Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

This was the third time in this lovely house. Close to the center of the village and within walking distance of the sea!! Absolutely recommended!

The house is superb. Well designed and equipped with tasteful decoration. The heated pool is great. Communication was friendly and responsive. We hope to return one day.

Very nice stay in a very nice house. We came for a sports weekend and rented the two accommodations offered. It went very well. The living rooms, bedrooms and outdoor space are very pleasant. If I had to put a small downside, it was that given the very pleasant side of the terrace, with a nice table for friendly evenings, it was a shame not to have a barbecue. There was just a very small plancha for 10-12 people. It does not detract from the quality of the accommodation and its many advantages. We'll be happy to go back

Simply Perfect. The top, very well-equipped accommodation. Great for a big family. There were 6 of us, and it's one of our best Airbnb experiences.

Very spacious and well-appointed house, large and fenced outside (perfect with dogs) and a big plus with the heated pool. Great location to discover the island and access to the beach on foot appreciable. Nelly's great flexibility on check-in and check-out times with responsive response. A few amenities would be worth repairing or changing for everything to be perfect. We'll be happy to go back!

Hi, It's always a real pleasure to come and stay here! The listing is as described and photographed. The location is pleasant in its tropical landscape. The swimming pool and the steam room delight everyone. However, we were disturbed by the dog poop that had not been picked up by the previous tenants. If you have a dog, please respect the vacationers... It's a matter of civility and I don't think it's up to the owners to pick that up... The lawn of the front and back garden was unfortunately overgrown during our stay, we could not enjoy the garden behind the house. But we'll be happy to come back and stay here!

We had a lovely weekend at this place! Colette and her daughter were very welcoming and friendly. We were able to leave later than expected on Sunday because there was no one before the next day, it was very appreciable. Thank you again Colette. I would recommned this property.

It s been very calm and pleasant to stay there, great find well situated on the island if you want to visit around!!

Nadine is a very nice, unobtrusive hostess. We were very satisfied with their house, adjacent to a small garden with terrace, on the other side of the house a green courtyard with a shady tree, suitable both as a parking space for the car and as a lounge area. St. Pierre with its beautiful market hall was very pleasant in the preseason, for strolling and shopping as well as with good gastronomy. We would love to come back and recommend the house!

Small private accommodation, very clean and extremely well equipped. Perfect for a couple. Convenient location for discovering the island and close to many amenities. Odile is a a welcoming and discreet person. She is committed to making sure the stay goes well! I recommend it!

From booking our short notice stay, we had Benadettes full attention. Her communications were warm and welcoming. Her home is beautiful, tastefully furnished / decorated and comfortable. She welcomed our 2 dogs without any hesitation and told us where we could take them for walks. We will visit again and have already passed on the details to friends. Thank you Bernadette for sharing your house with us. We loved it.

We were warmly welcomed by Cécile in her charming and very well-equipped house. Forest trails and bike paths are very close, accessible on foot, access to shops as well. The outside is also pleasant, well equipped, shaded for meals and our young dog was able to frolic safely because the garden is fully fenced. We have a great memory of our stay.

We had a great stay in Anne-Carole's beautiful house. It is very spacious and above all the environment is very peaceful. It is also a tastefully decorated and very well-equipped accommodation.

Recently renovated accommodation with taste, clean and with a small and intimate fenced outdoor garden

We had a great stay at Escale J&J. The accommodation was warm and cozy. It was perfectly in line with the description, very clean and very well equipped with a nice enclosed outdoor space. We did not have the opportunity to meet the owners but the relations were very cordial. We recommend this accommodation and will probably come back.

We had a great stay in Manon’s charming home. It’s located near the bridge to Île de Oleron, with easy access to beautiful beaches. We enjoyed sitting in the garden in the evening. Manon was very responsive and helpful for any questions we had.

Conveniently located for touring the area. Accommodation with the necessary and clean. For two it is perfect. Nice garden for our 2 dogs. Pleasant neighbors. We recommend it.

My house is functional, you can find everything you need to spend a few days, you quickly feel at home. The decor is simple but not impersonal (good taste) In the heart of the city, the house allows you to park the car and move around on foot or by bike We'll be happy to come back

Accommodation 5 minutes from the port and restaurants by bike, very clean, functional and very well-equipped accommodation. Very good contact with the owner, very responsive before and during the rental. Accommodation with garden and outdoor furniture, secure car and bicycle parking. Highly recommended for visiting this beautiful island.
