Apartment holiday rentals in Saint-Roch

This apartment is close to everything, i.e., restaurants, shopping, bakery, food store, etc. Finding parking was easy, and inexpensive. The balcony is a nice addition. Bela was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. Good undercover parking with a secure tag operated gate. In the kitchen all of the appliances and the equipment were very new and good quality. Internet worked well. Air conditioning was useful as it was warm and bedrooms are at the top of the building. The only thing I would change is the bed was very hard. Virginie was helpful in showing us around and I felt if we had any issues we could contact her, but we didn’t need to.

We had a great stay for the second time. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The unit was perfect, everything was exactly as listed, and I felt right at home immediately. Isabelle was very discreet which I really appreciated, while stilll making an effort to check in on me and let me know if anything would be happening in their home upstairs. Would recommend staying here!

It's really easy to get to the center of Tours because it's a centrally located accommodation. There's a big food court right in front, and there's a restaurant street 5 minutes away, so it's really good to find food. Thanks to the host's quick and accurate information, check-in was easy.☺️ The accommodation is small, but it has everything. It's easy to cook, and it's well-equipped with new cooking utensils. The bathroom has also been remodeled, so it's clean and pleasant. The unfortunate thing is that you have to be careful when climbing up and down the bed, and that there is no wifi, so the internet doesn't work well in the accommodation. Other than that, I'm very satisfied!😌

Melanie and Jérémie's apartment is ideally located, in the center of Tours, 200 m from the old town and Place Plumereau. It is very functional, very clean with 5 tastefully furnished bedrooms. This accommodation has a superb terrace overlooking the city's rooftops. Melanie and Jérémie are available and ready to listen. We recommend their apartment without any reservations.

The apartment was lovely with everything we needed for a four night stay. There’s a good fan for those hotter days/evenings too. The location is in walking distance to the pedestrian streets with lots of restaurants and good access to public transport.

Very well located in the historic and lively center of Tours, this accommodation is very clean, well-equipped and pleasant to live in. Bastien is an attentive and very available host. Finally, the Napoleon parking lot (free) nearby allows you to park without difficulty (I have always found a place).

I was very well received by Carine who remained extremely discreet throughout my stay. The accommodation has an entrance independent of that of the house. It feels like coming home.
