For a stay in Normandy, this is the ideal rental, located between Mont St Michel, St-Malo on one side and the landing beaches, Caen, Deauville, Etretat etc. on the other. Philippe welcomed us upon our arrival with kindness, a small bottle of cider in the fridge as a welcome. He listened to us in relation to what we wanted to visit and sent us good detailed addresses throughout our stay on the different visits and dining places and various things to do in the area. We had a great time with the family. Stephan welcomed us very warmly with a great island meal. Very large, and spacious accommodation, it offers a lot of activities, billiards / foosball / barbecue..... The jaccouzi is a big plus. I highly recommend!!:)

We had a very good stay. The place is peaceful! The cottage is very nice, very clean, and the bedding is good quality. The garden is charming! and the children were able to enjoy the pool.

Everything was wonderful, we really appreciated the tranquility and the animals, especially Kimi who visited us several times I recommend shopping and cooking directly there as there are no restaurants nearby, the kitchen is really well stocked and in the outdoor space there is also a private grill already equipped with what you need to light the fire.

We had a great time with friends. House is great for families as well as groups. It is perfectly located, decorated with great taste and extremely well equipped. We really feel the attention to detail and the care given to the comfort of the hosts. Everything is designed to make you feel good, from the accessories and products available up to the layout of the bedrooms, all with their private bathrooms – a real plus! The exteriors are spacious, very well maintained and perfectly equipped: heated spa, large covered outdoor table, sunbeds... Ideal for enjoying sunny days in a friendly atmosphere. A big thank you also to the owners, very welcoming, available and discreet. Their kindness and responsiveness greatly contributed to the quality of our stay. We warmly recommend this place.

We were warmly welcomed by Régine and Laurent. They are responsive and very friendly. The cottage is modern and comfortable and at our convenience. It is close to all the beautiful places you wanted to see: Mont St Michel, Dinan , St Malo, Cancale and its coast... And we had sunshine😉.

An excellent place to relax after a day of 'stepping' and to the shades of the bay and its natural richness; all this with a beautiful view of the Mont-Saint-Michel; but the greatest asset is the warm, warm, warm charm of Isabelle.

Caroline and Daniel are kind and generous. Their house is charming, very clean and perfectly equipped. It is also very well located for visiting the region, Mont Saint Michel and the Ange Michel park, among others. We really enjoyed the apple juice, cookies and also the strawberries from your garden! The space is even more beautiful in real life than in the photo. I recommend taking the time to stroll around the place, enjoying the terrace, the woods and the pond. The proximity of remarkable sites is appreciable. Nathalie's advice, especially for restaurants, was useful to us. Special touches: bouquet of flowers, gift basket, personalized note, champagne glasses at the spa were particularly appreciated. I highly recommend this beautiful accommodation 🤩

That was amazing time we spend in Joan apartment. Very well equiped, clean, cozy, spacious. Perfect for families with kids (our 2 and 5 years olds boys were enjoyed playing in the garden). We know that we will visit Joan again and for sure longer than just one week.

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website, but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we felt right at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even in less weather it is a super cozy house. We have enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

Lydie's house is very nice, very clean, well located, quiet with shops nearby. The rooms are very pleasant, and well equipped. As for Lydie, she's a very nice host. We had a great time. I recommend it.
