Holiday rentals with a pool in Saint-Remèze

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

Great stay at Ghislaine and Jean Pierre's. The location is amazing. Quiet, safe, close to what we wanted to visit. Very easy check-in thanks to the clear instructions from our hosts. The accommodation is impeccable, very well equipped, comfortable with very good bedding. Terrace with pergola for lunch facing a superb view without overlooking. Ideal place, with swimming pool, to relax after a day of visiting this beautiful region. Ghislaine and Jean Pierre are discreet, warm and very friendly. Thank you for your kind attention, which we greatly appreciate. We will come back without hesitation.

House full of charm where we had a great time as a family! Preserved setting, well-equipped accommodation with a certain character and very pleasant exteriors. No worries and the hosts were available. I recommend it!

It was an excellent pre summer break, with everything what it takes - the sun, the sweeping pool, pétanque! Amazing surroundings - to walk, cycle or drive. Lots of options for the outside dining, but also great to cook at home and enjoy the quiet and intimate home atmosphere! We will be glad to get back once again in future!

The place is simply sublime. The house is beautiful and the environment is a real postcard. It is a peaceful place, between stones and nature. The owners are adorable and Blandine is really responsive. Thank you very much.

Absolutely stunning location and accommodation, like stepping into paradise. Last bit of the road unpaved, probably not suitable for a low slung sports car But we managed easily with our over packed family car. Gaelle is a superb host, extremely attentive.

We spent 9 days at Laurent's and felt at home! The setting is beautiful and peaceful. Big + for the pool. The dogs are adorable and Laurent is really friendly and recommended us nice things. I'd recommend it without a second thought.

We loved our stay here! If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful environment but with cosy villages nearby, don’t hesitate. The accommodation is exactly as described, and has everything you need. The hosts are wonderful, easy to communicate with, and have great recommendations to explore the surrounding area (hikes, restaurants, activities). We wholeheartedly recommend and would not hesitate to come back.

In the last year I had the chance to go to this place on each of my work trips (14 times to be specific), the hosts have always been very responsive, no accessibility issues. Regarding the accommodation, the setting is very pleasant, the apartment is made of good quality materials, the bed is comfortable and the bed linen is very soft which allows a comfortable stay. This is a home that I recommend to everyone for work stays like a short vacation. Thank you again for hosting us

Come without so much as a second thought! Michelle is really nice and welcoming. The apartment is very well laid out, and perfectly maintained, equipped, and comfortable. You can walk to the city center in 5 minutes. Really nothing to repeat. I will be back as soon as I can.

Lovely apartment. Basic kitchen. No air in but fans provided. The pool was gorgeous and the area fantastic for exploring and cycling. We really enjoyed our stay.

We are delighted with our stay. Easy to access, self check-in, accommodating and very clear explanations. Lots of good tips for nearby restaurants. The space was as photographed and very clean. My wife and I stayed in Guillaume’s place for a month in April/May. Great time of year to visit CdP — a lot less crowded, and we were able to get an appointment for any wine tasting we wanted. Easy to get restaurant reservations too. Our favorite restaurants were Le Verger des Papes and Le Comptoir de la Mére Germaine. Guillaume’s place is perfectly situated near the castle. Parking is readily available nearby. The house is clean and spacious. Well-equipped kitchen. Finding it was a bit of challenge when we first arrived but once we did, the check-in process was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely week at this beautiful home The village of Saint-Reméze is very pretty and welcoming... The location is great for visiting different tourist sites. Everything was perfect.

A real little corner of paradise in Uzès! Annie-France's house is full of charm, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. The pool is a real treat, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The accommodation is located a few steps from the center of Uzès, which allows you to fully enjoy the city while being in a quiet area. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility of the place, the kindness and benevolence of Annie-France and the warm atmosphere of the house. A place we recommend without so much as a second thought!

A real pleasure, our stay in Visan... The pool in the middle of summer is a real pleasure, and it was completely dedicated to us! The apartment is really well equipped, very clean and modern.

we had a great stay! the house is super comfortable, large, very well equipped, a decoration made with taste, very thoughtful amenities. a games room with everything that can be possible to have fun, and have a good time for young and old... our hosts were extremely kind and available, Gisou and Rolland are lovely and welcomed us with good bottles, Christmas decor, chocolates ...GREAT!!! That's so nice. the house is quiet, it's amazing as it's peaceful, and it's beautiful, we were able to admire the sunsets, a view of the Pont du Gard, wonderful!!! we struggled to leave so much that we loved this place. many activities around, beautiful villages to visit, horseback riding, walks, restaurants, ect... it's the perfect holiday spot: beautiful house and with everything, beautiful place, adorable hosts... what more could we ask for?

We had a great group stay here. The house is comfortable and the grounds are amazing. La Baroux is a lovely village and Caromb has all you need for the stay (supermarket, bakery, greengrocer etc). Plenty of amazing running trails nearby.

A true little paradise much better than the idea of seeing the listing. The house is very comfortable and very well equipped with quality bedding, air conditioning and a great summer kitchen. The pool is excellent, not overlooked, and with a wide view of the landscape. And it's paradise for hiking leaving from the house on foot there are plenty of paths. What happiness!
