The accommodation is perfect for a stay as a couple. The beach is barely 2 minutes' walk and shops are also accessible in 5 minutes' walk. This is the perfect place to park the car and enjoy. Everything is as described with quality materials. I highly recommend it!

Upon our arrival, a very pleasant welcome from Corinne. We really felt expected, it was nice. Nice accommodation, very well furnished, beautiful living room with bay window on a beautiful terrace overlooking magnificent trees, large bathroom, and after a few steps a very nice garden. The price-performance ratio is perfect

The location of the accommodation is very peaceful. Direct access to the marsh on foot as well as the loan of the boat are assets that made this stay all the more enjoyable. I recommend it!

old house recently renovated from top to bottom with taste. very clean and very well equipped. ideal location 10 minutes from the center of La Rochelle and the Île de Ré bridge. very quiet neighborhood, pizzeria 200 m away and bakery 3 min by car. Very pleasant stay. We spent two days between the Carrelets beach and La Rochelle. A good breath of fresh air that clears the head and does good. As for Matthieu's fishermen's house, a place full of charm, just as I like them. I would highly recommend it

We stayed five nights in June 2024 in Simona's charming house with our little dog, and we had a great time. The accommodation is as described: spacious, clean, very well-equipped and pleasant to live in. We enjoyed the small garden at the front, perfect for enjoying the sun in peace. The location is ideal: central but in a very quiet residential area, which allows you to do everything on foot while enjoying a peaceful environment. Simona was very available and responsive throughout our stay. We strongly recommend this listing and will not hesitate to return!

Modern and cozy house. After a day away, we were happy to come home. Just sit in the patio for a while. Beautiful bike rides nearby. Rochelle nearby is a very beautiful city. Beautiful beaches at Chatelallion-plage. Visited islands. Have a nice holiday!

Great communication from Noemie who was lovely, nice to hear about the history of the accommodation. It’s a cosy, good use of space and perfect for the one night stop over. The bed was super comfortable, making for a good nights sleep before travelling again.
