Well located accommodation, secure residence. For the summer, there is a swimming pool, which is very pleasant.

This is my 2nd stay at this accommodation, and Kevin has always been a very pleasant, responsive, and accommodating host when it comes to arrival or departure times. The accommodation is impeccable, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything you need. The residence is ideally located to enjoy the island and in a very pleasant quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend it

11 years of registration on Air bnb and "the Bulbul" is the best place we've had! We had a wonderful stay: the accommodation is super spacious, perfectly equipped, the private pool is great and our children had a great time. In addition, Fabienne and Stéphane are super nice hosts, welcoming, responsive while being very discreet. Really, this is a perfect place that we recommend without a second thought! Stay in a professional setting (very good wifi signal), very pleasant with the magnificent view of Saint-Denis. The car is essential but it is impossible to have a nice high view in Saint-Denis otherwise. The bedroom side is on the mountain side and it is air conditioned. Finally, there are several restaurants (for takeaway dishes at very affordable rates), bakeries and a supermarket just before the climb. Anyway, I'll come back to that!

Great stay at this location! The view is beautiful, the location is ideal (a stone's throw from the city center), the bedding is excellent, the parking is a real plus, and the communication with the host was very good. Self check-in is also very convenient. A few small points to improve: the dishes were not very clean when we arrived and there was a little missing. The cooking plates are also a little old. But overall, we had a very good time. I recommend this accommodation without hesitation. Thank you for hosting!

We were welcomed by Malory who was very kind, welcoming, available, proactive, accommodating. Marion's place offers a fantastic view of the coast and the sea, which allows you to watch the sunset every night. The rooms are spacious and air-conditioned, as well as the living room. The hot tub is in a private courtyard, out of sight. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and lacks nothing. The accommodation is perfectly as described. It is in the heights of Saint Leu, in a residential and quiet part. Marion and her team are completely friendly, very responsive and attentive to the slightest feedback. Definitely a great place, which we will definitely look for a future stay.

Very pleasant stay in this very comfortable house with jacuzzi and terrace and shelter for the car. A true haven of peace where you can feel at home. The bedding is very comfortable and the bathroom very spacious. There's nothing missing in the kitchen not big. The large fridge with freezer is very nice. And if you happen to be missing something material or if you want information, the hosts are very responsive and very friendly in addition. We recommend it without hesitation and without moderation….

We had an exceptional stay with Marjorie who is a considerate host and full of beautiful touches. Her place is close to all amenities and is self-sufficient for moments of relaxation. nice little apartment. Having Air conditioning was a great bonus. An ocean view, but quite away from it. Had to park the car on the side of a narrow road which may have been difficult if there were guests in the other apartments. overall we were happy 😊

Laurent/Stéphanie are hosts with great kindness and very understanding and accommodating. My family was at home during our stay and a possible stay is considered without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this very spacious and bright accommodation. It is very well located for visiting the west of the island. Slightly on the heights, we had exceptional views of Saint-Leu and the Indian Ocean during breakfast and meals on the balcony 😍 The pool accessible at any time of the day is a real plus. The owners are very friendly, discreet and available at the same time. We'll be happy to go back.
