Very welcoming family home. Very nice garden, very well equipped: outdoor table, petanque court, etc.

We had a perfect stay. The house is fantastic and equipped with all the necessities to have a carefree and pleasant stay. Liliana was always available to answer our questions. Beautiful surroundings and nature, we will definitely come back!

We better understand the status of "superhost" after a few days in Patricia's Garden. Patricia was very welcoming and always attentive to us. We feel very refreshed after these few days. Our kids spent their time in the pool and calendering Tokyo which is very affectionate. The garden is beautiful and the cottage is very well equipped for a family of 4 Parisians in need of greenery! Very good stay in this character house (a plus for the exposed beams and floor slabs upstairs). Everything was perfect: a good geographical location (Guédelon 20 min), good value for money and a comfortable house with everything you need to enjoy as a family. The house stays cool even when it's hot outside and a very nice garden space to enjoy the beautiful days. I recommend it!

Fantastic location with a wonderful view, there is a very charming courtyard where you can have lunch or dinner or a tiny balcony with a view of the lake and beautiful hills, the inside of the cottage is very charming and you will find everything you’ll need for holiday break!, we will definitely be returning to this magical place!

Beautiful and peaceful setting by the river. Great garden for the dogs plus kayak and paddle boards to explore the river for longer stays. Cecile accommodated an earlier check in which was very much appreciated. It's a shame we didn't have longer to explore the area.

We can say that this cottage is a prestigious cottage, very clean, bright, furniture and appliances of very good quality, with a large wooded plot and a beautiful equipped terrace. We were delighted to spend 15 days at Anthony's, a house very close to local shops and the city of Auxerre. A small remark, for us northerners, we were missing coffee cups or mugs. A big thank you for this stay that we will repeat if health allows. F.H.

We had a great stay at Philippe and Jennifer's. They are very kind, discreet and attentive hosts. We had a great welcome from Philippe, with gourmet welcome gifts. The house is cozy, tastefully decorated and has everything you need and more. The bedding is of good quality. We took advantage of the huge garden to "laze around" and rest. Ideal for radiating between Sancerrois and Auxerrois. The accommodation is very comfortable (fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, a large master bedroom) and the park is absolutely beautiful, justifying the stay on its own (house sheep, deer or wild boars and passing foxes). Yvan is a very considerate host who provides bicycles (mountain bikes in very good condition), perfect for reaching the many lakes and cruising the Puisaye. Plenty of opportunities to hike around the property as well. A great option to discover this beautiful region.

We were two couples with three young boys. We really enjoyed our weekend: very nice accommodation, very nice outdoor space, real ali baba cave in terms of comics and games for young and old... We feel that there is a real desire and pleasure to welcome people. Thanks to Anne-Sophie for his availability and attention!
