Villa holiday rentals in Saint-Vincent-de-Paul

Kleines Reihenhaus in einer kleinen Anlage mit 36 Häusern. Durch die Zäune und vielen Pflanzen ist fast nicht einsehbar. Man sitzt super auf der Holzterrasse unter den Bäumen. Das Haus ist klar, aber mit Stil eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und eine Grundausstattung an Hygieneartikeln war auch da. Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Lediglich die Betten sind recht hart. Der Strand ist in ca. 600m Entfernung. Wir geben dem Haus und Catherine fünf Sterne. wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt!

Ein schönes Haus an einem entspannten Ort! Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen am Rande eines Waldstücks. Es ist super schön eingerichtet und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist an besonders heißen Tagen einfach genial. Super zum entspannen, wir hätten nach 10 Tagen noch länger bleiben können! Es gibt viele Fahrradwege in der Umgebung und zum Strand sind es ca. 3 km über fast ausschließlich bequeme Fahrradwege. Mathieu, vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in dem Haus und das obwohl das Wetter eher mittelmäßig war. Es lässt sich selbst bei einem Regentag sehr komfortabel in dem großartigen Haus mit 14 Menschen aushalten. Die küche ist top ausgestattet und wenn die Sonne rauskommt ist es im Pool und auf dem großen Grundstück herrlich. das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und die Privatsphäre absolut gewahrt. Alles in Allem eine absolute Empfehlung!

We had a wonderful week at this lovely place, full of 70s charm. Everything has its own style — slightly dated, but very well maintained and in great condition. We stayed with four children under the age of two, and they truly had the time of their lives. The garden is a highlight, with both sunny and shady spots under beautiful old trees — perfect for little explorers. The pool was still a bit cool at this time of year, but ideal for a refreshing dip. We also brought a small baby pool, which worked perfectly for the toddlers. There’s a barbecue, and the location is fantastic: great for walks, stroller-friendly, and just a 15-minute walk to the beach with 2 nice beach restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay, the villa is fantastic. The proximity to the bus stop with frequent buses was brilliant.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in France! The villa was very modern, beautifully equipped with everything we needed, and had a great layout — perfect for hosting and keeping an eye on the kids while they played in the swimming pool. The heated pool made a huge difference and was enjoyed every single day. The location was excellent — you could walk to the local shop for fresh bread and essentials, and the beach was only a quick 6-minute drive away. It offered the perfect balance of peace and convenience. Communication with the host was outstanding: always very responsive, helpful, and quick to assist with anything we needed. The villa was spotless, free of clutter, and clearly cared for with love and attention to detail. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely love to return — highly recommended for a relaxing, comfortable, and unforgettable holiday!

Nous avons fait un séminaire pour WorkAdventure et le lieu était vraiment top. Nous avons passé un agréable moment . Maison bien située, bien équipée et les hôtes sont au top 👌

I think the Villa was great for families . Big living area outside terraces, garden and swimming pool. Set slightly away from the main bar and restaurant area but a very short walk to the beach it was peaceful at night. Air con was a big plus when the temp reached 31 degrees. Francois was super helpful and responsive to all our requests. All in all a great place to stay.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la Villa Sama ! Très bel accueil d'Audrey et Martial qui sont aussi très réactifs. La maison était très propre et parfaite pour des vacances en famille. Je recommande les yeux fermés pour pouvoir profiter de la côte Basque.

Superbe villa dans un environnement calme! La villa est magnifique, très pratique, chaque chambre a sa salle de bain et ses toilettes ce qui facilitent l’autonomie de chacun sur le séjour. Les équipements sont de qualité et tout est fait pour que le séjour se passe dans les meilleurs conditions. Notre séjour ici (3 jours) c’est très bien déroulé !

Cette maison est superbe La literie très confortable Le p’tit plus le baby-foot les enfants ont adoré. Et biensur l’accès direct à la plage sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. L’accueil de Nina fut fort sympathique. Je recommande vivement.

Aline was a great host who made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The house had cleaning of the common areas every day which was great since we were a big group staying for the week. The house is very beautiful and a great place to stay when visiting Biarritz!

Encore plus beau que sur les photos ! La villa était exceptionnelle et nous avons pu passer un merveilleux séjour à 11. L’emplacement est à proximité (en voiture) de nombreuses plages et restaurants tout en étant assez isolé ce qui renforce la tranquillité du séjour. Le salon d’extérieur est vraiment complet et permet de vivre complètement dehors ; la piscine est également incroyable ! Manuel et Wanda sont réactifs et très sympathiques. En bref un très beau logement.

Maison très bien placée, très bien équipée, jaccuzi appréciable, on peut tout faire à pieds, location de surf, velo, resto top a proximité. Accueil par Hugo au top! Que du positif!

Super maison niché dans la forêt. Proche de la plage. Extrêmement bien équipé ! Super maison pour profiter de Hossegor dans un coin paisible.

nous avons passé un très bon week-end chez Marc car tout était parfait il ne manque rien chez Marc la maison est très propre et la literie impeccable Marc est d'une grande gentillesse toujours prêt à rendre service nous reviendrons avec plaisir chez Marc on recommande les yeux fermés

Een geweldig huis die van alle gemakken is voorzien. We hebben genoten van het zwembad, de plancha, de bbq en de heerlijke tuin. Er ontbreekt niets aan het huis en het is ook een mooie uitvalsbasis om naar het strand te gaan. Jérôme is heel aardig en hulpvaardig en reageerde heel snel op alle vragen. Ik kan deze plek zeker aanbevelen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis dans cette belle maison. Nous avons profité de la piscine et de la proximité de l’océan sous le soleil des Landes. La maison est très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Rien à redire, nous nous sommes régalés, merci beaucoup !

Un super séjour dans un havre de paix ! Un accueil chaleureux et des indications très claires pour trouver le logement. Délicieux séjour au milieu d’une forêt de pins. Fabuleux pour profiter de la nature au calme ! Les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse face à la forêt, waouhhhh !!! La maison est très fonctionnelle. Une très belle découverte !

Très belle maison nous avons juste un petit problème de fuite sus l’évier qui a été résolu assez vite. Un propriétaire très réactif et très avenant.

We had a wonderful stay at Xavier’s place. It’s a beautiful setting and a lovely place that is clean quiet comfortable and beautiful. It has so much to offer - pool, art supplies, cinema, BBQ, walking trails, and bikes. You never want to leave. The animals are beautiful and so fun to spend time with. Xavier and Christophe are so welcoming and always available if needed. There is plenty of hot water, a well equipped kitchen. and comfortable beds. Play area outside for kids plus lots of toys and games inside. This place is truly a gem. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you Xavier et Christophe!! A la prochaine

Accueil chaleureux par Edith de la conciergerie qui nous a donné tous les renseignements et informations nécessaires. Merci pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Maison claire, meublée avec gout, propreté irréprochable ,confortable, fonctionnelle dans laquelle on se sent bien. Tout est pensé pour un séjour agréable et paisible. La proximite de la plage océane et du courant d 'Huchet accessible en vélos mis a disposition par l 'hote , est un vrai plus. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Wat een heerlijk en mooi ingericht huis (vrij uitzonderlijk in Frankrijk...) op een prachtige plek aan het einde van een doodlopend straatje, midden in het bos. Het was eigenlijk heerlijk om gewoon rondom het huis te zijn, te genieten van de rust, het zwembad. Strand en meer zijn binnne 10 minuten te bereiken, supermarkt idem (in Leon).
