restaurant and the beach was a huge plus. I highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay. Very quiet, cozy and private, and the terrace is huge with a gorgeous view, creating a sense of space as well. It is equipped with everything you need for normal daily life. The location is super, there is everything you need around, and if needed it is a few minutes away from two stops through which you can get anywhere in the city. My stay was off summer season and I was pleasantly surprised that the temperature was super and not cold. Parking around is relatively easy, and if you are with a small car can also park in the yard, but it was difficult for me as it requires maneuvers and I am not a good driver. Theo is very hospitable, explains everything in detail, is proactive and cares constantly if everything is ok and reacts promptly to any request. I recommend.

Fab apartment! The pool is shared with others but that wasn’t a problem at all, it was great! The apartment was so clean and spacious, there was literally everything you need - all kitchen stuff, Netflix on TV, BBQ etc. The garden is also lovely. The location is a bit far out from the centre but perfect for visiting Varna centre (super cheap taxi) & Radjana beach which we loved. There’s ‘Hidden beach’ 15 mins walk away which is nice too. Kaloyan was super friendly as a host and quick communication! Thank you 😊
