Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

Large and beautiful Charentaise house with swimming pool and barbecue with many advantages, games room, 5 spacious bedrooms, pleasant living room for 12 people. Secure outdoor parking for 3 vehicles.

Quiet stay in the countryside with background music, river singing. Great for stays in a large tribe. The house is spacious, very well equipped, moreover with taste. Nothing is missing and Tony and his wife are very friendly, available and attentive. Canoes allow a safe walk to discover the environment for all ages.

The house is superb. Well designed and equipped with tasteful decoration. The heated pool is great. Communication was friendly and responsive. We hope to return one day.

We had the most wonderful 12-night stay in The Farmhouse and enjoyed fabulous hospitality from Sam & Stuart. It is very well equipped with everything that you need for a very comfortable stay. There is a beautiful outdoor space for al fresco dining. There is an enormous barn which has been converted into a games area and is incredibly well equipped with table tennis, pool, darts, table football, a library, and every board game known to man! There is also an invaluable library of information on the local area. The massive heated outdoor pool is such a beautiful area to relax in. With the local church as a backdrop and the sounds of the birds singing in the surrounding trees in the beautiful garden was absolute bliss. The location is a great base to travel from and explore the towns and villages in the surrounding area. We even managed a couple of day trips to La Rochelle and Bordeaux. Thank you so much for such a wonderful and relaxing stay.

the house is ideal and spacious for 8 people, it is very clean and very well equipped. the beds are comfortable. nice decoration. the outside is very pleasant, barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs... no negative points. we are a 10-minute walk from the beach and free parking spaces near the house. i would highly recommend.

We spent a few days in the accommodation offered by Nolwenn and one thing is for sure, we will be back! The studio is very well located. It is close to various small villages and the first beaches are not too far away, but it remains in a fairly remote corner to enjoy the calm offered by the surrounding nature. There are beautiful walks and many visits to make in the region. To return to the studio, it is perfectly furnished and equipped. Its terrace offers a beautiful advantage to enjoy its meals and evenings in the open air. Finally, Nolwenn was a very pleasant host, smiling, available, responsive and gave good advice. Thanks again for your wonderful welcome!

Very pleasant stay in Nathan's house. The accommodation is very well located, very clean and well equipped even if we had a small inconvenience with the dishwasher unusable due to an electrical problem. Nathan was understanding and accommodating with regard to this inconvenience. The spa is very enjoyable after an intense day of walking/beach. Its headrest is nevertheless to be changed because it tends to disintegrate in water. A pleasant stay in conclusion!

Excellent welcome from our host, with his nice smile. Mélanie is responsive, available and gave us very good advice on restaurants and activities to discover on the island. The accommodation is close to the city center, with its covered market, where you can buy fresh products, close to a supermarket, colorful fishermen's huts, the citadel... The accommodation is very clean, well arranged, tastefully decorated, well equipped and air-conditioned. The bedding is extremely good. We have stayed several times on the island, which we love very much. We will gladly return to Mélanie and Nicolas.

Very functional studio and pleasant location, consistent with the description. The accommodation is well oriented, ideal for this hot weather. Direct and private access to the beach is perfect for swimming and walking along the ocean! Easy access to the city center of St Palais. We had a pleasant and quiet stay. Thanks to Jean Jacques which allowed us to stay a few more hours in the accommodation.

Beautiful address at the port of Meschers in a quiet environment, even if the restaurants and the port are a few steps from the rental. The house is even better in real life than in the photos! Very spacious, well-equipped, everything is there for a good time spent with family!

Jenifer's accommodation has been renovated with great taste. The amenities are also as qualitative and numerous as a main house: hair dryer, washing machine, oven, kettle, in short, everything is there. you can access the beach in 2 minutes by bike, 5 minutes on foot, happiness.

well located accommodation that matches the listing. We were 6 adults, a small child and a dog. 3 beautiful bedrooms and a cocooning exterior. Sandrine offered us the high chair and the umbrella bed. Quiet area and possibility to go to the beach and in the center of Royan without problem. We were able to take the accommodation a little earlier in the day. Really nothing to complain about and to recommend without problem. Thank you!
